The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean, as I would expect from a 5 star hotel. A few things we would recommend to change: - Breakfast: We would recommend extending the opening hours for breakfast to at least 10:30 or preferably even 11am. - Altitude Pool: We don’t think charging extra for pool access (divided into two sessions) is appropriate for a 5 star hotel, especially considering the room rates. I’ve been to many different 5 star hotels throughout Asia and this is a first to me. Advertising it as “spectacular views of Seoul” and “high altitude” is also a bit misleading since it isn’t even located on the roof top. - Indoor Swimming Pool: The rule of having to wear a swim cap when using the pool seems quite ridiculous to us. We also haven’t had this experience in other hotels. Since we obviously did not bring our own swim caps and also did not feel like purchasing them at the hotel, we had to opt out of using the pool.
