They were happy to store our baggage while in the cosmos trip, also on our last one night stay the let us store while we went out for the day. Made such a difference. Complimentary drink card comes with your room key. No one told us about it. I found it when reading the key cover. They provide a outlet for universal adapter. Most Swiss hotels we stayed in did not. Some you could get at desk when leaving a deposit. Rooms are not very big. However, they are clean and for one or two nights are good. No facilities to make tea or coffee in room or when we asked the staff. Not a lot of shops nearby and nothing open on Sunday.

It was a unsatisfying that when arriving I had to pay in cash my stay even though the payment was agreed in advance it will be done with card. The staff was a confused about it, however at the end they were polite and apologise for the inconvenience. The room was ok, and the location great for my purpose in Zurich. The breakfast was very good.

Staff were friendly both in the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. The room was very clean and well kept. Choice at the breakfast in the Novotel was great and good quality. My only issue was the shower was hard to control with regards to its temperature
