It was comfortable. It’d be nice if there was water for all three of us and replenished daily would be great. Unfortunately, we had people upstairs that were so noisy -dragging furniture all day and night. I did make a call to complain the dragging of furniture continued. Not sure there was much more you can do.

I had a very short stay but the information from the desk was clear and provided in a friendly, helpful manner, breakfast was well stocked, the room is very comfortable and everything you need is provided. I appreciated the mineral water in the room and USB charging. There is also good light and temperature control in the rooms. I would stay again when I am next in Zurich for business for sure.
