Stayed there for a month and returned for another stay. There was “no welcome back”, nothing. Most staff were either sitting or busy on their cellphones. The guy in the cafe even watched something while preparing my take away. Only staff who stood out was Lavina in the restaurant. OMG! She has her eyes everywhere and is so friendly when most of the rest seems more task orientated. Restaurant or F&B manager reduced himself to a hostess, never walked around and interacted. Room was a room but what’s the point of a minibar fridge when it can’t be cooled

Check in was easy and the front desk lady was extremely pleasant. The in room dining food was very good. The room was overlooked a construction site so it would have been nice to be placed elsewhere as the construction started very early in the morning. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side - and the shower wall is not long enough to prevent the water from pooling outside the shower area and into the sink area. The breakfast buffet was good but not much selection.
