Overall, my experience at the hotel was very good. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous throughout my stay. The room is spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating (especially the housekeepers). The hotel is also in a convenient location. The tram station for the center of activities (at least a 10-minute tram ride) is about a 1- to 2-minute walk away. The only setback I had was a self-service laundry shop — the nearest one was about a 10- to 15-minute car ride away.
