Great location, nice reception, free coffee, tea and water in the lobby. Breakfast is ok. Only one claim is room service. The room was cleaned very poorly, and sometimes not at all. The floor and sink were left dirty. They often forgot to replace toilet paper, towels, and tissues. I stayed for two weeks, so this really made a difference.

TV cannot get any sender, no one came to repair. The toilet brush holder was stuck to the toilet brush. Unusable. Cost me extra affort and discussion to get a bill.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. I was able to walk over from the train station, walk to restaurants without any issues. The hotel itself was nice too. Hotel staff helped me when the airline lost my luggage. Luckily the airline was able to find it and deliver it while I was out and exploring the city. The staff took it in and stored it until I got back. I would stay here again.
