A fifteen minute walk from the Centraal station but also close to a tram line. The hotel is built inside 'The Passage ' shopping area and is a lovely hotel. We had an excellent room and Bas on check in really looked after us and our room was ready early. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent and the bar had local beers and also a good range of European wine and other beverages. The Wifi was excellent and there were many English language TV stations. An excellent stay.

We came for a weekend stay with family. The hotel welcomed us with a cosy atmosphere, play area for kids and a breakfast with exactly the right balance of choice, quality and taste. The hotel is in an excellent location in the city centre, near tram and at a historical shopping passage.

Staying here until Christmas and enjoy the casual, friendly and professional ambience. This hotel is a place where the staff smile and remember your first name when you come down to breakfast in the morning.

The position was great and the room nice and clean. Breakfast is also very good. The only thing I did not like very much was the separate bathroom (toilet separated from shower and sink)
