Friendly staff and good location. Would love to stay again in next visit. rooms are clean and tidy. Needs better pillow, bit firm. Breakfast was good with good variety of foods. Ordered dinner in the room, but chicken Tagine did not seem to be Moroccan taste

On arriving from airport far a 3 nights stay, I dicovered that for 1st night I was moved to Novotel suites , where the housing is subpar (Room 401), I had to change location to main Novotel for the 2nd & 3rd night. Housing was much better (Room 310). I did signal to reception a possible leakage issue in the halway, as the carpet was wet, despite no spillage from bathroom...not a real problem yet, but may turn into a problem later on.

Arrived to the hotel to be told there was no room for me. Then the room I was given was not of the standard I was promised. Despite leaving a credit card at the front desk, areas of the hotel telling me that I can't charge things to my room. Coffee in the lobby cafe is a Nespresso quality, and not good. Difficulty with sorting my Accor number and still no points in my account.

1) I had a request after checkin for a room change. Most staff at reception were not delegated to make decision. 2) a flexible long-stay booking made online cannot be modified once checked in at the hotel. The hotel could not change the booking (e.g. shorten the stay duration , change of package), call centre could not help either. 3) hotel car drop-off service has always been a problem in my multiple stays in the last few months. I ordered a car directly at the car service desk a few hours before leaving. The drivers knew my booking. I came down to the reception for checkout 15 minutes earlier than drop-off time. No driver at the desk and the reception had to wait for them in order to issue the hotel bill. Apparently the receptionists had problem finding the driver. He came later than schedule. The whole checkin process was delayed because we spent 15 minutes waiting for the driver who yhen appeared and issued the drop-off invoice. Why couldn't the car service invoice issued beforehand so that the checkin time can be shortened? Or shall we use Careem or Uber instead? 4) Sauna and jacuzzi have been out of order for at least 3 months. Or it is due to energy and water saving concern that the hotel decides not to open such facilities? If yes, it should been clearly stated in the hotel description on the web that such facilities are no longer available. 5) no business lounge or printing facilities available

Room 502 room smell is bad. Was told at reception ALL rooms are smoking rooms, however on floor 1 the rooms have no smoking signs on the door so why say ALL rooms are smoking? Easy way to make the guest go away.

Dirty carpets, outdated furniture which needs to be renewed. Dirty bathroom also needs to be renovated. It does not worth the money, it can be rated 2 stars max. The local furnished apartments better than this NOVOTEL.

So far, I am very dissatisfied with the experience of staying in the hotel. The room I arranged is very remote, and there are many unanswered calls. I asked for a simple plug and didn't get it all day. The check-in time is very long and inefficient. After leaving the hotel, I tried to communicate with the hotel staff by email, hoping to send my invoice to me by email, but I have already After many times of sending, but no feedback, no one answered the call, this is my worst experience of staying in the hotel, too disappointed.

Worst experience I have ever encountered

When I checked in on 11/10/2019 morning I was told that there was no room available although the hotel had confirmed my booking & request for early check in. After voicing my dissatisfaction the front reluctantly gave me a room on the 1st floor which did not have any bedroom slippers, only 1 towel & a hair dryer that didn’t work. I had earlier emailed the hotel enquiring about the hotel airport pick up service but never received any reply. I called the front office to inform them that the hair dryer did not work but no one bothered to attend to this until hours later. The thing that I find unsatisfactory is the fact that this is supposedly a 4 star hotel but your front office & other staff have an arrogant attitude & had not desire to help its hotel patrons. Every encounter with them is so uncomfortable & I just couldn’t wait to leave. I would never stay in this hotel. Time to buckle up.

We arrived at 4am at the hotel & were greeted by an arrogant front office staff. We had requested for & paid for an early check in. We presented our Gold Loyalty membership card which he completely disregarded. They were several other hotel patrons at that time & they were allowed to check in early. This staff refused to check us in & only allowed us to do so after 2 hours of us waiting in the hotel at 6.30am although the room were available then. I do not see why this was done. Obviously he didn’t think we were fit to be given room even though we had paid for it. Neither did he show any concern by offering drinks to us even though we had traveled almost more than 10 hours on flight. He didn’t see the value of our Gold Loyalty membership card & this is the only hotel which treated us in this manner. Our email enquiry regarding the hotel airport pick up service was never responded to by your hotel. 4 star hotel ? No way near 1 star
