I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Den Haag City Centre. The hotel is perfectly located, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant and smooth experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel looks modern, but there are clear downsides. Despite 25 sqm, the rooms feel cramped, and the windows are not soundproof, so noise carries through. Water pressure is very low, which feels like cost-cutting. The gym is particularly disappointing: no heating and very limited water, making it uncomfortable in winter and likely too warm in summer. Breakfast is okay but repetitive. Overall, great location, but lacking comfort and flair.

Very well located, close to the centre, shopping street, train station, restos/terraces. Very good breakfast; nice bar/resto inside; saptious room; clean; nice staff. A very cosy atmosphere! Good value for money!

The hotel is very centrally located in the heart of The Hague and easy to reach. Parking should be avoided in the hotel; I’d recommend the Plein parking garage, which at around €30 per day is currently one of the cheaper options in the area. Check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel looks fresh and modern at first glance, but it has some clear weaknesses. Despite a room size of around 25 sqm, the rooms feel quite cramped. The windows are not soundproof, so you can clearly hear the busy pedestrian area outside. Water usage also seems heavily restricted – the water pressure is very low, which feels more like cost-cutting than comfort. It gets particularly disappointing in the fitness area: there is noticeable penny-pinching at the water dispenser, and even worse, the heating was turned off. With temperatures around freezing point, you basically need to keep your jacket on to avoid getting cold. In summer, I can imagine it feeling more like a sauna. Breakfast is okay, but very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Overall, the hotel lacks atmosphere and flair, which is a pity given its excellent location.

Dank je wel voor je mooie review! Fijn om te lezen dat jullie een heerlijke citytrip hebben gehad en dat het verblijf in het hart van het centrum zo goed is bevallen. Leuk ook dat je speciaal onze collega die de minibar aanvulde noemt. Die complimenten geven we uiteraard aan hem door. Goed om te horen dat de kamer, de netheid en het in- en uitchecken naar wens waren. Hopelijk mogen we je bij een volgend bezoek aan Den Haag opnieuw verwelkomen voor een fijn verblijf.
