Stayed for the weekend with family in three rooms. Rooms were all clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Small and basic, for sure, but adequate. Arrived quite late at night. Reception was very welcoming and helpful. Lots of places to eat very close by. Overall, absolutely no complaints, and would stay again if we wanted a hotel near Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est. That said, one word of caution - there are at least three Ibis hotels in the area with very, very similar names. Be VERY careful if you're using Google to navigate you to your hotel or you could end up visiting more Ibis hotels than you really want to. Special shout-out to the late-night receptionist it the "Ibis *Style* Paris Gare de l'Est TGV", who walked us across the road to the correct hotel.

It was not a well coordinated

Room needs attention with proper curtains to prevent street light preventing darkness at night

We would like to clarify that all of our rooms are equipped with electric blackout blinds, which normally allow guests to completely block outside light. We are sorry if this was not clear during your stay or if it affected your comfort. Regarding the TV channels, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We checked the television and noticed that the English channels had been deactivated. This issue could have been quickly resolved, as our reception team is available at all times and would have been happy to assist you.
