However, we are truly sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret the oversight with the room service and understand your frustration with having to bring items to reception yourself. We will take your comments about the room preparation; our standard is changing linen every third day. during a stay We will discuss this failure with our Housekeeping manager.
