Before I came to Riyadh, I sent an email about my desire to get a discount for Accor employees, as our hotel is new and we did not get the accounts for Heartist program yet. The reservations officer, Mr. Ghazi, called me and told me that I could only get the discount through the app, and he offered me best available rate. Then I came to the hotel on Wednesday to participate in the RAiiSE party. I checked in easily. But when I arrived to the room, I found the room furniture was worn out, and I also found hair on the bed and the sink was clogged, so I called the housekeeping service to fix it. I also did not find a kettle or iron in the room. I don't know if the service was on request or if the room was not prepared before arrival!! The next day I ordered from the room service menu “French toast” and it was written that it “with cinnamon and sugar”, but it arrived without cinnamon and with syrup, and the surprise is that when I asked the waiter he said I think the chef went to pray at the mosque and someone else prepared the dish!!!

Since the night I arrived I have faced issues over & over again without anyone coming back to me! > On the night of my arrival I ordered the food delivery from third party and prepaid for it. When it arrived in hotel, I was ‘ordered’ in the rudest possible way to come down to receive my food. I explained them that I am all tucked-in the bed in night dress but I was ordered / instructed in the rudest possible way by Mishal to come down to receive my food. I told him that throw the food if he wishes to as I will not come down! In the end, I received the food on my doorstep. > On the following afternoon I ordered room service. I told them that I need to leave for meeting in 45 minutes and I was assured that the order would be delivered in 20 minutes. After one hour when I called to follow up they told me that they need additional 10/15 minutes to prepare and send food. I told them to cancel the order. I had to go in ling meeting without lunch and could only eat after 6/7 hours! > The day after earlier incident I gave room service another chance to make up. They delayed the order again and sent the wrong beverage. They made me pay for wrong beverage (which I had sent back) and never made up for it! No one cared to explain or talk to me! > Same afternoon I called the service to fix clogged toilet. Even after follow up no one came after 1 and half hour. I was forced to go out and look for on floor housekeeping attendant. I explained him the issue and he fixed it. > This morning I requested for iron table & iron. After 30 minutes of waiting I was forced to go out and seek housekeeping attendant again. He told me that I need to follow up with the service. Upon following up from service I was delivered iron board & iron. I realized that Iron was broken and it was leaking water! It messed up my clothes! I was forced to run to meeting without desired attire! > I had requested prepaid food delivery another time during the stay due to failed room service standard. I was ordered and instructed to busy down to receive it yet again & again! > I didn’t receive my platinum amenities in room throughout the stay. I didn’t receive any courtesy call to ask feedback about my stay. This property, and ALL Customer Care have failed to understand my priorities, and my pains, in a way that I never expected! I feel like Platinum status is sort of a jail in which I am trapped because of my loyalty!

The location is good. The room is spacious. The toilet needs renovation. The personal refrigerator was not functional.
