Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. My stay was fully paid with points plus an additional payment, but the staff couldn’t find it in the system and I had to prove everything before another employee finally located it. The room was unbearably hot, with no way to control the AC. When I complained, reception simply told me to open the window. I paid a fortune for three nights and deeply regret it. One of my worst hotel experiences. Definitely do not recommend.
