Overcharged 64 Swiss Francs on arrival. No apology - just blamed the system when I disputed it. No acknowledgment of gold status like every other Accor I’ve ever stayed at.

As a Gold member, you were granted an early check-in as well as a complimentary room upgrade. We are sorry if this was not communicated clearly enough during your arrival. Please know that we take such matters very seriously, and we regret if our explanation regarding the charge did not meet your expectations. We also apologize for any perceived lack of acknowledgment of your Gold status, which is an important part of the Accor loyalty experience. The hotel is one of the few hotels with inside swimming pool. However, the swimming pool was not available on Friday evening and remains very cold during the week-end. I will make a complaint. Very good breakfast with a lot of freshly squuezed juices.

It is wonderful to know this part of your stay met your expectations. We are truly sorry to learn about your disappointment regarding the swimming pool. We understand how important this facility is, particularly as we are one of the few hotels offering an indoor pool. Unfortunately, an unforeseen technical issue occurred, which made the pool unavailable on Friday evening and affected the water temperature during the weekend. As this problem arose at short notice, there was regrettably no time to inform guests in advance. We sincerely apologize for this lack of communication and for the inconvenience caused.
