Decent hotel, unfortunalty the air condition was not working the first day. I told the reception, who sent someone to fix but it did not work. The second day I talked with a very service minded receptionist named Niet I think (She was working around 8 PM 18.july). She gave us 2 rooms for the 3 people travelling, just after I complained compared to the first day. Because of her I am giving 4 stars and not 2 stars (as Air condition not working was a big problem the first night), otherwise nice hotel.

We stayed at Ibis at the end of our trip around Europe. We were very satisfied with our stay - it was clean, plenty of space, staff was incredibly nice and it was right by the tracks to take the train into old town. I think it’s a great value for the money and would stay here again.

Nail Can A TripAdvisor review

Best service ever. Everyone is so helpful towards our needs. We had no issues while checkin&out and also breakfast is so delicious. I would love to come back to this hotel again. Not only the service and breakfast, the room is also so clean. All was perfect
