Centrally located hotel; not new but well kept place. During my stay swimming pool and gym was under renovation. Breakfast typical, without fireworks but fine.

The hotel teams are amazing and hospitable. Rooms are spacious and perfect for families. Location is good in Olaya Street. Got upgraded due to being Gold Accor Member. All is perfect but the only issue is that there is no slippers available in a room with tiles floor.

Everytime, I go, less people at the reception. Employees are resigning, leaving the hotel and are NOT replaced... Front office people consist of 3 persons, wo you wait for check in, check out or any other questions...everytime, I go, less people at the reception. Where is the management:? Answer is clear: NON EXISTENT???

Room was good in term of space and breakfast has good as well Issue with room was it was not clean had a lot of flies in the room and bathroom , I requested multiple to to do something yet tell the end it was not resolved. Other than that all was good
