overall the stay was acceptable but the room was not in the best of condition. The toilet ran constantly, the overall temperature was too hot making it difficult to sleep. The pillows were well past the point of needing to be replaced and the carper was filthy and needed to be cleaned. Two lights were not working. As the price of the room was significantly higher than my previous stay, I would think that these items would have been seen to prior to renting the room.

staff was very friendly and nice, but the room was incredibly hot (a/c didnt’ cool) and the bathroom constantly smelled of sewage.

Paid for room decoration but didn’t get it. Booked a room for our anniversary and paid extra for decoration. At check-in, Denzel from reception told me the room wasn’t decorated. So there was no romantic setup at all — pretty disappointing for such a special day. I paid for a service I didn’t receive. Please refund me for the decoration.
