Upon arriving to the room i discovered that the AC is set to low temperature and the room is extremely cold. Noting that it is winter season and the weather is cold. Yet AC was ON!. The heating mode did not work either. I had an uncomfortable night.

Experience was good except breakfast which is basic need. Despite paying high cost for breakfast included in charges, breakfast had very limited options specially for vegetarians. The frequently repeated items makes it more difficult if you’re staying for longer periods. This affects overall experience badly. On top of that, the concern raised was not addressed even after multiple requests.

Close to kingdom tower. Decent location if you are here for business as most corporate offices are near by. Far off from metro. Indian food is tasteless, so don't count on it.
