Our hotel is open and ready to welcome you. We're certified ALLSAFE! FLEXIBLE RATES: cancellable up to day of arrival. Due to Covid-19 legislation, a Health Pass (full vaccination/test within the allowed time frame) is required to access the breakfast room, which will need to be shown at reception on arrival and during your stay. We continue to apply protective measures for everyone's health and safety.

Worst experience ever

I booked a stay at this hotel at a specific price. It was with fees and taxes included. Surprise surprise… it’s not the same price anymore . They added unexplainable taxes In addition, the bathroom was smelling bad. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Concerning the payment i have checked your invoice you didn't pay for any extra fee, the price of the room is the same than your confrimation ! We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, IBIS STYLES PARIS ROMAINVILLE (F), over the weekend of 24 to 26 May 2024 and would like to share our positive experience. The stay was extremely pleasant. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We would like to make a special mention of Mrs Sukhman from reception, who was exceptionally attentive. She helped us find accommodation at another hotel in the same chain when our flight was cancelled and the hotel was full, making it impossible for us to stay any longer. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean, giving us a great night's rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel and would like to express our gratitude to all the staff who made our experience so enjoyable. If we return to Paris, we will come back to this hotel.

Bonjour Vous etes des vrais voleurs!!! il n'accepte pas qu'on paye a distance , il n'ont pas voulu donner la chambre a ma collegue sans paiement sur place Du coup on a du annulé la chambre et la grande surprise ils ont prelevé a distance parce qu'on annulé je déconseille totalement cette hotel a eviter !!!! je vous conseille ibis Styles Paris Nation Porte de Montreuil tres arrangeant j'ai pu faire un paiement a distance et meme modifier la chambre et j'ai meme eu un remboursement

Cher Salem , Je ne vous cache pas que je suis confus a lecture de votre commentaire. Comme vous le précisez l'hôtel refuse de débiter les cartes des clients a distance afin d'éviter les fraudes. C'est plus une sécurité pour nos clients au cas ou ils se font voler leur carte de crédit, sinon n'importe qui pourras réserver et payer une chambre a distance.. Si vous voulez payer a distance , vous pouvez faire une réservation avec un tarif prépayé ou vous réglé le séjour en avance en ligne avec un paiement sécurisé. Aussi beaucoup d'hôtels demandent aux clients de présenter la carte bancaire qui servit au paiement au check-in. Vous dites que nous vous avons prélevé malgré que vous ayez annuler votre réservation ce qui me surprend un peu.
