This is one of my best hotel experiences ever. Excellent, Clean, and properly maintained rooms and facilities. Convenient basement parking (I drove from Dhahran). Extremely courteous staff. Th only improvement needed is in the food. I would rank breakfast 6/10 and overall food quality 6/10.

As a Platinum member with ALL Accor, I always choose Fairmont Ramla Riyadh when visiting with my family because of the high standards and great experiences I’ve had in the past. However, this visit was deeply disappointing and has left me with unfortunate memories of the hotel. The room we stayed in had a persistent bad smell that negatively impacted our entire holiday. I called the reception every day to address the issue. While they came to check the maid's bathroom once, the only follow-up action was sending a freshener spray, which did nothing to resolve the smell. Each time we entered the room, we were met with the same unpleasant odor.
