The air condition was not working. We had to ask for someone to come and fix it. I reserved two suites and found out that I was given one suite and one standard room. The reception person made a mistake. Anyway, I paid for the two suites. The rooms are good with good space

I requested two beds and the room only had one. When it was my turn to check in and in the middle of our business conversation, the gentleman at the counter started talking with another customer who approached the counter without a mask, this made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Plus, I had to wait another turn. Overall, I feel the customer service needs improvement. The breakfast was very nice.

its ok in general A/C can not be adjusted easily the room is always cold Parking is an issue you have to wait for the employee to help you go inside the Parking area, and this takes time, there are many ways to simplify car entry to the parking area

The whole stay is amazing unless they have to know the privliges and benifts that each tier of the All loyalty program, as o didn't get a welcoming gift or amenities inside the room. The welcoming drink was giving for one person and being so strict about it. An upgrade to the next category was been discussed between the team to be giving. Have to extend due to the Corona disaster calm down to go back home.

I was checked into a smoking room stinking with cigarette smell , I asked for a change and was told there was no available non smoking room , I packed my stuff and was about to leave as I'm a non smoker and couldn't sleep in the room from the stench , I was offered a non smoking room on the first floor with the windows facing a brick wall , the bed mattress was so old and worn out that it gave me back pain so I had to sleep horizontally , on Thursday night apparently people who come for weddings in the hall next door leave their children with the maid and they run and shout in the corridor until 4am playing football , I complained the to hotel staff 3 times but no one did anything about it !

good location Collaborative staff Noisy cleaning personnel while working they keep talking together. Cleaning hours not well chosen. Old room , hot water doesn't reach tap continuously, you need to open it for a while to become just warm. Furniture inside room is very old. Electric plugs inside wall are very limited and badly positioned. TV cable is loosen and doesn't five clear screen.

Property needs to be refurnished and upgraded for the amount that it charges. The original room allocated to me was very uncomfortable as the AC was not working properly. The manager permitted me a change of room that was better than the earlier one but AC temp control seems to be a problem in all Accor hotels.

It’s a very nice hotel, excellent reception staff, food and location. Little observation is to ask all your cleaners to go through proper hygiene training so as not to wash tea mugs/glasses in the toilet. I will recommend you to friends and colleagues visiting Riyadh In Shaa Allah.

I have had regular business related stays at Novotels in Europe. This was below par. The positive highlight was breakfast with good food and friendly staff and service. Checking in and out were poor, attention to maintenance was poor.
