We arrived at the hotel in Paris without ourove and beyond to help us get our luggage from the airport! We were so grateful! He took care of us later, too, holding our luggage until it was time for us to leave! All of the staff was helpful to us! Our room was wonderful, with everything free in the mini-refrigerator. I really liked so many of the items available to purchase in the lobby, too! The decor and music were super fun! Plus, they having a water fountain for refilling water bottles! We chose this hotel because I wanted to experience a 25Hours hotel since we had never stayed at one before and because of its location! It is literally across the street from Gare du Nord train station! That was so convenient for us! There are many nearby restaurants to eat at, too. We didn’t get a chance to try their restaurant but we plan to next time! I truly recommend this hotel!

From the moment I walked into the hotel, we were greeted warmly by reception. Sitting ten feet away was Mouloud who saw how exhausted we were after our flight from the US. Although the front desk staff said we couldn’t get in until 3pm, Mouloud checked on rooms to allow us early entry so we could rest and enjoy our stay in Paris. We were very grateful. I will happily stay here again. Thank you!!
