This was my first stay at Fairmont Ramla. Although the stay was short and only for 4 nights, however I enjoyed it a lot. The location of the Hotel is really convenient as it is very close to the Dr. Suleiman el habib metro station which make it accessible to a lot of places. I would like to thank the hotel staff for upgrading me to a double room apartment. The breakfast was really nice and delicious. One small request, please extend the time to use the pool more! As a consultant, i come late to the hotel so i wouldn’t have the opportunity to swim. Looking forward for my upcoming stays at Fairmont Ramla!

there was one thing which really disturbed me. I even told this at the reception but I don't know if they took an action upon it. it happened the next day of my arrival. it was this sports team over here at the hotel, and the team coach was sending his teammates to their allocated rooms, through the lift according to the room available in the lift. of course, there are other guests staying at the hotel except that whatever sort of team it was. I was going to enter the lift to go to my suite and that coach, he was older than me and black [no offence just for the reference purposes], he stopped me to enter the lift and continued to escort his people. I don't think they were any more important than other guests staying at the hotel. it doesn't matter if they were more guests, rules are for everyone. the lifts serves on first come first get basis you cannot stop someone from going to their own suite/room. I didn't argue, considering his age. I'm sixteen and he was like I don't know forty? but he shouldve respected me as a guest and the hotel should know what kind of backgrounds are their guests from. obviously money doesn't buy class. people like them create chaos everywhere, I personally avoid such people and groups, its an advice that you, as a hotel should too avoid such teams, clubs and groups to stay at the hotel due to which there might be chaos, or other guests might suffer. one more thing, the lights in the main lobby area at night are too bright, they really used to get in my head. lobbies and receptions are supposed to be calm, welcoming, warm and cozy, filled with lamps and lower to the ground lighting. except one big white light on the top.

Great stay in a new, modern serviced apartment. The apartment was very clean and offered a nice view. However, due to the ongoing construction around the property, the view was not quite as expected. Also, the prices for breakfast at the restaurant and coffee in the lounge were quite high.
