Paid for a stay and didn’t let me store my luggage

As was kindly explained during your stay, our luggage room space is limited. In order to ensure that this service remains available to all of our guests, we are only able to store luggage on the day of check-in or check-out. In your case, following a one-night stay, you requested to leave your bags for two to three additional days after your departure, which unfortunately is not a service we are able to provide. Our receptionist informed you about the luggage storage facilities available at the main station, which are specifically designed for longer-term storage and provide a safe and practical alternative.
