Long check in times even after online checkin . Old infrastructure, rooms with poor sound proofing - can hear doors opening and shutting all day and night from surrounding rooms. Breakfast staff rude . Never going back . Booked a suite room which was supposed to have 2 bedrooms , in reality it was one room with a an extra sofa bed blocking the entrance door . Not at all a suite experience.

The check in experience was very bad . I am a diamond member and went to ALL counter . Mr Lucas who attended us took a long time in identifying the reservation and getting the check in done . There was no greetings neither any smiles with a cold reception . The room had a welcome note for being a Diamond member and was given some sweets as compliments which were already very soft due to poor packaging. The rooms lacked basic amenities such as dental kits and need to get from reception . Never experienced In a Novotel .

Bad service! Had to wait for check in. Even though room was paid, reception desk wanted the payment again. Asked for a business invoice, after 2 days still nothing received!!!

Only rated 8 for the towels have been changed every day, regardless of the green commitment not to if towels are tidied up on the hangers.
