Located near to the main station of Hardbrucke, warm service from the start at check in. Room can do with additional towels (e.g face towel) otherwise comfortable stay even with 2A2C. Breakfast spread is decent, to consider perhaps a wider variety of warm dishes. All in all, would recommend for stay to kick-start a Swiss holiday!

Had a lovely stay here for a couple of days. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Get the No 4 tram in to town Room was clean and quiet, got good sleep. There was a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Only criticism was that is was too hot in the foyer and the food did seem expensive although it was good.

the bed is not confortable, air con switches on all the time, faucet in the bathroom is weird, at max a 3 star hotel at incredible high prices. Not the known swiss hospitality at all.
