I won't stay there any more, the staff and the bag boy are so helpful and perfect as well as as respectful . the room have several things not working such as lights, dirty carpet and bad sleeping on portable extra bed, nothing in the kitchen.bad furniture.

From the manager at the reception to the staff cleaning the rooms all made a special effort to be helpful, getting information, ordering vehicles, and etc. The food service in the face of the pandemic was well organized and the room gave an impression of safety. An agreeable stay.

Location is good but reception staff, housekeeping and breakfast staff all have to improve and to attend guests with care. Being platinum member no amenities, no welcome drink and no special attention was even I asked.

Nice hotel with few caveats

Modern hotel with nice facilities, great reception team - really helpful. Few things made me drop the rating: * Not clean, this needs a redo. Rooms, especially the bathroom was cleaned in the hurry, so you can see the stains and dust left. * Gym facilities are nice, but it seems that floors are never wiped there. Floor exercises can't be done - you will have your hands and clothes dirty immediately. * Internet speed is below average - not suitable for my working needs, even calls without video were sometimes not working properly. If this would be fixed, I would probably use this hotel again for the next trip. As I said - the overall impression is good and the staff is really friendly.

As I expected everything was vero good, polite, profesional. Room is comfortable, clean, wifi works excellent. Parking in front of the hotel was free and avialiable. Check in procedure was fast. What can I imagine more?

Well located, Great housekeeping

The stay was good however the room was not ready even after doing online checkin. The room equipments and furniture are either not working or need replacement. There is no heating control in the Air conditioning system, only cooling. The front desk as well as the house keeping teams are really good and did their best as per there limitations.

As I expected, everything was on the high level - from check-in, to comfort and quality in the room. WiFi works very well, I parked my car just in front of the hotel (free parking). Ryadh is very safe city.

It was unfortunately so bad, the room carpet was not clean, bad smell from bathroom, small insect was bothering me while I’m sleeping and the pillow was not comfortable... I assume Accor group can do better for their costumer and they will take this notes seriously to improve their services.

I was shocked with level of rooms cleanings. The carpet on my 608 room were terrible, so dirty. Another shock no elevator from basement to ground floor. We faced difficulties eveey time we get in and out of hotel with my mother’s wheelchair. The hotel due roads blockage in front of main gates, we have only option to enter the hotel from the back and from basement with no elevator from basement to ground. Housekeeping rejected to give extra beds gor each room as they promised. I booked 4 rooms and got 2 extra beds only. However, the front desk and reservation people were so helpful and very polite. I would like to thanks Abeer and even the Saudi bill boy.

Warm welcoming and great services

The stay couldn’t be that great without the room upgrade offered and provided by the welcoming receptionist which not only made unforgettable but also cool stay! Hotel is neat, clean and at the heart of Riyadh. The only thing that needs enhancement is the breakfast, it would be better if it is provided as open buffet but in packed items due to COVID-19 instead of sending few packed set to the room. I would say it is pleasant stay that really deserves the high 5.
