The hotel advertises underground parking; however, the parking capacity is very limited, with space for only around 20 vehicles. Additionally, the room service response time was disappointing. I requested an extra blanket and had to wait over 40 minutes, despite making 4–5 follow-up calls to reception and room service before receiving it.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, and the hotel is very luxurious. The reception team coordinated well, and the other facilities were good. However, there are some negative points that should be addressed for improvement. If these issues can be fixed in the future, there will be no negative feedback from customers. Firstly, during the booking process, we were confused about the room size and how many people it could accommodate. I provided the correct number of guests, but the pictures only showed one bed with a sofa. We were also confused about the breakfast options. The application needs an update. When I booked for 2 adults and 3 kids, we expected enough towels, blankets, and toiletries. The reception was not very helpful with information. We couldn't find parking on the property. Breakfast was a bit uncomfortable; the coffee machine was a disaster. When I selected coffee, it came out too watery. I stayed for two days, and the same issue occurred. I couldn't even get milk for the kids, and the tea was also too diluted. No one seemed to care to change the coffee powder to improve the taste. The egg station had a long line, and only one staff member was preparing waffles, pancakes, and fried eggs, causing the kids to wait a long time for their waffles. On the positive side, the food was amazing, with plenty of options available. I believe the issues were due to the rush from the Eid holiday, but this shouldn't happen because customers choose public holidays for staycations, and negative feedback can deter them from returning. Aside from these minor issues, the location is fantastic. The hotel has good facilities, and the rooms are clean and luxurious.
