We have enjoyed the stay. The room provided to us was clean, in room free coffee was good quality. Breakfast was a good selection. However, the bedroom was a bit tight. Twin bed size is an actual small size twin (compared to similar hotels at the same level, this is usually a small double bed size). As a result, we requested a room change from twin to King Size bed instead. The sofa that was in our room was also slightly broken. This should have been checked to avoid the sofa toppling over when sat on.

Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Riyadh Sahafa. Everything about our stay was excellent. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and professional, from the valet parking team to the reception, housekeeping, pool area staff and the restaurant staff, everyone made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and had a great ambiance. My daughter absolutely loved the pool and enjoyed it so much, which made our stay even more special. We also had a superb breakfast at the restaurant with a great variety of options. A special mention to Vishwas, who served us, he was very attentive, friendly, and ensured we had a great dining experience. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to come back again!
