Comfortable beds. I appreciated the commercial gesture to refund the late checkout due to the annoyance caused given the cleaning crew was not aware of the late checkout request. I would definitely repeat stay at the hotel as overall experience was excellent. Check-in was also very easy and quick.

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were brilliant, but the room was lacking basic amenities like tea and coffee making facilities. There was even a sign saying not to cook things in the kettle, even though there was no kettle. Everything else was brilliant, especially being able to use the pool in the novotel attached, but not being able to make a drink on our room was quite disappointing.
