Bed was little uncomfortable but rest everything was okay

Bad room condition

The services from the staff are fine, but the room is very bad, the bathroom will get flooded after taking shower, the water drainage didn't function properly, please look into it and fix the problem.

It was 1st time at novotel suits Riyadh but this is hotel staff is friendly, food choice are limited but taste is good,location is very convenient with alot of foodstuffs around, i host the dinner for my guest and it was great . The staff NUR deal professionally to our guest
