I was only staying in this room one night and it was a perfect location close to the train station. Staff was nice and the rooms were modern and clean albeit a bit small. I would stay here again if back in Zurich.

Terrible Smell from Drains

The smell was so bad from the drains that I had to change rooms after I was told the hotel was "full" - they found a room when they came up and also smelled how bad it was. Then the smell started in the new room. Colleagues in other rooms had the same problem.

Room made up for 3 instead of 1. Looked and smelt like someone had just left the room. Bed 3 looked like someone had slept in it. No t&c making facilities however lovely restaurant with excellent food and good staff & service.

Perfect location is the only plus of the Hotel

From start, the front desk attended us with no interest and what is worst is that she had a bad flu it seems and was coughing without a mask on. Our request, by email before arriving ,for firm, semi hard pillows was not responded to. The rooms were uncomfortable and not in accordance with quality/price we paid. The sink drainage was very slow and often times clogged. I didn’t take the breakfast as upon arrival I was told there were no vegan options. The service was bad. The rooms were not properly made( the bed was not done, just covered ). For the price we paid and being of Accor group, I was expecting more.
