The hotel is in a good location. Walkable from Zurich HB and other attractions. The staff at the counter was not friendly and was speaking to colleague by make fun of us. He was not polite in language. The car park was a mess with ShareP. Spend a lot of unnecessary time to deal with ShareP and counter not informed there is another option to pay at the counter. Wasted a lot of time. Need to make it simplified. Breakfast can be better. Way too expensive for the given room and facilities.

I recently stayed at the Aparthotel Adagio Zurich City Center and had an overall mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is convenient—roughly a 10–15 minute walk from the main train station, and easy to access for rideshare pickups. The staff was generally polite, and the common areas were clean. However, I did encounter some issues. One of the nights, there was no hot water, and I wasn’t notified about the outage in advance. I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on, which was frustrating. Additionally, although the hotel advertises air conditioning, it did not seem to function as expected; the room felt warm, and the solution was to open the windows rather than adjust any cooling system. While opening windows might be environmentally friendly, there were frequent smokers all over the place in Europe, which detracted the idea of saving energy/environment. Overall, Aparthotel Adagio Zurich City Center has a solid location and friendly staff, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and maintaining the amenities they advertise.
