It was not a well coordinated

Room needs attention with proper curtains to prevent street light preventing darkness at night

We would like to clarify that all of our rooms are equipped with electric blackout blinds, which normally allow guests to completely block outside light. We are sorry if this was not clear during your stay or if it affected your comfort. Regarding the TV channels, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We checked the television and noticed that the English channels had been deactivated. This issue could have been quickly resolved, as our reception team is available at all times and would have been happy to assist you. After the elevator there are still two sets of stairs to get to the room. The thermostat was not functioning.

Please note that we have installed portable heaters in each room, which guests can use at their convenience to ensure a comfortable temperature. Regarding the stairs, it is only a few steps to reach another corridor where our three quietest rooms are located—rooms that our guests usually appreciate for their calm and comfort. I didn't like the front desk staff in the night of Feb 16 and 17. He was unkeen to help and probably needs training on customer service. Why can't Ibis provide breakfast free like Hilton, Mariott and Hyatt? I have never paid for breakfast at Hampton Inn, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Hyatt, Fairfield Inn, Springhill Suites. I think it’s fair to expect that after paying over 500 euros (overt 600 dollars) and booking close to four months in advance for a non-peak season. The elevator needs repair/replacement. It jerks so much and probably a huge safety issue. Am i the first to complain about the elevator? Only positive thing was the location. Though housekeeping was doing their job, the carpet was dusty on the room. Housekeeping need vaccum cleaners, not just brooms!
