Very basic room in a great location - impossible to open windows because of location (literally right over train tracks) but grand if you kept the windows shut and the A/C on (though it never cooled the room down by much - it was fine). Our door seemed like it closed when you left, but did not - it stayed open unless you actually pulled it shut. The door handle on the bathroom came off but was fixed once we notified the front desk. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet
