The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and I really appreciated being allowed to check in early. Unfortunately, my room (605) had a horrible drain smell coming from the shower, which made the stay quite unpleasant for the duration. I was onsite with clients all day, and by the time I got back to the hotel, I honestly didn't have the energy to complain or go through the hassle of changing rooms. Thankfully, there was a large curtain I could close to separate the bathroom area from the rest of the room, which helped contain the smell and opening the balcony got some fresh air. It's a shame, as the staff were excellent, but the smell really let the experience down and needs to be addressed.

Good size room. Like the free coffee abd the Restaurant for convenience. Convenient location in walking distance to the main train station. The friendliness of the staff is not what I would expect from a Swiss hotel. Difficult to reach the hotel by phone and email.

I have 2 issues with my stay: 1. I stayed for 6 nights and the hotel breakfast for all 6 times aren't changed at all. This made me bored with the food. Also, my colleague that stayed in other room, he is a muslim and all 6 breakfast only has bacon for its main source of protein other than the egg. This made him even more miserable. 2. I didn't get toothbrush and have to pay for it. I think that toothbrush is standardly provided by most hotels and if you guys don't want to provide it for free, you should say it explicitly in the booking page.

Everything was ok. No mandatory cleaning service which for me is great. It was short stay so no cleaning needed and they respected this. In other hotel they still have mandatory cleaning every 3-4 days which is annoying. Thomas - person caring about breakfasts was lovely, nice and very helpful. He reacted without asking when she saw any issues or hesitation. He was like a ‘quiet butler’ from Victorian era haha! He’s a real treasure for the hotel! Breakfast selection was nice. Coffee in reception ok, but why there’s no milk? Also no kettle or at least glass cups was a bit weird but ok

Don’t get me wrong, the staff are polite and tried their best to fulfil our request. Unfortunately, our room was not ideal for rest. It is beside a bussing restaurant and a busy road. Because the ventilation is bad, we have to open the window for air, and as a result the noise came in.

The same trash used by previous guests was still there, there was no refrigerator, and the bathroom and room were separated only by curtains, so it was very humid... It is somewhat far from the station
