Great facility and good food & beverages. More staff training required regarding Accor+ discount at The Pool. Manual discount was applied afterwards by the Bar Voisin staff who was very attentive and friendly.

I enjoyed the hotel and it’s facilities. I suggest a room overlooking the Han river. The Voisin restaurant and bar are wonderful ! Wonderful infinity pool that is a must. The hotel stuff was great and made my stay comfortable.

They put away my swimsuit along with the bath towel. They found it later, but they didn't offer a proper apology.
