- The bathtub fixtures were in an appalling state, with rust and grime buildup, indicating a lack of regular maintenance and cleaning. - The toilet flush button and the overall areas had a residue of what looked like feces, dead-skin buildup and much more that I do not want the mental image of. - The door hardware was damaged, adding to an overall impression of neglect and disrepair; the door also had a hard time closing. - The room was freezing cold, we were offered a space heater which we were later told was unavailable. - Almost all restaurant tables were unstable and shaky, not just in a slightly annoying way but in a fully unusable matter. ----- The ibis/accor managed-services such as the bedding and food quality were more than great; the staff we faced were very friendly and the check-in/check-out procedures were very swift and easy.

WE had a lovely 2 day stay - it's a great location so near the Gare De Nord, and with a metro stop on the doorstep. Rooms were a very good size I thought for central Paris, although the bathroom was a little dark. They were very comfortable too, and breakfast was great. Well stocked with a good variety for children too. The table football game was a good bonus too

We stayed for the weekend and arrived on Eurostar from London, the hotel location w as excellent. Walking distance to Gare du Nord and entrance to the metro station is in the same building as the hotel. The rooms were refurbished and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great choice for breakfast, much more than we expected. Other hotels in this area offer lower standard and higher rates. Good value for money. Strongly recommended.
