We are sincerely sorry that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the air-conditioning I. your room and the cleanliness issues you encountered. Please be assured that we have shared your comments with our maintenance and housekeeping teams for immediate follow-up. Regarding the payment process, please note that there was no double charge. What you saw upon arrival was a standard pre-authorisation made at the time of booking, which is not an actual debit. This pre-authorisation is automatically released by your bank at the beginning of your stay, while the final payment is processed upon check-I.. We understand this can sometimes cause confusion, and we apologise if this was not clearly explained at the time. We truly value your feedback and hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you again under better conditions.
