Welcomed by a cracked glass door, mould in the bathroom - and then showerhead did not work so we were not able to have a proper shower which I believe is a basic requirement when staying at a hotel. When flagged this issue we were told that french showers can operate differently and it might have been us - this was the 3rd french hotel we were staying at this trip and we even sent picture proofs… would avoid this hotel…

The room was advertised as being accessible so I booked it as I am disabled. It was fine for me but not if you are a wheelchair user as there is no space for a chair to manoeuvre around and also doesn't have an accessible bathroom. The room was fine, outdated a bit. The bedside tables were falling off the walls and things would slide off them. The bathroom only had one small light that barely did anything and the mirror light didn't help much either, but it was useable. As we were out most of the day, none of this was a bother for us, but it is good to know for others who may book. Easy access to public transport, lots of local shops and restaurants around, and the area of Paris is also very nice too. We enjoyed our stay, right up until the end. We checked out at 3pm as I am a silver member, sat in the lobby for an hour before deciding to drop our bags in the luggage storage so we can go and get food. The receptionist was very rude and should not be working in customer service. She asked us if we checked out that say and we said yes, then asked us "why didn't we drop our bags off when we checked out?". She also kept rolling her eyes expecting us to be able to know exactly where she wanted us to go, where she wanted us to put our bags, and just seemed angry that we had spoken to her at all. Her colleague that I spoke to later was perfectly lovely, so I don't understand why we were treated so rudely at first. As a hotel receptionist myself, I wouldn't dare speak to a guest in such a way. I did not take the receptionists name as I don't believe in direct confrontation (and no one wears name badges anyway) but I do hope that the front office management speak to their team and remind them that this is Accor and they have a standard to maintain.

The hallway to the room is quite dirty. Rooms are okay. Breakfast was decent not much options but good quality. It was around before 11am on my checked out date that someone is opening my door but checked out is at 12:00.

Although well located, and the temperature at the lobby is well maintained at 19 degrees, there temperature in the rooms are at 25 which force passengers to open the windows to get some fresh air but the noise caused by the trains makes it hard to relax, work or even sleep. The breakfast and staff are the saviours of our stay. It’s a pity because if the temperature would be maintained at 19 degrees like mentioned on the different boards, it would be a fantastic stay!

While the hotel itself is acceptable, the neighbourhood is awful, I do not recommend going out while it's dark. The room has the bare bare minimum and isn't in a great state.
