Very well located, staff are friendly and helped me checked in quickly. Upgraded my room as a result of my all Accor status without needing to ask. However the upgraded room had coffee stains on the carpet and one of the towels is stained as well. Bathroom size is small, so they have the basic amenities in the bathrooms with more available on request. The cleaning staff could be more meticulous as used amenities was not cleaned up. Front desk staff may have training consistency issues as some are better than others in terms of knowing what the hotel can assist guests with. Overall service level did not make me feel like it's a four star hotel, though the breakfast has a decent choice compared to other hotel continental breakfast options. Our floor also smelled like smoke one of the days (suspecting a guest in one of the rooms started smoking even though it's a non smoking floor). Given the location advantage, this is a value stay for families, but we probably will not stay again.

I had a lovely time at your hotel the staff were extremly nice also i mislaid a bank card which was found and i was notified just after i left and was able to have it picked up by a friend and returned to me
