I have stayed here many times. I have noticed the below during my last stay Seems that being a Gold member of Accor has no value what so ever The hotel is in need of a renovation as the rooms look old and worn out Finally, and this is true with all Novotel rooms, lighting is very low

A good trip … room could benefit from additional light within and sockets near (no sockets near bed) Bed mattress is stiff
