The staff were very helpful and pleasant. My room was beautiful and very clean and while I didn’t want or need a daily clean, when I did ask for things, I received them.

I arrived at the hotel on April 9, 2026 at 22:00. I had requested in advance a room on a higher floor, but I was given a room on the 3rd floor. My colleague checked in before me and was given a room on the 6th floor. It seems that Mashael Almarwan Assistant Reservation Manager, who was corresponding with me by email, did not pass on any information. After entering the room, I found hair inside the bed sheets (video and photos ready to share). Around 8:00 in the morning, the fire alarm went off. We had to evacuate the hotel quickly. However, it turned out that no one had any information about what was happening. At the reception, they were continuing to check in new guests. There was no hotel representative available to guide us. There was one manager walking around, and when I asked what we should do or where to go, he said he didn’t know. Anyway, we let this pass. After that, we went for breakfast. The buffet was empty, and there were no waiters. The person cooking hot food was also acting as a waiter and preparing omelets at the same time. The food was finished, and no one was refilling it. I informed the administrator and the waiter several times, and only after that the food was brought (photos ready to share).
