No proper queing system so guest needs to be aleart to get your queue otherwise you will need to wait long time. (only 3 counters to check in)

We had a great stay. Central location, clean hotel. Small rooms but big enough for a 3 day stay; all very modern. Great breakfast and wonderful kitchen/ bar staff. Only complaint are the pillows; soft foam and not supportive.

Liked the room, breakfast, bar and restaurant. Shower/sink dispensers don't work very well. Glad I was there over a weekend as the adjoining building work made the room unbearable on Monday morning.

The front office “ELVIRA” is so rude!

We arrived in the hotel at 12.33 pm and paid everything. A lady in the front office told us that we could come back an hour later and one of our rooms would be ready. Then we agreed to come back and took our lunch first. Since we had a plan to go to Interlaken that day. I came back actually around 2.30 pm, and wished we could catch up for 3pm train to Interlaken. But, I could not find the lady “with some letters in her neckales” that told us to come back. Then we, asked Elvira that was in the front office at that time and asked whether one of our rooms was ready. She said I could give you the room that ready at check in time, and we already explained that we were asked to come back one hour later. Long story short, Elvira said that she cannot make sure when the assigned rooms (actually we didn't ask for next to each other rooms, we only asked rooms in the same floor) would be ready. We then asked it was almost check in time (3pm) so we can wait a few minute to check in to the rooms, but rudely and loudly she said that she couldnt guarantee the rooms would be ready at 3 pm. It might be ready at 7 pm 8 pm blaaa blaaa blaaa… Guys, you told us to come back one hour later. We came back and at 3 pm you then said you cannot guarantee that at 3pm rooms would be ready! Fortunately, YAMEI helped us and found one room ready for us… See Yamei easily gave us one room and Elvira could not. Why Elvira did that to us? Thanks Yamei you left some snacks for us when I took the other room key at midnight.. But sorry your chocolate and candy would not help to forget what Elvira did to us.
