This is a very impersonal hotel, and if you have to deal with personnel they are not friendly. Furthermore there was no hands soap in the bathroom (bottle was empty).

Everything was fine. Just a little disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer free water bottles for the room like most hotels do in general

We stayed two nights, the staff were great with us and our 11 month daughter. They really made a fuss of her which was nice. Everything was very clean, well decorated, comfortable. Can't wait to stay again!

Well located but noisy lift and ill designed facilities

Slow booking in electronics. Could hear on my room every time elevator moved. Stupidly designed cups in room with no finger holding points so too hot to hold. Bad design of large theft proof bath and hair gel so it does not drip into bath or unreachable. No non slip bath mats visible. Uninterested staff. Bit quite spacious comfortable rooms.
