The staff were friendly and multilingual. We were able to keep our bags there before we checked in and after we checked out. The room was nice.

One of the most agresive receptionist i ever encounter in my life: after landing in CGD, we came to the hotel to leave the baggage. One of the receptionists, a very pleasant lady, welcomed us and told us that if room available, checking can be done at noon. When friends arrived from Lyon, for the second room, we meet them at the hotel. Was around 12:30, and another lady at the reception, when asked if any room available, she started to be very agresive, no explanation, her only reply was after 14:00. At some point i felt she was about to kick us out of the hotel. Sorry, this attitude is not acceptable in the hospitality industry. Otherwise, corect services for the faire, pleasant staf members.

We were very impressed with the location of the hotel and the size of the bedroom, each of the children having their own bed - rather than a sofa. The free breakfast was a bonus as well.

My stay was during snowy weather in Paris and the aircon wasn’t working. An extra blanket was provided for the second night, so it was more pleasant than the first. Other than that, it was good. Complete breakfast, nice receptionists, and great location if you’re using trains at Gare de l'Est, or even the metro/tram combo for the Orly airport.
