I've stayed at your hotel for a long time (2 weeks), I've enjoyed most of it but the room comfort, cleaning and maintenance are a bit lacking.

The kiosk self check-in works, although still awkward, but then there is always someone nearby to help out during day hours (22u). Too bad, the parking tickets still have to be asked for in person on a daily basis.
