Spacious family room, clean bathroom, friendly staff, quiet, comfortable bed. Breakfast was always incomplete with lots of items running low and needing refilling, cutlery were often dirty.

Room really good size and appointed well. The carpet though was really dirty- there were long hairs all over it which made me doubt whether it was vacuumed at all- these were still there in the second day. No cups paper or otherwise in the bathroom. Beds comfortable but the single sheets seemed very small as they came untucked revealing the plastic mattress cover. Breakfast was passable but on day 2 was across the road. The lift was not working meaning that we had to carry a heavy suitcase upstairs. . Essentially an adequate stay but let down by cleaning.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. During my stay, personal belongings were stolen from my room by the cleaning staff, and the hotel did absolutely nothing about it. My gold ring, which I had left in a jewelry box on the table, disappeared. I am certain it was stolen – I never wore it during my stay, so there is no chance I simply lost it. Unfortunately, I noticed this only while packing on the last day, so there was no time to report it to the police. When I contacted the hotel afterwards, they only replied that nothing had been found, even though they clearly know who was cleaning my room and could have investigated further. On top of that, there was no safe in the room to store valuables, no fridge, no kettle, and the elevator was extremely small – it could barely fit one person. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location close to the metro. Otherwise, I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

we stayed with my family of 4 in Paris. the place was clean and convenient but the location was a bit downtown. the breakfast was simple. It would be nice to have a coffee/tea in the room.
