Good, comfortable, and spacious room, though the breakfast facility is sometimes shared with a sister hotel so can get cramped. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

The hotel room was extremely small, the carpet had an old unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was in poor condition with dirty tiles, rusted metal areas poorly covered with paint, and a stained sink. The towels were also stained, worn out, and torn along the edges. These were just a few of the issues that made the stay disappointing. On a positive note, the customer service was good, which made the experience somewhat more manageable.

Our experience was really nice. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was also extremely close to the metro station which was useful when visiting touristic places. Room was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much :)

Overall, a good and stereotypical experience: location is really convenient, breakfast was nice, rooms are great for families travelling with children. Check-in appeared bureaucratically inefficient (it seemed they had to process all information that I had already provided during the online check-in) and the front desk receptionist knew just enough English to give directions to the lift and to our room (the EU exist for about 30 years now, but the French still haven't accepted that French is not the 'linga franca' (how ironic) of Europe; my 10-year-old child knows more English then the receptionist...)
