The room was clean and comfortable i stayed 2 days 13 and 14 December I enjoyed the breakfast thank you from Vjoolca was at the welcome desk with big smile 😀 and sociable. Thank you for 👨‍🍳 Costantino buffet was full and delicious. For sure I will back again

Vito was very helpful. He got me fresh peppermint from the garden. Leon fron reception was very helpful and gave us advice where to go. My sister was ill and they aloud her to stay in the room until 2 without extra charge on the day of check out, check out is at 11. Hotel was good, tram 2 min walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room good nothing to complain.

Room temperature and noise made staying in the room quite uncomfortable

The room temperature could not be adjusted to a warmer setting and when I asked apparently the room temperature is set and can’t really be adjusted also when asked there were no heater/radiator, they could only offer another blanket. I am starting to see a pattern with this within the Accor group (had exactly the same issue at an Autograph Hotel in Vienna and a Novotel in Geneva a couple of weeks ago) not sure whether this is a commercial policy (saving on energy bills at the cost of the customer). These are not exactly warm, tropical destinations in the winter and would like to have the freedom to select a temperature that I deem comfortable.
