Squeeze amenities that are un-hygenic (containers not sanitized). 1 thin pillow per bed. Bed and doona is comfortable, but if you want to reduce standards consider a proper pillow. To get air you can open a window but many bugs came inside.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. However, I had expected shower slippers to be provided. Before traveling to Switzerland, I requested information about the possibility of self-cooking in the room since I was fasting, but I did not receive a response. It was also challenging to find suitable fasting foods during breakfast. If there had been a form to indicate preferences, I would have stated mine. Nevertheless, it was a valuable experience, and I managed to adapt.
