Very bad and disappointing. First day of stay I have raised a complaint to the receptionist about the dropped quality of cleannesses and hygiene in the room. one of the toilet towels had stains and ironing machine was unclean which has ruined by clothes and caused me delay reporting to work. This is my fifth stay at this hotel and unfortunately I have brought my family with me given the trust I have built with the brand in the past but not anymore. By the way, there was no follow up at all to this incident which is also put under google review

What a wonderful hotel, with clean and best amenities. The staff was welcoming and attentive specially Ms. Ms Ohoud Asr with her high hospitality service to all the guest. I will always stay on this hotel during my every trip to Riyadh. Highly recommended.

The housekeeping was very late and unprofessional. I stayed for 2 nights and on the 2nd day I informed the front desk to clean the suite, Unfortunately I came back afternoon and found the suite uncleaned. What made it worse is when they came to clean they didn't change the blankets. Every thing else was ok but this incident made a black point in my family's experience.
