It was a stay after a long transatlantic flight with our two kids - despite early show up at the property , both the reception person and the manager showed great flexibility to accomodate us!!! Big THANKS to all the team at IBIS!

Location was great, the room size was fine; however, there is no service in the hotel, I mean, even the breakfast room was so small that we had to go to the other Ibis hotel to have breakfast.

Had a great stay. Staff were lovely, polite and professional. Breakfast was really good. Rooms are very quite considering the hotels location so had good nights sleep. The hotel is ideally located near Gard Du Nord and Gard Du Est so a good location to get back to from Central Paris or elsewhere. Lots of very good restaurants and shops.
