The hotel's reception staff were generally unfriendly and only cooperative to the minimum levels. It created an atmosphere which was far from welcoming and lacked respect.

Good size studio. Fridge and kitchen good size Bed mattress and pillows very good. Every day change of towels!! Staff at reception amazing. Gym amazing for such a small hotel with showers and sauna!

I stayed at a number of Adagio in other countries before, and this overall stay was OK. There are areas of improvments in the following areas: - the young girl receptionlist may be a trainee and did not appear to be very friendly. I tried to lighten up the atmosphere but it was not very well received. - one of the morning the lobby coffee machine was not working but there was no one dealing with it while the front desk did not offer any assistant. - another morning there was no more coffee cups at the machine, but there was no assistant from the front desk - the room was nice and good size, but the toilet was not well cleaned and there was urin smell lingering... We will be checking in again towards the end of next week, hope things can be improved.
