Great hotel and very accommodating staff. Came in on a night flight and the crew (John, Tim and Billy) moved mountains to get me a room. Although they were sold out I was able to get a room at 11. Rest of the hotel is amazing with all the facilities.

The shower was not water sealed so water went everywhere. The shower and shower head was moldy, clearly never been scrubbed/cleaned properly. Lotion was not filled up, ran out. Power was out for at least 30-60minutes.

Room very small for two people. No free upgrade for Chase “the edit” customers. Welcome amenity could be better than just 4 pieces of chocolates. We liked the breakfast but wished for more varieties. Overall feels like a 4 star hotel.

Overall the service is quite good here, moreover the location is rather convenient. It's located near some active bus stops and walking distance to a subway line. Plenty of interesting businesses and restaurants in the area. I do not quite know how to categorize the hotel. It doesn't seem well suited as business hotel, nor is it a family hotel. My biggest complaint is how ugly and incongruous the art and decor is. the reception, which is on the 2nd floor, has art 'swings' hanging from the ceiling around which you have to navigate. Obviously they're a temptation for kids. Moreover there's a giant pillar right in front of the reception desk. Many of the 'paintings' in the hallway or bizarre computer generated adorations that are unpleasant to view.

This was pretty disapointing . I have stayed at the Mondrian Doha so I was kind of expecting the same experience . Staff are professional but not personal in any way . Elevators take an extremely long time , the rooms are so small , poorly designed , and deteriorating quickly . Even splintered wood on the cabinets . Carpet is filthy right as you come off the elevators giving an immediate distaste. No special treatment of any kind . So, I cannot recommend this hotel .
