Clean hotel. Booked a triple, was given two rooms instead, which was a minor complication. Otherwise, no problems with the stay. Never felt unsafe in the area. Would stay there again for a night or two if I was in the area again.

Convenient location, helpful staff

The hotel is well located for public transport, the staff were helpful and professional, our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was superb. The hotel is a little noisy due to being next to the Gare de l’Est but it’s reasonably quiet when the windows are closed. The air conditioning is OK but does not cool the room as much as you might expect. I would recommend the hotel overall and it is good value for money.
