Dear Benoit, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast, especially the variety of freshly squeezed juices. It is wonderful to know this part of your stay met your expectations. We are truly sorry to learn about your disappointment regarding the swimming pool. We understand how important this facility is, particularly as we are one of the few hotels offering an indoor pool. Unfortunately, an unforeseen technical issue occurred, which made the pool unavailable on Friday evening and affected the water temperature during the weekend. As this problem arose at short notice, there was regrettably no time to inform guests in advance. We sincerely apologize for this lack of communication and for the inconvenience caused.
