I really loved the warm welcome from the reservation agent Laura. She has been professional and kind from the beginning to the end. THANK YOU 👸🏼 Also the fact that there was a sauna and a gym where you could relax to the fullest. The hotel had a beautiful decoration.

Too hot, breakfast was awful, bed was at least comfy.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. And that's about all I can say an out the place. The room I had was too hot, it stayed consistently between 24 and 27°C and I was first told that I had to adjust the thermostat and make sure the window was closed and kicked to make the Air Con work, and was then told the next day there was no Air Con in the room. I had to get them to lend me a fan so I could try sleeping and I never got a solid nights sleep there because the room was so hot, even with the fan. The room cleaning was hit or miss. More than once they left trash in the room even though I left it next to the trash can. Sometimes they leave one towel, sometimes two, sometimes no washcloths, sometimes two. There is no food other than "breakfast" (more on that shortly) and some pizzas from the bar. They have no restaurant otherwise so if I couldn't or didn't feel like going out for dinner, I had to order delivery instead. And Breakfast was just awful. Every day was the same overcooked bagged eggs, tasteless turkey bacon, and tiny pancakes. A very small selection of fruit, a couple cereals, etc. to be honest it was the quality and selection I would expect at a 1-2 star travel motel, not something that was directly attached tag to a convention center like the World Forum. After eating the breakfast three days, I ended up going out and buying much better breakfast foods from local stores. I would not stay here again unless I had no choice in the matter. I rated it a four because the bed was comfy and the room was spacious.

well located, overall ok, but needs improvement on cleaning

The hotel is nice and well located in the World Forum area, but there were issues related to the cleaning. The moquette on the floor was stained and the bathroom really needs to be cleaned better. There was hair in the bathtub and the napkins had been squeezed in in balls, giving the clear idea that the cleaning team did not even have a look there. Please, note that the Marriot next door is spotless clean (I was there previously).
