It is apparent that there’s a problem in the front desk division. I am an ALL gold member and didn’t not get a room upgrade despite informing the front office agent of my status. As for the amenities it was only delivered to my room when i requested it, as if i arrived without a prior notice. I placed my booking almost two weeks in advance, hence i relieve there was enough time to take care of such thing.

Since you had an early check-in, the welcome amenity arrived at our standard check-in time which is at 3pm to ensure the quality and freshness of the food. During your future stay, please notify us of your arrival time in advance and we will gladly accommodate the amenity based on that information. Regarding the upgrade, your room was upgraded from standard to superior and we are sorry that it was not clearly communicated to you. Our hope is that we could improve for your future stay. It was family visit for one night having 2 room the hotel was amazing excellent service professionals staff starting from reception with Ziad, the room cleaned very well the view was beautiful, the check out done with Mohammed he greeted us and ask about our experience, It was exceptional stay for sure I will back again.
