We have arrived early morning from Zurich airport and approach the male front desk officer to check if we are able to check in. The 1st response was there are no room available and need to come back later to re-check again. In view of this, we have waited for few hours and re-check again with the same male staff, but the response remain the same. While we waited and observed other guests that just arrived the hotel and approach the same male officer, he has allowed them to check in and this is obviously that he is high likely reject our request due to we are Asian that such service level should not happen in the hotel under ALL ACCOR. After we observed that there are several guests were successfully check-in upon their arrival at the hotel, I have approached and confronted the male officer and he only able to response that the room only available now. Such an race discrimination incident happened at the hotel is totally unacceptable and the hotel manager should train the staff to be more hospitality and maintain the same service level to all nationality regardless of the race and nationality. This is the first hotel that I encounter such an unpleasant experience in Switzerland. If you have other choice to choose, you may need to re-consider again as the service level is double standard apply to different races, especially Asian. I have traveled to other EU countries, and never has such a bad experience. This has leave a bad holiday experience.

Billing Fraud Discrepancy: Upon reviewing my transaction, the amount charged for the reservation was CHF 1,024. The actual, confirmed cost was CHF 783.42. This represents an undisputed, egregious overcharge of CHF 240.58, which I am classifying as fraudulent billing.

Overall, it’s a good hotel — reasonably priced with a pleasant lobby atmosphere and a convenient location close to the station. However, the room felt somewhat unclean: there were marks on the towels and floor, and some yellow staining on the sheets. Nothing major, but noticeably below the level I expected.
