I CANNOT SLEEPWELL CAUSE THE BED WAS ITCHI

I tried ringing for room service, but the phone was not answered, I rang the operator and they said they would get room service to ring me, but they never did.

Room phone didn‘t work. I had to call reception from bathroom phone, to ask for help. But nobody picked up the phone for a very long time. When I finally could speak with the reception, the person promised to send somebody to my room in the 5th floor. Waited two hours until 12 pm, but nobody came, even after a second call. My conclusion is that the reception stuff was overwhelmed and understuffed, which lies in the responsability of mamagement. Hotel does‘t have easy access for pedestrians. Pedestrians must take the taxi path, which is obstructed by barriers, or take over the gaps between the parked vehicles.
