We had a great couple of nights and stayed outside Paris central for cost. Not to far from the Metro a pleasant walk. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Quand l hotel est occupé par un bus de touristes (dans mon cas mexicains) et que l equipe du PDJ n est pas reactive, formenet ca peut poser probleme. Le lendemain, nouvelle équipe, meme touristes et PDJ impeccable.

Chambre relativement propre. En revanche une odeur désagréable de remontée d'égouts dans la salle de bain. Des murs très fins laissant entendre les voisins. Le ptit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur ! Très peu de choix. A la hauteur d'un Ibis budget.... et encore ...

Easy booking process. Hotel is on a Main Street with free secure parking that has a security gate, which requires an entry code if walking. The team is friendly and speak English, Mohammed is great. Our room, as expected, was small but functional. Interesting decor with an industrial theme. Aircon was cold. No fridge or kettle in the room. Although a microwave, kettle and water dispenser is located in the foyer area. Location is close to bus, tram and metro. Canal is only a short walk away.

We stayed here for one night as a base to see some of the sights in Paris before going to a holiday camp the next day. After reading reviews which said staff are unhelpful I was a bit apprehensive however I found completely the opposite. All the staff from check in to leaving were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were fine for a short stay, the shower had hot water and beds were comfortable. They are not luxurious but I didn’t expect that given the extremely reasonable price I paid for room and breakfast. Breakfast was good, there was plenty of food and a good variety. It is continental breakfast, I knew this and didn’t expect hot food. There is an egg warmer for boiled eggs. We came down about 15 minutes before the end of breakfast and there was more than enough to eat. The only things missing were some bowls which the staff got for me immediately when I asked. Location wise it is in a residential area, I picked the hotel because it had free parking and I knew this. The metro is about 5-10mins walk and we didn’t find it easy to find, the reception staff did offer to give us a map although we declined as we used phone map. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and thought it was really good value for what we paid. Thanks very much to the lovely staff!
