I woke with three bites on my right arm, one on my left, and one on my foot. I know that it’s not the hotels fault when bugs find their way into the room. Still, some kind of compensation should have been offered. I showed the bites to the staff. I emailed the hotel with photos. We were four people, and when we got home back to Amsterdam we had to quarantine our bags and clean EVERYTHING to hopefully protect our home - jackets, clothes, backpacks and suitcases. Since no one has contacted me, it seems like the hotel did not take this seriously. I am writing a review to warn other travelers now!
