The check-in was very poor, I was informed that there wouldn’t be an upgrade for gold since hotel is full which is understandable. However I was checked-in into smoking room without letting me know, when I called to inform the receptionist he said I know but there are no other rooms. I had already done the online check in and mentioned my time of arrival the least would be to have a room ready. Moreover after going back down to the reception at around 11pm they moved me to a non smoking room but the toilet smelled like an ashtray… I called again but no remedy… it was not until the next day noon time when I had time to come back to the hotel between my meetings that someone went into the room with me and smelled the smoke and then I was moved to another room.
