A highly disappointing stay that violates all 4-star standards. Check-in was delayed until 7:40 PM due to mismanagement. There was zero luggage assistance; the receptionist was acting as a porter. Most alarmingly, I found shattered glass on the bedspread after housekeeping, resulting in a minor injury. Management’s response was unprofessional, initially refusing a room change and later providing one only after a loud, unprofessional argument at my door. The room had zero soundproofing. Severe safety and service failure.

We deeply regret that your arrival experience did not meet expectations, particularly the delay in check-in and the lack of dedicated luggage assistance at the time. While our team did their best to support you under the circumstances, we acknowledge that this fell short of the service standards we strive to provide. We are especially concerned about your comments regarding the bed condition and your reported injury. Please be assured that we conducted a thorough investigation with our Housekeeping team; however, no evidence of broken glass was identified during or after servicing. That said, your safety and well-being remain our top priority, and we take your feedback very seriously. Regarding your interaction with our team, we regret that the situation caused distress. Our records indicate that an alternative room and upgrade were offered by the Night Manager as a gesture of care; however, we understand that the overall handling of the situation did not leave you with a positive impression, and for this, we sincerely apologize. We also note your comments on room soundproofing. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant team for further technical review and assessment. Please know that your comments have been taken constructively and shared with the concerned departments to ensure improvements are made.
