I have had regular business related stays at Novotels in Europe. This was below par. The positive highlight was breakfast with good food and friendly staff and service. Checking in and out were poor, attention to maintenance was poor.

too bad.. corridors stinks with cooking smell. rooms were very apart although i had children. filed a complaint on my account same day no reply so far.!!!! room carpet was dirty. changed mirror was still not cleaned. bed sheet althougg washed but u can feel they are too old.

Every time I use your hotel, I see a poorer service. Mini bar empty, room smell is always a big issue, Coffee (sometimes only decaf sometimes only no decaff, it used to be split, towels missing most of the time, ...) What is going wrong!!!

Not so happy this time around. I stayed in this hotel more than 30 days so far in the last 5 years. Jaccuzzi is not working since 2 years, and they dont care to repair. This time i was not upgraded, nor i had a welcome drink and it was too late and i was too tired to ask.

Hotel did not at all take into account your membership status. Welcoming and kindness of reception staff is way below usual Novotel standards. Sound proof could be better. Otherwise Gym is nice & hotel is conveniently located in town.

Room was a bit tired and plug points are hidden behind the curtain. Only one English channel and no options to order in food. Taxi drivers kept taking me out of town - so a location update might be useful.

I am a gold member for Accor group of hotels. So I have stayed at this hotel many times. However every time there will be one or the other issue! Bath tub not draining water cleanly, no towels in the bathroom, AC not working properly! This needs to be fixed by Accor urgently.

Well, I booked a non smoking room, and when I arrived apparently I am not allowed to work the car which is ridiculous. I was told I can only use the valet, so I said normally in valet I have a choice cause if I give the key then they don’t take responsibility in case something happens. Here, I am forced to give the key, so when I argued obviously the valet guy got pissed and went running to reception. He told me you park outside. I did. And when straight up to the lovely room. When I entered it looked smaller than what I took a few years ago. Anyway, I decided to take a shower and when I went into the bathroom something looked odd. I couldn’t figure out what it was till I went in the shower when I realised there’s no bath tub. And it looked like a hospital shower with only a curtain. And by mistake I pull the alarm so I realised it’s a room for the disabled. Everything was off, I was extremely disappointed because I wasn’t informed. They should’ve informed me before giving me the ion and giving me the choice to take it or not. I called the reception he confirmed that it’s a room for the disabled but there’s no other room to change me to. He was so rude to say well if you don’t like it you can leave the hotel and go somewhere else I said wel if you told me that earlier I would’ve but not it’s 1 am and I’m. It going around Riyadh looking for a place to stay. I was actually planning to extend my stay but after that ordeal I left in the morning and found another hotel that treats you nicely. What happened is not hospitality. Shame on you. This is really disappointing. I’m not bothered to mention anymore cause you don’t deserve to get better. It was really bad.

In the 21sr century a woman has to stay in her room and not go aanywhere because the gym and the swimming pool are only for men and do not have any schedule or window where women can go
