check-in experience: there is no one there, only Ibis desk is there, which apparently is shared between Novotel and Ibis Breakfast: a lot of empty tables, but none of them are clean, there is literally one person who is doing everything, from letting people in to cleaning tables etc. overall very very poor services, shared with Ibis, and seriously understaffed (maybe the same person also works at Ibis and Ibis Budget as well?)

Worst beds ever, cheap foam mattresses that make you boil as they retain heat and hurt your back. Hotel located in an ugly industrial area.

Stopover connection from airport direct from USA so only one night but with 10am check-in available, perfect to get in whole day of touring. Room rate included breakfast but since we needed to catch up on sleep we missed it and they still charged us for coffee and did not give any credit back for unused bfast.
