The stay was good and comfortable. Neat rooms. Breakfast is good. But lunch and dinner dont have much options. Reaching hotel is very difficult due to work going on. A bit pricey for a 3 star hotel.

The room is generally nice. The first day, the floor was sticky. Towels are ratty and stained. The bed and linens are very nice. There were a couple of dead insects - one under the blinds and one on the menu. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room. Generally, it didn't feel very clear, which is a pity as the rooms are very nice. The A/C is super noisy. Breakfast was nice for the price, and the coffee was excellent. Service was nice. N.B.: I left in a hurry the first morning and forgot to notify the staff about the room cleanliness. However the floor was cleaned after the first night without my commenting. But the rest of the dirty aspects were still there (Shelves, desk, insect, etc)

Guest Car was blocking my exit

I am an Accor member. This time I was stuck, I could not exit with my car because another guest was parking in front of it. It seems the park attendant was not doing his job. I had to call the police and waited for almost one hour before I could leave. Your Staff have to do the following; - Prevent double parking - Or, know the room number of each car owner. - Or, keep the keys with the front office if you will allow double parking. I have photos of the whole incident Please prevent this from happening again.

I was upset from your night shif receptionist, he called me at 3 am because un Uber-eat driver wanted something Yes I ordered un Uber-eat but the driver didn't want anything from yet the receptionist didn't bother to understand what the driver wanted exactly and called me right away When I went down the lobby to understand what the driver wanted, the security guy handled it and told me that it doesn't involved me and apologise politely I think your night shif receptionist need to be trained well to deal with your customers

There was a problem with the cleanliness especially the bathroom .. it was not up to the standards of Accor chain .. the reservations team were rude !!

Over All good, the sleep quality was poor as there was too much noise .. the noise of opening and closing doors bathrooms etc in the other room can be heard from my room .. the checkout took more than 20 mts even though I opted for online checkout

The overall experience was good however the smoking room I was in was full of smoke smell upon check in. I am a smoker and I expect a smoking smell in the room but this time was too much my room number was 601 Other than that everything was perfect and I booked again this week in the same hotel

Unfriendliness of check in counter person and non availability of a person at the cafe counter was a bummer. Not being able to send me final bill by email giving reasons that they have closed the account is little unbelievable.

This was my worst experience in a hotel from Accor Hotels. I recommend to stay at any other hotel but this. Staff doesn't give you any information about the hotel and areas, if you show up 15 minutes before the opening of their breakfast they will kick you out like you are there to do something that they don't allow. Worst experience ever.

It is one of those experiences I would like to forget. Firstly, I made the booking online and made a request to provide me with a room having a good view. I was offered a room in the 1st floor and the view through the window as AC ducts and Fan Coil Units. Secondly, for the entire stay , the television was not working and I did not bother to inform the reception as I was already not too happy with the selection of room. I had paid for extended check out (5.00 PM) as my flight back home was at 9.25 PM. I get a call from the hotel reception around 2.00 PM asking when I am going to vacate ( I was in a business meeting when I received the call) and I had to explain that I have paid for extended check out and will do so at 5.00 PM.

I would like to forget the stay this time in Ibis Riyadh Olaya. Firstly, I booked online requesting a room with a good view of outside. But, I was given a room at the 1st floor with the view of AC ducts and FCU. Also the TV did not work during my stay.

Pleasant and satisfactory experience for someone who is new to Riyadh.The location is very convenient, however, the roads blockages and metro construction work made movement on foot and transportation challenging.

The hotel is friendly, front desk staff is helpful and professional. The rooms are kept clean and tidy on daily basis, as it should be, but the bathroom's shower does not drain fast enough or properly before it over floods into the bath room area. Food is good and breakfast is very good for the guests who are largely professional business-oriented clients.

I was booked into a smoking room the first night of a 5 night stay. I cannot stand the smell of stale smoke and was very upset this could happen (I had booked online and no choices were provided). An international chain like Ibis should acknowledge that a smoking room is not a default option. Other than that, the staff reacted well and I was booked into a better room for the rest of the stay.
