The ALL app describes the property as 4 star whilst the property is rated 3 stars, as displayed at its entrance. Misleading information on the app is not acceptable. Blocked drainages in bathroom and smelly room number 639, which staff told us ‘they could do nothing about, despite receiving prior complaints from guests’! Why would one give out unhygienic rooms? No housekeeping in the 3 days we were there, only to find out rooms are serviced just once a week! I won’t be back to this property!

Hotel front desk charged my credit card in foreign currency when I asked for it to be charged in local currency resulting in a markup in the charge. Tried to get it fixed but the front desk created more problems by incorrectly canceling the charge and recharging it. Still unresolved as of today

Loved the kitchenette and microwave and all utensils provided in the room. Great for Short or long stay. Reception is usually responsive and act fast on requests. The convenience store corner at reception is very useful. You can't go wrong booking this place.

Stayed for less than 12 hours but it was a great stay. Has everything that you need, spacious room with standing shower, small kitchenette and a huge fridge. Good for long stay too. Location a little off, need to walk uphill, easy to find though.
