I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, from the smooth check-in experience to the excellent service provided by the staff throughout my visit. The waitrons at both dinner and breakfast were attentive, friendly, and a pleasure to interact with. I just really hoped for an upgrade but it seemed not possible but who knows maybe next time. It was a privilege to stay at the Novotel in Riyadh, and I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The hospitality, service standards, and welcoming atmosphere made my stay both comfortable and memorable.
