What you saw upon arrival was a standard pre-authorisation made at the time of booking, which is not an actual debit. This pre-authorisation is automatically released by your bank at the beginning of your stay, while the final payment is processed upon check-I.. We understand this can sometimes cause confusion, and we apologise if this was not clearly explained at the time. We truly value your feedback and hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you again under better conditions.
