We stayed here after a concert in the city centre. It’s well located with 3 tram lines passing close by. The room was nice and quite large for Zürich, breakfast option was good. We will stay here again in future.

Like always we stay at the Ibis Styles Zurich Center before flying back home. It is situated so conveniently close to the train station (i.e. connection to the airport), staff is very, very friendly and the rooms are absolutely clean and efficiently furnished.

1. When reserving I spelled my name and my e-mail adress and your staff was not able to put it correctly. 2. At checking in your staff wanted me to rise the tariff from the originally per mail confirmed CHF 250 to CHF 291. We spent 1 hour to get this issue solved. 3. We received a handicapped room! For what? We are both not handicapped. We come to your hotel for may years and are disappointed about these inconveniences. Best regards Ernst P.
