Very unpleasant for the room facing main street due to noise and cigarette Dirty toilets, previous guest hairs found on towels and bedsheet

we arrived earlier and we are allowed to get our room early. The pretty lady at front desk is very friendly and helpful. I opt for 2 room nearby in a same floor, she made it. I felt thankful for the help. I like their shower, water is strong enough compare to other hotels. Even though Room is not as big, but this is enough.
