Posizione non centrale ma servita bene da metro e bus, la zona non è sicuramente delle migliori ma nonostante qualche faccia poco raccomandabile nessuno ha dato fastidio. L'hotel classico da catena, abbastanza curato e pulito ed il personale in linea di massima è cordiale e gentile, qualche risposta poco cortese nello scambio di email ma non si può fare di tutta l'erba un fascio. La camera è piccola ma gradevole, con armadio aperto a vista e molto minimalista nell'arredo, un po' di cattivo odore nella doccia ma nell'insieme accettabile. Di notte qualche rumore degli altri ospiti lo si sente ed il riscaldamento andrebbe migliorato, di solito devo abbassare la temperatura per il troppo caldo ma in questo caso non ce n'è stato proprio bisogno... Colazione continentale un pò risicata, la qualità dei prodotti chiaramente è da catena, ma la varietà di prodotti è molto limitata e di qualità discutibile. Essendo adiacente ad un centro commerciale, è molto comodo andare nei locali a fianco per pranzo/cena.

I give the staff in the kitchen 5 / 5 for their service and friendliness. The breakfast is what the Germans refer to as a "farmer's breakfast" because it has mainly meats and bread. There are other options, but overall it's a fairly good spread. In the rooms there's a chair, bed, and shower / toilet facilities and that's it. The only cups are 2 paper cups for brushing teeth and no toiletries other than liquid soap are supplied. In my next hotel outside of Paris, a Novotel, for less money than this Ibis, I even had a kitchen, microwave, coffee machine and supplies, cooktop and cups / glasses / cutlery. So, I really don't see the Ibis Romainville as value for money. Nevertheless, it did the job. The included breakfast does add a bit of value, but then you're too full to try other options in local patisseries. There is a local Carrefour supermarket to pick up groceries. I did like my stay there, but I probably wouldn't stay again.

I have worked as a front office manager for 10 years. I have never met anyone in the reception team as bad as I have now! The attitude is unbelievable, I asked for a invoice I got a rolling eyes because it takes time to do. They said they’ll send it after and it’s been over a day and I keep having the incorrect invoices! Service is a must in a hotel, and they are lacking it !

Dear Costina I am a little bit confused reading your review and the notation. I feel so sorry that you did not appreciate your stay beyond us. I am sorry but you must know it since you also work in a hotel, we cannot issue invoices at the check-in, it takes until night is passed to generate an invoice!
