I have stayed here many times. I have noticed the below during my last stay Seems that being a Gold member of Accor has no value what so ever The hotel is in need of a renovation as the rooms look old and worn out Finally, and this is true with all Novotel rooms, lighting is very low

I was supposed to get discount on my reward points redemption but staff was unaware about procedures and nobody was around staff to take action. Hence I ended with paying without discount

My stay was comfortable but the food in both the room service and the restaurant was terrible. I also was annoyed by the differrent room rate between the app and the reception. One receptionest gave the same rate while the other gave me a differrent rate. They seem to lack training.

The room was not ready until almost 9:00 pm and was not very clean. Furthermore, when we wanted late check out we couldn’t not get. This is totally unacceptable. We checked in late because the room was not ready and we would appreciate an apology or late check out. The failed to meet the minimum expectations.

It was unexpected, Even I am A gold member but i did not get my benefits. When I arrive even after 3 PM Take my room late its ok they gave me coffee as an apology but when I take my room after one hour the housekeeping enter to my room with out any notice they said that they thought the room was empty when I spoke to the reception they promise me for a suite as an apology for there mistake but they did not keep there promise.( I stayed for 3 Nights waiting for there promise) about the breakfast I booked for 2 adults when we went to the breakfast they try to not accept they told me that I booked for one only. Also the worse thing happened there was no water in the bathroom at Sunday mooring. There also many thing going with me but I will keep it short. I will not book again in this hotel also I am thinking about to stop using All accor hotels again.

This hotel needs a deep refurb urgently ... not only about furniture but also about service as well

Apart from the lobby which is modern everything is so old in this hotel. From scratched carpets in the corridors to scratched carpets in your room, stains all over the carpets, old furniture within the bedroom, very old fashioned bathroom with a beautiful shower curtain like my grand mother style... did not feel the bathroom and the room was clean This hotel is located on kings road and is really noisy with the traffic 24/7 Service : poor from check in to check out. Left my room at 11.30 one day (the house keeper was right in front of my room when I left) and back at 5.30 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned ... Restaurant : closed Wifi : OK Sanitary : very below ALL/ACCOR standards. I met people in the lobby and the elevator without any mask. You have to look everywhere around to find some sanitary gel Bar : 20 mn to get a fruit juice ( 3 clients in the bar). No comment View : fantastic as it is located right in font the kingdom tower For sure I will never come back again in this hotel
