However, I’m sorry to learn about the discomfort your parents faced during their stay, especially with the heat wave affecting their room. We understand that such weather is not typical for Paris, but it’s important to us that all our guests have A. comfortable experience. I apologize for the lack of follow-up regarding the portable air conditioning unit. We strive to provide prompt assistance to our guests, and it’s disappointing to hear that we fell short in this instance.
