Quite brand new facility, well decorated interior, and good service. But the room condition wasn’t that clean such as the table (was sticky and have some food garbage on the table) and glasses. And the noise from the next room was too loud.

great facilities, bed not comfy. also no mention of construction works on swimming pool, very noisy from early morning. Wish they gave me a room on the other side.

In the first place, there was a delay when check in because of the delay in house keeping. But we were able to check out late, and the manager suggested a room upgrade so we could really stay more relaxed and satisfied with the service. The hotel itself is a great land mark of Seoul and the interior was impressive. Every item in the room were extraordinary and pleasing to look at. Of course the room condition was so excellent and the stay was really satisfying.

Room is fine but there are to many things not working properly, that bother your daily leaving in the hotel.

The stay have not been satisfying regards to you are 4.5 * Hotel. I have been staying for 4 weeksand every week there have been troubel with something. WIFI not working, then some troubel with securing the deposit, then I have to move room, Your service peopel is not enough trained and they missing english skilles. Sometime you can not communicate with the service peopel at all.. they have no clue what you are asking them.

Location is not very close to station. The room was not so spacious and there was not much room for the baggage. We can see Namsan tower from the room fortuneately, it was quite a view. There are so many fancy restaurants and interior of the hotel is also beautiful. Although there were so many people when checking in and out, overall experience was satisfied.

Poorly designed property

No fault to the staff, who are all kind and accommodating, but the building's design makes this property one to avoid. No stairwell access and elevators are slow and get packed. So, even if you are safe in your room, you will have no choice but to pack densely into an elevator. During peak times, we took a 20-minute walk to avoid being packed between bodies. No amount of "deep cleaning" can make up for being packed tightly into a box with 20 people breathing the same air while you stop at floor after floor. There are not enough parking spaces, so self-parking isn't an option even at pandemic-level utilization. The restaurant was 75% empty, so it was practical to sit 5 meters away from other parties. The food was good. Have loved many other Accor hotels. Again, no fault to the kind staff. The building is a bad design and keeping the stairwells locked is not helping.

They were very flexible in terms of check-in time (i've checked in a bit early) and also on how we checked-out. They allowed us to simply leave the keys in the room and walk out. Staffs were also very well informed, professional. Room condition was also great.

It was quite nice experience for one night. Good location, nice restaurant(Cleo), stylish interior overall. But in the room, there’s no temperature contol system individually even the temp insisted 27c.

Conveniently located in Itaewon - It's close enough to walk to the main road but far enough that you're not bombarded with noise. The rooms were exactly how they are described, plus it was really comfortable and immaculately clean. Customer Service was superb!! I really appreciated the front desk staff with language accommodation and last minute reservation changes. This hotel is pet friendly so anyone traveling with pets, don't overlook Mondrian! I would recommend this hotel based on comfort, convenience (location), and their customer service. Definitely looking forward to staying at Mondrian again!
