Upon checking into our room, we immediately noticed that the USB ports were not functioning. We reported the issue to reception and were assured that a caretaker would attend to it and carry out the necessary repairs. However, despite staying for approximately one week, no one came to inspect or fix the problem. This was extremely disappointing, particularly as the issue was raised promptly and we were given the expectation that it would be resolved. The complete lack of follow-up or action during our stay reflects poorly on the level of service provided and left us feeling that our concerns were not taken seriously.

Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable and I experienced back pain after sleeping. As a result, my overall stay was negatively affected.

Location was excellent and very central stay itself was average - room appeared dated - stains on carpet and under basin in bathroom red stains on wall - room advertised as having mini fridge and aircon - room was lacking both

In our hotel we have different room types available. The superior room where you stayed in does not have a minibar. Our executive rooms and suites are larger for more comfort and offer a fully stocked minibar and a Nespresso coffee machine. In all our room types is an air cooling system. We will check how we can improve the online information on the website and the ALL app. Your feedback regarding the cleanliness is shared with our housekeeping team to improve our services. The welcome drink voucher is available in your ALL App. Our reception team is always willing to assist you with this. We would like to explain that it is mandatory to guarantee a reservation with a valid credit card. Also when you choose to pay upon arrival in the hotel.
