I had 2 bookings in your hotel: first was for couple weekend (2 nights), and second just for me for business(1 night). I could not stay in the same room (I asked in advance) so I had to pack, check out, leave luggage in hotel luggage room (sensitive and fragile) and check again later in the day (btw. it was same type of room I got, just different floor). Second room was so loud that it was not possible to sleep!!!! There is the issue with ventilation in bathroom. I was too tired to pack again (!) to go and change room so I had no sleep.

Really convenient location right in the city centre. The hotel had a cool, fancy aesthetic which I appreciated. The room was very clean. I'm not a small person and I found the room quite spacious. Only things to note are you can hear street noise, which makes sense as it's in the city centre, but something to keep in mind if you like a quiet environment. With the windows closed it blocks a lot of the sound out, though. There was a communication issue with the cleaning staff - my room wasn't cleaned, after I told the receptionist that I told the cleaning lady I wanted the room to be cleaned, but the cleaning lady didn't speak English (the main language is Dutch so I totally understand this) and the receptionist said she would let the cleaning staff know, but I came back at the end of the day and the room hadn't been cleaned. I think the staff keep to a strict schedule with cleaning and I just missed it? I'm not sure, but something to keep in mind. That wasn't a huge issue, though, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.
