We booked this hotel because of the location and the ratings you had. As sports athletes who are traveling around we need to fuel ourselves and have a good night sleep. The quality of breakfast was questionable while we were a group of sport athletes who couldn't carb load for games enough. The forks and spoons were missing all the time cups for coffee, the tray trolley was blocking the entry and making crowd, the cheese, the salamies, the eggs, water, juice, the working staff was very slow, and most of them do not speak english good so there was a lot of language barriers. We spend 40 minutes to describe rooming, there were issues with deposits, they have only physcical card payment. Some of our group waited 20 minutes to check out in the morning.

We went to Paris during the extreme heat wave and really appreciated the fact that the closest metro line is air conditioned, not all lines in Paris are. Their breakfast is super simple and variety is not to the level you may have gotten used in other ibis style hotels. Rooms are nice and compact as they should be in Ibises. Hotel is quite new and you can tell it as everything feels new and refreshing. Stuff is super helpful!

I loved staying here - so easy to get there just take line 5 to penultimate station from Gare du Nord and it’s so quiet at night , such a funky decision with like a pool diving board . Really friendly service especially when I had a lovely chat getting my free drink and the importance of shaking Oragina for the pulp! It’s a simple breakfast but great high quality - thank you! My second stay and I shall be back!

Overall, I like the hotel and usually come about once a year. This time, however, it seemed that you were not fully prepared for the number of guests during breakfast service. For example, on most days there were no hard-boiled eggs available, it took time to refill the cheeses and breads, and to replace clean dishes and utensils. The room was not as clean as expected, and paper supplies were not always replenished, nor were the towels always replaced. In addition, there were no face towels in the room.

I have stayed in ibis Styles before and this one is not up to the same standard. Safe was bot working, breakfast was very basic, only paper cups in the bathroom, no wardrobe, creaky door, no electric outlets by the bed. While these may seems to be small things, there are basics that I would expect not to be a problem at ibis Styles

We found comfortable, clean rooms. Our family getaway was nice and pleasant. The temperature in the rooms were quite low and you could only rise it to max.22°C. The bar in the lobby was nice,but the breakfast could be more diverse.

Didn’t feel like an Ibis Style, not worth the money. Was told on arrival that I had to pay €200 for any damages and it was in the T&Cs however did not see it anywhere on the T&Cs. The room was already filled with damages so was worried I would get accused of it so took photos of all the damages in case. Breakfast was very basic. Could have stayed at much cheaper hotel that would have been nicer.

And it is well noted on the T&Cs that you receive with the confirmation of reservation , if you wish I can send them back to you. I give the staff in the kitchen 5 / 5 for their service and friendliness. The breakfast is what the Germans refer to as a "farmer's breakfast" because it has mainly meats and bread. There are other options, but overall it's a fairly good spread. In the rooms there's a chair, bed, and shower / toilet facilities and that's it. The only cups are 2 paper cups for brushing teeth and no toiletries other than liquid soap are supplied. In my next hotel outside of Paris, a Novotel, for less money than this Ibis, I even had a kitchen, microwave, coffee machine and supplies, cooktop and cups / glasses / cutlery. So, I really don't see the Ibis Romainville as value for money. Nevertheless, it did the job. The included breakfast does add a bit of value, but then you're too full to try other options in local patisseries. There is a local Carrefour supermarket to pick up groceries. I did like my stay there, but I probably wouldn't stay again.

I have worked as a front office manager for 10 years. I have never met anyone in the reception team as bad as I have now! The attitude is unbelievable, I asked for a invoice I got a rolling eyes because it takes time to do. They said they’ll send it after and it’s been over a day and I keep having the incorrect invoices! Service is a must in a hotel, and they are lacking it !

I am sorry but you must know it since you also work in a hotel, we cannot issue invoices at the check-in, it takes until night is passed to generate an invoice!
