I am travelling with Family and Elevator not working is not acceptable. As a member, i should have been informed prior to arrival and given options to alternate property or cancellation.

The hotel and personnel were great. Although the elevator wasn't working, they provided someone to carry luggage up and down. The location to Gare de l'Est can't be beat. My only disappointment was that there is no longer a fresh orange juice machine. In the future I will probably get breakfast outside of the hotel.

The elevator was broken during our stay. The spiral stairs were definitely not to standard and a safety concern.

Although the room (406) and the location were very good, a few days after my stay I noticed some bites, which I had never experienced before and that could be consistent with bedbugs. Even two weeks later, they still remind me of the trip.
