My three night stay at Mondrian had potential to be better

The first day and night was great! But the room service was terrible, they would not clean when requested such as take out trash or taking back food trays from the kitchen. There was no vacuuming done or sweeping of any kind I had to call the reception desk repeatedly so that the job can be done right since it was not the first time. There were many things I did like about the hotel such as the valet service. And the arcade in the basement, Also the rooftop bar. And basement indoor pool. The cleanliness of the hotel however was not satisfactory. Also there were always trays left out peoples doors that were there one night before and still there the next morning. This caused the hallways to not smell so pleasant. Overall this hotel was stunning inside and out but the cleanliness of the hotel really does affect the rating that I am giving it I stayed in the hotel for 4 days 3 nights. This was my experience, one last thing the air conditioning was not working all too well in my room. I stayed in a Suite so I can only imagine if the suite is as hot as it was how much hotter the other may be.
