The reception service was not very kind and the cleaning service was deficient. I stayed 3 nights and my room was not cleaned during the entire day of my second day. I was in meetings all day and came back at 6pm to a dirty room. Then at 6h15pm the services came but it was too late I needed the room then. Also the food during breakfast was not high quality it was not good.

Stayed at the Novotel Den Haag World Forum for a business trip, and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. Meals prepared by the hotel were delicious and varied in the types of cuisine provided. My room was very tidy and comfortable with an amazing skyline view. When my flight was unexpectedly cancelled, staff were incredibly hospitable and ensured that I was able to stay in my room another night. Having been pretty stressed out about my flight changes, this small act of kindness and reassurance that I wasn't going to be put out into the proverbial cold was exactly what I needed at that time. Very grateful for your hotel, and your team!

I particularly liked the bathroom and the size of the room and the view. However, I thought the bed was a little bit soft and I would have liked it if the sheets were changed overnight. Having a few things in the mini-bar that were free was also appealing.The room was very functional as there was space to relax and work.

Clean hotel. Quiet part of The Hague if no conferences with easy transport links into the city centre. Also walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket. Be careful to check invoice as I was overcharged for parking and had to flag to request refund.
