Clean, just a few minutes walk to the tram station will bring you to the city centre, good room size for a family of four, very friendly and accommodating receptionist.... Nice breakfast and easy to reach by train from Zurich airport .......

We had a lovely stay at the Novotel. It was around the corner from tram stop which made it easy access to Zurich bus and train station, old town etc. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and good variety of food and beverages at breakfast. I highly recommend staying here

Long wait to checkin

The waiting time for the hotel checkin was long and it seems that there is no priority for gold members even though this is stated as benefit of being a priority club member. On arriving in the room the safe did not work, which I needed as I was heading back out of the room. I tried to call reception numerous times to ask them to fix it but without any response.
