Some of the staff were really helpful, some had no idea of any queries. Where do I start.... Good things first... One of the staff at the front desk was really helpful by allowing us late checkout. He was also pleasant and polite to talk. That's where the good review ends.. I checked in advance however when I arrived, I was given an accessible room. The bathroom flooded with water everyday because of the thin shower curtain and accessible settings. There was a spider on the ceiling. To add to it all, the room key stopped working everyday which meant going back to reception everyday to sort out a new key. Staff also didn't know about cleaning schedules. There's a notice by the lift that said cleaning only happens for free once every 7 days. When I went down to ask about it, they said that's right but I could request servicing of the room when I want. However the room was cleaned regardless, everyday. Toilet paper not replaced though which meant a trip to the reception again to get one. There is no phone in the room. I will not be coming back here again.

Level of service was indifferent at best, room was barely student accommodation standard and amenities were close to non-existent. The worst hotel I’ve stayed in with this chain. Strongly recommend you seek alternatives in Zurich
