Well located. Fun and quirky hotel. Room service food could be improved taste wise. Staff was very attentive. Shower leaked water onto the floor.

It seems like most of workers are young and inexperienced with no pride of being a hotelier. Not much difference from workers at some retail shop on the street. Train your workers. It felt like 3 or 4 star hotel employees provide better services. Ambassador Seoul Pullman's experience was far superior.

Food and beverage credit only applied once for the two prepaid reservations through AMEX Platinum cards, counting single stay. Moreover, I had to order a food plate otherwise it won’t be applied to the room charge credit. Would like to have more flexibility on the rule. It just promotes me to look for another accommodation for the following weeks.

Solo trip for 2 nights and the room was a decent size and clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable! The staff were really nice helping me with my bags as I have a sprained ankle. The drinks at Rumpus Room were excellent as well! I would definitely stay here again!
