Hello Sirs, I have had an open complaint with you since October 7, 2024 with no solution. I paid for a room and when I arrived it wasn't available (my son had to sleep on the floor). No one is saying what will be done? ibis Styles Paris Gare de l'Est Magenta Reservation NQVHDNSS. Offering a points voucher that can't be used in any hotel (only some of the more expensive ones) is a bad proposition, imagine if it were the other way around and something wasn't fulfilled by the client.

Very friendly and clean. The ground floor room was a bit noisy and the queen size bed a bit cramped but everything else was great. Excellent breakfast!
