The best was the excellent attention offered by the receptionist Mohanned, since day one he tried to offer the best of the hotel including solving the parking issue and providing a good room, however, some areas for improvement would be to have better control of the non-smoking policy, the hallway and the room sometimes smelled really bad. Also, the breakfast could have more international variety and fresher dishes. Other than that, it is a good hotel and if the personnel are like Mr. Mohanned definitely you will retain guest fidelity to coming back

The team was perfect as usual. The bed was uncomfortable (mattress was very bad) and the food at breakfast was most of the time cold. It’s surprising but I think the hotel is due for renovation. I am thinking to go for Novo next time although I was considering Novotel for the last few years :(

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were big and nice. They were dated and the bathroom had some issues, such as a loose faucet, broken details and a shower that was difficult to set to shower head, as opposed to the overhead shower. Also, the usual issue with cups not being washed, but just rinsed, is a disgusting hotel cleaner trend, and I'm very much repulsed by it.

My one-night stay was comfortable overall. I would like to thank Mr. Ali at the reception for upgrading my room and Mr. Toriqul and the housekeeping team for providing excellent service during my stay. However, there were a few issues that made the overall experience disappointing. The hotel does not offer valet parking and no available parking slot in front of the hotel, which was inconvenient. More importantly, there was a pricing discrepancy between the ALL Accor application and the hotel’s reservation system. As advised by Mr. Ali, I settled my payment accordingly. However, during checkout, Mr. Al Turki requested an additional payment that did not match the discounted rate shown in the ALL Accor application. After approximately 30 minutes of clarification, the reception team confirmed that the discounted pricing from the ALL Accor application had not been transferred correctly to the hotel’s system. I believe this is an issue that ALL Accor should address to ensure that promotional rates and member discounts are accurately reflected in hotel reservation systems. Resolving this would help prevent unnecessary delays and provide a smoother check-in and check-out experience for guests.

Observations: 1. No full or spare toilet paper rolls on day of arrival. Existing one had about 1/4 left, no spare roll available. Worse part, it was the same even after the room was cleaned the next day. 2. No dental kit provided. Called reception to ask. Waited more than 40min. Called again, was told dental kits are not provided in the hotel. It would have been better if they called back sooner to inform. I had to go out and buy. 3. No glasses or cups in the bathroom for holding toothbrush, or rinsing purposes. 4. One tissue box for the whole suite. Overall, incredibly sub-standard.
