There is a mosque next to the hotel, and a construction site. Rooms on this side of the building should not be given to guests who book longer stays.

Honestly, this is one of my best stays with Accor Group. The team who is running the hotel starting from the General Manager to the front desk were all professional, polite, helpful and kind. The staff were welcoming and they were always exceeding my expectations. I liked the special welcome, they even sent me a fruit basket which is I truly loved. Great attention to the details by all hotel staff. Definitely I will comeback to the hotel when I visit Riyadh the next time.

This is my second stay My room was front of the elevator and was too much noisy from both sides working outside and elevator also the refrigerator was not working its too bad to spend money with this quality

I have waited for my room to be ready longer time and was not respectful for five straight hours promises that ten minutes would be ready and was not that required me every hour i call and get down to check if it ready or not and at 5:20 pm i have got it, this was not acceptable even i am peaceful guy and didn’t like trouble or complaints

Not easy to get to, getting into the parking is a challenge are the only set backs The property is amazing, with great facilities and the staff was very helpful. Good gym and pool
