The overall experience was excellent but we had a few issues. For instance, there was a delay in check-in and the special request noted in our reservation was completely ignored. Furthermore, there were electrical issues in the room and the bathroom had some issues highlighted several time. Although the staff eventually resolved the problems, it took up of our time.
