Everything was excellent. The room and the cleanliness of the hotel were perfect. Additionally, the hospitality was outstanding—they provided a beautiful fruit basket and traditional coffee, which made us feel very welcomed. This was my second time staying at The Fairmont in Riyadh. The hotel is exceptional and the staff are very friendly. The only negative experience is the noise from the roof top bar and construction site next door is very disruptive and can keep guests awake at night

We recently stayed at your hotel for a family vacation, and we were truly impressed with every aspect of our experience. Everything was well-organized and perfectly managed. The staff were exceptionally professional, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was outstanding, keeping our room spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions while providing a peaceful atmosphere. The ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the dining experience. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff were cooperative & the location was great. However, the noise were unbearable from the lounge/Cafe, it was on up to 3:00 am !!!

Personal belongings were lost

My backpack was lost by someone working at the hotel. They failed to find & return it to me before I left. Most of the staff weren’t very helpful with this problem instead kept telling me something new every day while I was staying there to avoid the situation. It was very stressful knowing my bag filled with valuable items was not leaving with me and could potentially never be found. I tried speaking to all on duty managers but all they would tell me is that they are investigating the cameras and will reach out to me once they find it. I am being very patient with everyone yet no one had a clue what happened to my belongings. I’m not sure what to do now or who to reach out to.
