I have been trying to get in contact with the hotel about required documentation about my stay through the email listed on their website, but I have received no response after almost a week, including following up. At this point, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. However, I had expected shower slippers to be provided. Before traveling to Switzerland, I requested information about the possibility of self-cooking in the room since I was fasting, but I did not receive a response. It was also challenging to find suitable fasting foods during breakfast. If there had been a form to indicate preferences, I would have stated mine. Nevertheless, it was a valuable experience, and I managed to adapt.

We have never been in a smaller room than here. Shower in the bedroom?? no place for luggage? The environment of the hotel was great. The room was made for a midget.
