Indifferent check-in experience provided by Sarah upon arrival. No conversation whatsoever, nor any recognition of Accor Status. Sarah also neglected to mention which lift was required to be utilised based on my room number/split level design of the hotel.

I am Accor ALL member and travel Accor properties very often But had terrible experience in Aparthotel Zurich Centre No phone in room .Going down yo reception for queries Very limited breakfast repetitive daily Restaurant staff v rude in attending Intact after this have come for stay in Interlaken Accor St George where i am very happy and staff taking good care Might be issue with apart hotel brand and i am scared since from 22-26 June again i will be staying aparthotel in Effiel Tower Paris My family is not keen to go go Apart hotel now

After staying at Adagio in Zurich, my impression is mostly positive but there are a few significant down sides that everyone should be aware of: * Like many other hotels, they still have not figured out how to provide reliable wifi in the rooms. I measured a download speed of 18Mbps in room 604. * The gym is not really usable. They have a cable pulley machine which normally offers various different ways to exercise different body parts, but all the bars and ropes that get attached to it have been stolen and haven't been replaced, which makes that machine useless. There is an elliptical and a running machine which work, but for anything other than that you'll have to go to one of the gyms in the area. * The breakfast for 25 CHF is quite disappointing. The eggs were cold and there was no type of salmon or other fish. Pretty much any of the cafes in the area offer something better at this price.

Really comfortable bed and room overall, good location. The only thing that brings this down is how many times over the course of the week that we stayed there that our towels were taken and not replaced so we had to keep going down to reception to ask for some- I think the cleaners need to keep a closer eye on if they’ve picked towels up or not, particularly as we didn’t put them on the floor to be replaced! Really nice apart from that.
