Really fantastic hotel and have friendly staff. I spent about 2 weeks there and they have a breakfast and wonderful rooms. Its location is at the center of Riyadh that make the transportation from and to is very easy.I am looking forward to come again and again.

Iwas impressed by the cleanliness and efficiency —- and especially by the attention, courtesy and excellent service of staff (Nurul and Jeza) in the ground floor restaurant. They really went the extra mile and I would like to expeess my gratitude and thanks to acknowledge their excellent effort.

The 2 hotel rooms I booked were supposed to include a kitchenette (with stove and microwave, fridge, minibar), a lazy-chair, a bathtub, espresso machine, ironing facilities, sofa-bed. None of these were available in both of the rooms. On request, we were provided with an extra bed and ironing board. They also only provided 1 bath towel and 1 face towel initially even though the room was booked for 3 persons. We requested more towels and there was a shortage of towels. The rooms were also really cold and heaters were not available until only the last few hours of my stay. The blankets and sheets were not comfortable (very rough and lumpy). 3 electrical outlets were not working in the room, and the wall paint was peeling in several places. The room picture also showed that it was fully carpeted, even though that wasn't the case. The only positive was the helpfulness of the staff in trying to make our stay comfortable, even though the room was disappointing. Many thanks to the receptionists, the housekeeping, the bell-boy, etc.

+ve: The Hotel location is excellent, rooms are spacious and the reception team are excellent, very welcoming and very responsive to any request or need. -ve: Matrasses are very bad and not comfortable at all, Rooms in general are old and need renovation. House keeping is awful, the daily room cleaning need a lot of improvement.

Beautiful views like close to the city centre.
