The waitrons at both dinner and breakfast were attentive, friendly, and a pleasure to interact with. I just really hoped for an upgrade but it seemed not possible but who knows maybe next time. It was a privilege to stay at the Novotel in Riyadh, and I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience.
