Super welcoming staff, well designed hotel, loved the decor in the room. Had the full board option so dined in the restaurant. The food was good, nice spread for breakfast as well.

Good place to stay at for Business. Good service and a good overall breakfast. The kitchen staff were very professional as well as the reception lady on arrival. It was a pleasure. Great location, close to shops and public transport. Easy to get around to and from the hotel. The check in and check out process however could do with some improvement. I had requested an early check in but it is understandable that it could not be catered for. They made my wait for my room a rather pleasant wait nonetheless as there was some comfortable are to wait and my bags were stored. WRT to check out, the process was bit tricky due to communication and language barrier with the male receptionist as i required an invoice for this trip. I did however receive the invoice after calling in at a later stage and was then assisted in English.
