The payment is not clear not matter in order process and settle balance. The staff cannot explain clear in the email. Even I phone call to your team, they do not supportive and not friendly. In the famous city, universal adapter or socket in the room is required but the room is only local socket.

Dear mister L., You booked a non refundable rate for a total of 441.01€ for room only, city taxes included. Which you paid ate the reservation. Everything is explained on the accor website, I don't really understand why you're saying you didn't have the information. I hope you spent a nice stay though. Best regards

Very easy and friendly access - perfect overview at the reception with ability to serve two clients!! Positively surprised about the room size. Small, but for sure sufficient breakfast buffet. Hotel bar more theoretically than present, but did not miss it - had some cafes around the corner too. Gare de l'Est and metro station just less than a minute of walk. Perfect city trip hotel especially if travelling by train.
