My stay at Fairmont Ramla Riyadh during WTM Spotlight was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The pre-arrival check-in process was smooth and made my arrival particularly easy. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches such as fresh fruit and excellent housekeeping. The team was extremely attentive and always willing to assist, even with small requests. The evening turndown service was also a lovely touch. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The variety, quality and selection of fresh and healthy options were excellent and made each morning a pleasure. I would also like to commend the restaurant and lounge teams. On my final day, the restaurant team kindly helped me pack a chocolate tower securely for my journey back to the U.S. The lounge team, where I spent several hours before my late-night airport transfer, was exceptionally attentive without being intrusive. They offered refreshments and snacks and created a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and was very impressed by the warmth, professionalism and attention to detail of the entire team. Although I had limited opportunity to explore Riyadh during this trip, my experience at Fairmont Ramla has certainly made me want to return and explore more of the destination and Saudi Arabia. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel rooms are very cozy, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Especially the terrace design—although my room (401) didn't have an excellent city view, I visited other high-floor rooms and the urban scenery was fantastic. Additionally, there's a rooftop swimming pool, and the lounge bar offers great opportunities to enjoy city views while having tea and chatting with friends.
