Pros : Location, just a 2-min walk to the Riyadh Metro (blue line) which connects to major area. The accommodations were SUPERB! No need to doubt Fairmont, clean spacious and luxurious. The service was SUPER GREAT, all the staffs were greeting us with a kind and nice gestures all time we were there. Not to mention the late check out given to us (not guaranteed tho' but they'll try their best). The additional services such as restaurants, pools and others were also great especially the KIDS Club. Cons : Maybe the location for youngsters who love night life is not that hype, but for me, it was exactly what I'm looking for. Quiet and nice at night, unlike the other Olayan st hotels where the street are busy until late.

However what was the most annoying part is that you can hear all from the streets, the price therefore could be a bout lower for this sleepless experience.

It was a lovely experience from start to finish. The staff are lovely, the place is clean and smells good, the parking is very convenient, and the restaurant was great. All in all was a wonderful experience and would definitely be back in the future. One point was a bit inconvenient which was the cleaning staff when they were cleaning other flats on our same floor it was very noisy and they used to chat in a very loud voice.

Overall the hotel and the staff were great. The only disappointment was the food. It was unexpectedly low in quality and variety. Never been in a buffet this low. I was really embarrassed in front of my wife. She ate nothing at all.

I was surprise that there seems no special treatment for a diamond member: no upgrade mentioned, no special gift on the room, no free breakfast (only WE).
