The bedsheets were dusty and did not feel good to the skin. When I asked for slippers, toothpaste and shampoo I was given only a 3 in 1 “hair, face and body” thing that was also used as a soap to wash my hands. No slippers of course. No fridge in the room, so whatever you buy needs to be consumed the same day. The cooling system was very noisy and did not cool sufficiently. I had to leave my window open during the night because of the noise of the cooling system. The window does not open fully, but just a crack, so it was terrible in that sense. One good thing was that at least the towels got changed and my bed was made after every morning. The worst thing was that at the very end when I was packing my stuff I found a disgusting cockroach. I won’t come back to this hotel. I hope Switzerland has more to offer for this amount of money.
