Was charged for breakfast. Hand towels not provided, hot water kettle not in the rooms for quick early morning coffee. Samuel has been of great help and with great cooperative professional attitude. Rest of the Reception staff were average.

I appreciate that every FO staff member I've interacted with has been incredibly helpful and friendly, always greeting guests with lovely smiles. However, I did feel a bit disappointed when I was placed on the first floor, as it made me uncomfortable and didn’t align with my expectations as a platinum member. It left me wondering about the benefits of being a platinum member in this situation.

Although we are aware Ibis is Accor's entry level hotel, the staff at this Ibis hotel doesn't make us feel unappreciated. They are very courteous and always greet us when meeting us. Well done.

The AC did not function. We reported this on the first day at the reception, but nothing happened for the four days of our stay. The soap in the shower was empty on the second day but the roomservice did not fill it up. Otherwise, the room was according to standard in this price range.
