Well Designed Hotel

Overall the interior of the hotel is very sleek and modern. Staff were very polite and helpful. Love the mini Yakgwa treats on the bed upon checking-in. A great way of introducing local delicacies to tourists. We requested for a late check-out because we needed a quick zoom call for work and the staff happily complied. The only downturn was the level of cleaning from house keeping.

Hotel owns good service, but the service of SPA LAEL is compatible with sexual harrassment.

Very clean and great service hotel, but SPA LAEL at basement was awful. The receptionist at Spa didn't ask me anything per preference of gender of therapist when I made a reservation. But my therapist was male, even though the spa was povided while I was almost naked... Initially I thought he was just preparing the equipment for spa, but he continued massage for 2hours... I felt very humiliated and insulted. I know I should've requested him to call female therapist, but I couldn't as he didn't speak English. I made complaints at reception after spa, but the female staff at reception didn't acknowledge anything about their imploliteness. I WON'T go to this hotel in the future. NEVER. The service at this SPA is compatible with sexual harrassment.

Hotel is beautifully decorated and designed. Upon entry, I can definitely see this is a 5 star hotel. Friendly and helpful workers guided me to the lobby where I was greeted and helped quickly by the staff. Check in was very smooth and they even advised me how to save 10% by becoming a member. Even though I booked a basic room, it was still very nice and had a great view.
