The front desk needs some customer service improvement. My room was not made since day 5 of my stay, and i gave him the feedback on day 7 night. He mentioned that for the room that i booked, the room will only be made every 3 days- which is fine. but shouldnt it be made on day 6? not sure how the days are counted on their end. maybe they just decided not to work over the weekends. FYI i stayed a total of 8 nights. Also, if you are intending to stay here- please take note that no toothbrushes/grooming items are provided. So remember to pack yours in your luggage before heading down!

I'm gonna list the problems - the vent is where the headboard of the bed is. When you stop the ventilation system it still blows air in your face when you sleep. We both got out of that room with a sinus infection. - it is not normal for a 4 star hotel to offer heating up to 24ºC and no heating system - the light in the hallway of the room could not be turned off so the tehnician just stoped it - the shower tube was leaking - the terrace is advertised as a normal and private one. 1. It's not private when you can see it from the elevators hallway. 2. How can you use it if it rained or it's raining. There is no rain protection and all the terrace is floded and wet after rain - the mandatory fire exit stairs are not to be found. Only when we asked we were told we need to get through the other apartment door to get to those. - at the hotel breakfast we found expired food. We have photos to prove all of this
