Good hotel, good services. Good connection by underground with the center. They do not add coffee or tea to the room after the first day. That must be changed.

Wir waren am Osterwochenende im völlig überfüllten Paris. Dieses Hotel liegt doch ziemlich weit draußen. Ganz Romainville ist eine einzige Baustelle. Wenn das alles mal fertig ist, wird es bestimmt schön. Mit dem Auto brauchte man über 30 min bis in die City. Familienzimmer groß und gut eingerichtet, Frühstück leider mit sehr wenig Auswahl und das „Frühstücksräumchen“ ist völlig überlaufen. Da kam beim Frühstück keine Freude auf. Bin ich von Ibis Hotels eigentlich anders gewohnt.

L'expérience client n'est pas là. En tant que client platinium, je n'ai pas eu de surclassement. On m'oblige à payer un dépôt de garantie à 160 euros alors que je souhaitais payer la totalité de ma nuit. Pleins de petits détails qui font que l'hôtel n'est pas dans le standard Accor. Le personnel qui se moque de la clientèle étrangère en pensant que les touristes ne comprennent pas le français... Les chambres sont certes propres mais pas de prises électriques à côté du lit pour des personnes qui ont des appareils médicaux pour dormir. Le petit déj est meilleur qu'avant mais pas encore d'un bon niveau. Autre point : m'obliger de prendre mon petit déjeuner à certaines tranche d'horaire car l'hôtel reçoit des car de touristes. Sans oublier que le parking est payant mais nous pouvons nous garer dans la rue... Ce qui n'est pas le cas des autres hôtels 3 ou 4 étoiles du groupe Accor.

Concernant la caution, nous demandons à tous nos clients sans exceptions de laisser une garantie pour toutes les prestations que nous proposons sur place (Bar, restauration, parking, Taxes de séjours…) et cela vous permet de nous Laisser la clé à la réception sans aucune formalité de départ, et éviter l’attente le matin pour récupérer votre facture, vous La recevez par mail ! Nous vous avons pas proposé de surclassèrent car nous n’avons que des chambres doubles ou twin (pas de possibilités de Surclassèrent). Aussi en aucun cas nous imposons les horaires du petit déjeuner à nos clients au contraire vu la présence du groupe nous les Informons de la situation afin d’eviter les horaires de forte influence s’ils le souhaitent ! Comme préciser sur notre site le parking est payant car ce dernier appartient au centre commercial, nous avons négocié un Tarif préférentiel de 20e par nuit pour nos clients. Et dernièrement je suis à votre pelvien disposition pour échanger sur votre remarque sur le personnel qui se moque des clients. Croyez bien que nous faisons notre maximum pour accueillir nos clients dans les meilleures conditions. Keurig hotel, zeer schone kamers en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren onder het hotel voor 20 euro per nacht. Ontbijt prima.
