I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Suites Olaya Riyadh. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The international breakfast is abundant and offers a wide variety of options for every taste. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the King Fahad Library Metro Station and just a short walk from the iconic Al Faisaliyah Tower, which makes it very convenient for getting around the city. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly. My special thanks go to Turki and Sara, who were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home throughout my stay. Highly recommended! I can’t wait to come back!

Great personnel, very supportive. Good location, even if rooms are somehow outdated. Asked for advance payment whereas booking was made for payment upon arrival Invoiced for "noshow" whereas I informed thema about arrival early in the morning. As "ALL" member, 1 night is then missing

Extremely disappointing experience from check-in to room to customer service. Checked-in around 8/9pm welcomed by an extremely miserable receptionist who did not make us feel welcomed at all. There was no offer of help to move our stuff to room or explanation of the facilities. Upon going to into room (the suite) we found that the bathroom was extremely dirty with the outside of the toilet covered with discharge and bath containing hair and booger stuck everywhere which is not what you expect from any hotel let alone hotel/room at this level. In addition the TV was not working and there was no bed set up for the third adult even though we did the pre-check-in the day before and upon arriving to the hotel the receptionist could see there is 3 of us but no one made the effort to make the preparation. Due to the state of the cleanliness of the toilet we had to go to reception and change our room. We where showed 3 different suits which one engulfed in the smell of cigarettes and the other was dirty. We ended up choosing the last room which the cleanliness was still questionable and requested bathroom to be cleaned (only to come to room after dinner and just see the bath being washed but not properly cleaned). While the room was being prepared we went to have dinner at the hotel as our booking was half-board however, this was not a buffet as we expected when we originally made the booking and instead we ordered from the restaurant where half the food and drink options were not available and it was not explained clearly. While having the dinner the person to set up room came to tell us the room was ready and showed a picture of the additional bed set up. We ended the dinner with some stale cakes that were on display that was not edible. Upon going into our room we found the 3rd bed was set up but the blanket was put on without a duvet cover. Now it is understandable sometimes there can be mistakes however how can someone set up a bed not put a duvet this is not just missing a cleaning spot or something its the basics of setting a bed. So for the 3rd time had to go to reception to the unwelcoming receptionist to explain that we needed a duvet cover. The serviceman came and put the duvet cover while dragging the sheet through the whole floor (very hygienic) and we requested a 3rd tea mug and as anticipated this was never delivered. The breakfast next morning better than anticipated and upon check-out we were asked how our stay was and explained how dissatisfied we were and just a apology was received (more than what the evening staff did). Overall, it was a horrible experience and not worth to stay even though the hotel service could easily be improved with attention to detail and cleanliness and welcoming staff members.

The staff made an effort to be professional, helpful, and courteous. While they never said anything, I know they were watching to make sure I was safe as I entered and exitede hotel. The gym hours for women are the reason I won't stay in the future. I travel for work. It's a shame that the posted gym hours for women are when most women are at work.

EVERYTHING IS FINE. BUT THE DOOR LOCK KEY BECOME INVALID EVERY 2 DAYS, I HAVE TO GO TO RECEPTION TO RENEW. PLS CHANGE ALL DOORLOCKS.
