it has a bed, shower, toilet. On the plus side: I loved how the shower is instantly hot with the buttons. I did not think the breakfast was worth the price, so I got better food to less money outside the hotel. the location is industrial. it was fine. the staff were very kind and helpful, i thought. I think the main advantages a hotel like this has are very pragmatic: it was near work, and reasonably priced. As an international traveler, I would like to check in when I arrive after a long flight and not have to wait until 3pm. There could be a fee/option to prepare the room earlier for that special case.

The customer service was decent, the buffet was alright (though lacking for an accor place), and the location was convenient for business, but these are the only good things about the stay. The negatives are as follows: The room I booked through egencia displayed a shower in amenity lists. It has been explicitly listed as shower. I compared across the rooms to make sure. There were options for that. Instead I get an accessibility room of dubious quality and dubious hygiene with a bathtub. There’s black mold-like thing on the walls in the corners and on the showerhead holder. The hot water switch doesn’t work, so I’ve been forced to take freezing cold showers. The toilet flush broke for about a couple of hours and the toilet kept making noise because of it for the duration of the first night I spent in there. There was also hard to define noise, almost like the AC for the entirety of my stay that interrupted my sleep. But hey, at least the bed was comfortable. Needless to say that made my stay at the hotel unpleasant, and wish I selected something else.

The enitre stay was satisfied and comfortatble although a little bit crowded at breakfast area in weekend. Yound lady Manuela had been busy cleaning the tables and tablewares but always smile to clients which is very lovely and friendly.

Stayed with my wife and our two boys. The hotel was clean throughout and had a good vibe. Staff throughout were really kind and nice. Breakfast is ok - basic continental, nothing too special (especially for the extra price we had to pay for it). The staff onsite at the breakfast were nice and helpful if anything needed replacing. The pool is really nice. The pool gets deeper in the centre. It gets to 160cm deep in the middle - with around 100-120cm around the edges. and there is a more shallower flat end which is about 70-90cm deep. The signs in the pool need updating. The changing area is small - it’s clean with showers and has coin operated lockers with fresh towels. The pool area has some loungers. It’s open from 6am to 11pm for all - so our kids were happy to swim in the morning and then again in the evening. No booking is required. There is only one changing cubicle in the men’s area - which didn’t have a lock on one side! We changed in the rooms before coming down, but this could be an issue for others. The rooms are a good size and cooled nicely with AC (needed on the days we were there!). The only downside is that there is no iron in the room - we had to use the ironing room which only had one steam iron!! Bring a travel iron/steamer! The staff were great at cleaning the rooms and refreshing the towels - really nice and friendly team. The hotel is located close to two key tram/bus stops which made travelling around easy to do. Ubers also arrived quickly at the site when we requested them on the days we needed it. There is also a convenience store nearby for drinks and snacks. Overall this is a great hotel - good location with a nice team looking after it. It could be better in places (better breakfast options and irons in the rooms). We will likely use this as a base again the next time we travel to Zurich.

Wonderful 4-night stay with my wife! The hotel is clean, the staff is great, and the rooms are big with excellent AC. It is in a perfect spot with a tram stop around the corner. Highly recommend

Room was easy to book with friendly cancellation policy. Hotel location is very good and easy to get to. We were given the room earlier as well, however, room had little bad smell and we thought it was from sheets, so we got sheet changed next day but the smell was still there from sheets.

Enjoyed our stay—thanks to friendly service staff and comfortable beds! The pool area needs more attention though—it was über-slippery (I fell and hurt my arm), as there are lots of families there the area needs asap rubber mats or similar to prevent injuries!
