The air conditioning was loud in the evening that both nights I had to put on my headphones to block the noise, otherwise I couldn't sleep. Unfortunately, there was no way of turning it off.

This is definitely not the level of comfort we want our guests to experience. If the noise came from the air conditioning, it can actually be turned off completely by removing the key card from the room. However, if it was the ventilation system, then unfortunately it cannot be switched off. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we apologize that this affected your stay. We will check the unit in your room to ensure everything is functioning correctly and to prevent similar issues in the future. Pleasant staff at the reception, very forthcoming and quick to react. Comfy bed, very clean. All in all, I stay here several times a year, and the experience is always good - apart from the showers (hot and cold) and the hair dryer.
