Mistake in reservation

Hi, I had 2 points to improve, 1. I made one booking for 1 room, but you input me 2 rooms. I will ask claim back money of the 2nd We can do in a good way and faster, or if you consider not, we can do in via court of justice, which will be slower, and will make me angry, that will cause not to repeat with Ibis anymore, but at the end, I will get my money back due of 2nd room I did not want to book. 2. The receptionist give us the room 501 which is at 5th level floor and there are steps to jump, which is not a problem but only if you have a big heavy suitcase, which was the case. It should be great if advice your team to evaluate the suitcase and assign, if possible, the most confortable room for carry the suitcase. Please, reply me with email to ask about point 1, or go to court of justice. Best Regards, Julian.

The room was comfy and the staff were kind, helpful, and courteous. The hotel is a stone throw from the Gare de L’Est and a 10 min walk to the Gare do Nord. Most of the main ‘tourist attractions’ are a little further out, but the metro and bus links are great, and if you are happy to travel a little (10-20 mins on the tube to most places), it is well worth paying the lower premium to stay slightly further out rather than the extortionate prices further in. Highly recommended.
