Clean, convenient location, kindly Service however my room was noisy due to piping, or air ventilation systems. My room number was 722.There always a noise coming from wall right to the window. You must check this unpleasant condition.

I booked two Superior Rooms with Queen-Size Beds for three guests. The rooms were newly refurbished, clean, and comfortable. The night-shift receptionist, Mr Abdullah Almansour, was welcoming and professional. He kindly gave us a top-floor room with a view, which I appreciated. However, my experience was inconsistent across the stay. Before arriving, I called the hotel twice to confirm my arrangements, but unfortunately received no response, so I followed up by email instead. I had an issue with the welcome drink for one of the rooms, and Mr Abdullah resolved it by providing two drinks instead of one, which was a nice gesture. I had also emailed the hotel in advance to explain that my parents would check in before me and provided my father’s name. When my parents arrived at 3:00 PM, the receptionist informed them they were entitled to only one drink and said the reservation was not under my father’s name, despite the prior email confirmation. This caused unnecessary confusion. My parents found the breakfast decent, though I did not try it myself. I personally experienced a serious air-conditioning issue on the first night, which resulted in very poor sleep. On the second night, I informed reception and Mr Abdullah promptly sent a technician to fix it. The main issue that negatively affected my stay occurred at check-out. My father was told that the total was not paid, even though I had already settled the bill upon arrival. He was charged again, and I only discovered this duplication after we had left the hotel. This caused significant stress and disappointment. Overall, while some staff were professional and helpful, the billing error, communication issues, and inconsistent service made this stay far below expectations.
