I made a booking online and paid part of the booking with points from my Accor account. When I came to the hotel, the receptionist charged my credit card the foll amount of the room rental, disregarding the fact that I paid part of the bill with points already. Since then, I was told every day that the money will be refunded and there still is no refund. Lots of broken promises and little accountability in this hotel!
