We had a wonderful experience! The lady at check in was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the same can be said for all the common areas of the hotel. Loved having a kitchen that had all the necessary essentials. We requested an extra pillow and not even five minutes after we made the request, a pillow was delivered to our room. Breakfast was very impressive with a wide selection of foods. We had a great experience and will return here when/if we are in Zurich in the future.

Stay was okay. Disappointing that my email to the hotel prior to hotel was not acknowledged or answered. Should have information in the room on where to take garbage and recycling.
