My stay at the hotel was very comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. However, my check-in experience was disappointing. I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM, but I didn’t get my room until 4:00 PM. Also, the luggage porter was very busy, and it took a long time for him to carry my bags.

We have enjoyed the stay. The room provided to us was clean, in room free coffee was good quality. Breakfast was a good selection. However, the bedroom was a bit tight. Twin bed size is an actual small size twin (compared to similar hotels at the same level, this is usually a small double bed size). As a result, we requested a room change from twin to King Size bed instead. The sofa that was in our room was also slightly broken. This should have been checked to avoid the sofa toppling over when sat on.
