Unfriendly personnel by check in and poor kindness by breakfast. Not possible to park you car when you are higher than 1,95 meter

Hello Dear customer, I regret your stay was not up to your expectations. We don't own any parking, and the indoor parking lot available walking distance has a maximum height of 1.95m. You can park outside though, there is no maximum high. I will transfer your comments to the front desk manager and the breakfast manager to make you feel more welcome next time, Best regards

Everything was nice. I was only concerned about the safety of our toddler as the family room did not come with cot and the bed did not have any rail.

An underwelming stay

The location of the hotel is great for a tourist with good transport and lots of option for dining in the area. The stafff was well mannered. Unfortunately there is only one elevator so we would either have too wait too long for it to arrive or just give up and take the stairs. We were only given one large towel per person (which we were told is the normal) so using it was more complicated than necessary. The bathtub screen was not fitted properly so there was always water leaking out and onto the floor. And the bathtub drain was not workin properly. The room was unfortunately uncomfortably warm to sleep in since the temperature was almost 25 degrees even though there were posters everywhere suggesting that it should be kept at 19 degrees. Conclusively we were happy for our stay to be over and I don't believe we will be choosing an Ibis hotel for our next trip.

We booked a Room at this Hotel many Month in advance via Accorhotels App and checked in online 24 hours before arrival. On arrival, we had been forced, to Go to a IBIS Styles Hotel a few Blocks away, without any Reason..The comment was: "You have been rebooked to another Hotel, Good Bye". Thanks. Next Day (I guess, someone in Charge!) mailed us, we can Go to a Mercure Hotel, a few Blocks away, what we did, because the Rooms at IBIS Styles Hotel, Gare Est, are very small... Anyway.. this treating of a Silver Member was definatly bad... You better off, to book your Hotels via Booking or so...
