Before I came to Riyadh, I sent an email about my desire to get a discount for Accor employees, as our hotel is new and we did not get the accounts for Heartist program yet. The reservations officer, Mr. Ghazi, called me and told me that I could only get the discount through the app, and he offered me best available rate. Then I came to the hotel on Wednesday to participate in the RAiiSE party. I checked in easily. But when I arrived to the room, I found the room furniture was worn out, and I also found hair on the bed and the sink was clogged, so I called the housekeeping service to fix it. I also did not find a kettle or iron in the room. I don't know if the service was on request or if the room was not prepared before arrival!! The next day I ordered from the room service menu “French toast” and it was written that it “with cinnamon and sugar”, but it arrived without cinnamon and with syrup, and the surprise is that when I asked the waiter he said I think the chef went to pray at the mosque and someone else prepared the dish!!!

The Worst Accorhotel Ever!

Since the night I arrived I have faced issues over & over again without anyone coming back to me! > On the night of my arrival I ordered the food delivery from third party and prepaid for it. When it arrived in hotel, I was ‘ordered’ in the rudest possible way to come down to receive my food. I explained them that I am all tucked-in the bed in night dress but I was ordered / instructed in the rudest possible way by Mishal to come down to receive my food. I told him that throw the food if he wishes to as I will not come down! In the end, I received the food on my doorstep. > On the following afternoon I ordered room service. I told them that I need to leave for meeting in 45 minutes and I was assured that the order would be delivered in 20 minutes. After one hour when I called to follow up they told me that they need additional 10/15 minutes to prepare and send food. I told them to cancel the order. I had to go in ling meeting without lunch and could only eat after 6/7 hours! > The day after earlier incident I gave room service another chance to make up. They delayed the order again and sent the wrong beverage. They made me pay for wrong beverage (which I had sent back) and never made up for it! No one cared to explain or talk to me! > Same afternoon I called the service to fix clogged toilet. Even after follow up no one came after 1 and half hour. I was forced to go out and look for on floor housekeeping attendant. I explained him the issue and he fixed it. > This morning I requested for iron table & iron. After 30 minutes of waiting I was forced to go out and seek housekeeping attendant again. He told me that I need to follow up with the service. Upon following up from service I was delivered iron board & iron. I realized that Iron was broken and it was leaking water! It messed up my clothes! I was forced to run to meeting without desired attire! > I had requested prepaid food delivery another time during the stay due to failed room service standard. I was ordered and instructed to busy down to receive it yet again & again! > I didn’t receive my platinum amenities in room throughout the stay. I didn’t receive any courtesy call to ask feedback about my stay. This property, and ALL Customer Care have failed to understand my priorities, and my pains, in a way that I never expected! I feel like Platinum status is sort of a jail in which I am trapped because of my loyalty!

Hotel well located, staff is very nice but facilities are very average, rooms are old and need a renovation , there is no space to relax and specially outdoor, the breakfast is always same thing all week, the coffee tastes really bad and nothing is there for business people like printers etc

This hotel needs a deep refurb urgently ... not only about furniture but also about service as well

Apart from the lobby which is modern everything is so old in this hotel. From scratched carpets in the corridors to scratched carpets in your room, stains all over the carpets, old furniture within the bedroom, very old fashioned bathroom with a beautiful shower curtain like my grand mother style... did not feel the bathroom and the room was clean This hotel is located on kings road and is really noisy with the traffic 24/7 Service : poor from check in to check out. Left my room at 11.30 one day (the house keeper was right in front of my room when I left) and back at 5.30 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned ... Restaurant : closed Wifi : OK Sanitary : very below ALL/ACCOR standards. I met people in the lobby and the elevator without any mask. You have to look everywhere around to find some sanitary gel Bar : 20 mn to get a fruit juice ( 3 clients in the bar). No comment View : fantastic as it is located right in font the kingdom tower For sure I will never come back again in this hotel

Arrived at the hotel from Airport at 9am hoping to get an early check-in, but ended up entering my room at about 4pm due to the reception staff's inability to clear up a room the whole morning, and afternoon! The reception staff was apologetic, however, they stopped short of finding an alternative vacant room, they didn't offer me a refreshing drink the whole time while I wait just like in other hotels, they didn't offer me an upgrade free of charge or paid, they appeared to be lost. Note. the above incident involved my colleague from my office who has booked separately and had exact delay like me.

It was a good experience but spectacular. The lobby is clean but you need a free coffee stand or charge for it, in the morning with excellent coffee, not the free terrible coffee if you are going to do it, do it amazing, or don't do it at all. Bad coffee is worse than no coffee. Do it right or not at all. The rooms need updating carpet and the sink in the bathroom is peeling wood. You also need better lighting and a better hair dryer. The mirror is not magnified and the lighting is poor to shave or put on makeup.

Rooms need new furniture and improvement Worker like the cleaning guy and the one outside needs training The door is so heavy and no one bothers to open it when they see the visitors coming

It was good, however, being a gold member and supposed benefits did not seem to be recognised.

Last two stays were terrible. Dirty rooms and so many missing items. I got promisses from reception to change the room but nothing happened. I decided not to book this hotel any more. I booked this hotel more than 10 times during the last 12 months and was okay.
