Hotel is in a convenient location for the vari I us sights and transport links but we had to ask if we could move room due to the excessive noise from people outside at all hours of the night. We had little sleep for 2 nights due to the noise. Hotel was accommodating and moved us but the 2nd room was not as nice, stains on the carpet and holes in the curtains but it was quiet so we were able to sleep! Buffet breakfast was OK and the same each day

We stayed 2 nights at the Novotel Den Haag. The room was very comfortable, staff was friendly and attentive and we also made use the of the chance to book a bicycle for the day, which was perfect.
