It was quite a poor experience as it was very hot on that Saturday but there was no fan in the bedroom. Upon requesting for a fan with the hotel manager he simply said that the hotel was full today so he cannot do anything. I raised my voice and told him that it was not my problem if the hotel was full but the cleaners should have ensured each room is allocated one fan as opposed to some rooms getting two fans. The manager told me to wait for 30 mins but he did bring a fan for me within 10 mins but that fan only lasted for 2 hours in the bedroom and then it stopped working. Anyway, the receptionists (3 ladies) were all professional and helpful in providing directions to us.

Dirty, foul smells, Too noisy, mosquito's and flies inside the room. Mattress are not in shape. Never experienced such in such a big brand group. It's terrible. And it's too hot inside the room and offered a fan with 30 watts motors instead you would offer some books for getting warm air. Didn't get sleep whole night after travel from Netherlands by road lost the whole day because of night termor.

The hotel smells Arabic food in everywhere. Elevators, lobby(!), rooms are smelling very bad. There are only Arabic and some different refugees in the hotel. Staying there for a very long period. There are no women guests, only men. On our second night, 2 refugee groups have fought at the corridor, one of them had stolen the other's mobile phone. They shouted and screamed on the corridors. Because of we afraid, couldn't sleep all night. The area is not safe.

Shower door did not close well so many stains on the floor as floor gets always wet. Rooms are not so soundproof. Especially door opening and closure of the rooms was quite loud
