The stay was very comfortable despite of small room size. Very good location since not too far from major attraction and easy access to metro and also adjacent to major train station. The price could be a bit higher but considering the accessibility, it was worthwhile. The bed was amazing and the view is classically Parisian. Not to forget, the staff are friendly and courteous too. I would return in the future.

I contacted the hotel in advance to check that we would be able to have a wheelchair accessible room. I was assured this had been booked for us. But when we arrived, the room was clearly not booked. They first tried to give us a room that was up stairs. When I came back and said it was not accessible, it took front desk another 30 minutes to find something else. The second room was accessible, but it was clearly a room meant for a single person. 2 people were very uncomfortable for the night, so we checked out early the following day. The manager was very nice about it all and refunded us the second night. But it was not a great experience and we will not be back. There were other small things that were not reflective of the three star rating of the hotel. Coffee and tea were only available from the bar on request. No kettles could be requested. We found out that rooms would only be cleaned on request. And when we tried to order a mixed drink at the bar, the person at the bar did not know how to make it. In general, more training needed and just slightly better facilities.

We would also like to clarify that our accessible (PMR) rooms are designed and equipped to accommodate one person with reduced mobility, in line with their configuration and accessibility standards. This may explain the discomfort experienced when the room is used by two people. Regarding the bar, please note that cocktails are not included on our menu, which may explain the difficulty encountered when placing your request. Good, comfortable, and spacious room, though the breakfast facility is sometimes shared with a sister hotel so can get cramped. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
