per the app the stay cost is SAR 3,766.19 SAR but hotel deducted 3,807.86 AED which is almost 120 SAR extra. i raised a complaint to the hotel reception and wrote a letter to the duty manager who has completely ignored me with no follow up

My experience staying at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. When we first arrived, the check-in process took a long time even though everything had already been paid for, After that, we went to our rooms, left our belongings, and headed out for our appointments. When we returned, I discovered a coffee stain on my bed. I contacted the front desk, but the staff member’s attitude was not very professional. The next day, I also found out that my colleague’s bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly either. I barely slept that night, and in the morning I informed them that I needed my room cleaned so I could rest, but unfortunately this was not done. We were extremely exhausted. They attempted to offer some fruit and baklava as compensation, but all we needed was a clean room and a chance to rest. They didn’t offer a room change, and even the complimentary sweets were dry and unappealing. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and quite a shock to us.
