We stayed for 4 nights in a triple (2 adults, 1 child). Overall, hotel was very clean. The room is a bit tight, but it's exactly as shown in the online photos so we got what we paid for and have no complaints. The lobby has a lot of common area and a small dedicated section with outlets which was really useful for when I had to do some work and our room is too small for that. One night we had an issue with the room and it was addressed promptly (they offered to switch us, but we preferred to stay because our child was already in bed), so that was much appreciated. We were there in July and there is "climate control", which I found sufficient but it does not get the room super cold like my partner prefers.

My partner and myself stayed in this hotel from July the 23rd, for 4 nights. Minus point: * As it was our 1st time staying at this hotel, no room upgrade was offered. * There wasn't a mini fridge in the room. * The "mattress" was just a topper on a base. * Couldn't use our Firestick in the TV. * Heavily overpriced breakfast: €18,50 per person. * No storage space for clothes, if you'd stay longer than a weekend. Plus points: * Very friendly reception. * Great, central location. * Lovely, powerful shower. * Spacious room. * Room 601 was at the back, overlooking the garden...which was peaceful and quiet during the evening and night.

I had free drinks with my stay and the reception refused to give them to me stating they did not have the staff. I wanted good as it is advertised as being avaliable 24 hours again refused lack of staff. I am extremely well traveled and have been to locations where there has only been one member of staff and the catered for me. You had several staff stood around chatting and said you were short staffed. I feel that due to not deceiving my drinks that I am out of pocket. Not what I would expect from the Netherlands' a country I have lived in and love. Shameful experience. Never again will I use Ibis in this location on my next visit. Poor service bad attitude.
