Nice hotel, good location and apartments. Could be improved: - Staff team, especially reception guys could speak English to give info about laundry, nice place to visit, restaurants and so on. - Restroom very cold with wind coming from air outlets, and too short bathroom sink. - Restaurant to take breakfast have only few seats and offen is full, especially in Covid situations must have a better way to coordinate this

All well, personnel really kind. Two strange things: a breakfast in France that offers no cheese and no hair dryer or n the room.

Small but well located hotel. Nice, clean rooms. Good breakfast. However, in the street where the hotel is located there were obviously problems with sewage and it occasionally smelled very badly of urine.

Good location, 3mins walk from the metro and rail station. Staff were great - happy to help with all sorts of requests whether big or small. Just slightly let down by the extremely small room size. Not recommended if you are travelling with large luggages. All rooms come with free buffet breakfast, which was of decent quality.

Rooms are small but since it's fairly new everything worked perfectly. Our room was clean and spotless each time we returned in the evening. The block that the hotel is located smells of piss and could be loud at times in the evening. Well located for public transport with lots of buses and enough metros. The breakfast was always well stocked and replenished when empty. Friendly, kind staff. The key cards were always getting demagnetized and there seemed to be a problem with the machine each time we tried to remagnetize our cards.

It is a compact cosy place near Gare de l'est. The staffs are very attentive and helpful. The room is quite small, but it is good enough for a short stay. The ibis bedding is just awesome. I could sleep well. In fact, it is quite quiet during the night. I wish the lift was a little bit bigger and the quality of the baguette for breakfast could be improved a little. It would be helpful, if the hair dryer was provided in the room though. Overall, it was a nice stay!

Friendly, hardworking staff but lot of "structural" issues

Stayed on the hotel, which I understand was recently refurbished/renovated. Even though the staff was very friendly and hardworking, the issues with the hotel/location itself played a bigger role on my evaluation: - On the reservation the room description was mentioning that the room had a hair dryer (which was not the case), this lead to some issues regarding showering/hair washing, specially for my wife - No welcome drink and no water on the room (first, normally coming from the loyalty program and the second also was mentioned on the room description during the reservation) - The room was very poorly isolated from a noise perspective. The window was not capable of "muffling" the noise coming from the street which was a problem specially on the days where people were gathering nearby the hotel - During the night, the street the hotel is located is serving as a "public toilet" for some locals that remain there drinking/partying until late hours. So besides the noise that I already mentioned, on the morning the street smells like urin - Neighborhood at night does not make you feel safe so we definitely avoided coming back too late to the hotel - Room was good and for the first time on an Ibis I didn't have to ask for an additional pillow - Breakfast was an absolute chaos. The room is too small and it's hard to move if there are more than a couple of people having breakfast at the same time. The lady working there was completely overwhelmed with work. She had to check the rooms on the list, covid certificates, clean up, replenish food/drinks and it was clearly impossible for her to keep all of those items on a good standing. So, all in all, I'd not recommend the hotel unless the person really has a reason to stay on that specific area as there are other options (from Accor itself even) on the same price level on other locations.

The hotel has been recently renovated and, despite being relatively small, specially the common areas, it feels very nice and it is very comfortable. It is quiet for a very good location with good restaurants and independent stores nearby. Staff was very kind and accommodating.
