Very good location but the room is small and there is no toothpaste & toothbrush just a soup in the bath, And there is no noise isolation.

Unfriendliness of check in counter person and non availability of a person at the cafe counter was a bummer. Not being able to send me final bill by email giving reasons that they have closed the account is little unbelievable.

This was my worst experience in a hotel from Accor Hotels. I recommend to stay at any other hotel but this. Staff doesn't give you any information about the hotel and areas, if you show up 15 minutes before the opening of their breakfast they will kick you out like you are there to do something that they don't allow. Worst experience ever.

It is one of those experiences I would like to forget. Firstly, I made the booking online and made a request to provide me with a room having a good view. I was offered a room in the 1st floor and the view through the window as AC ducts and Fan Coil Units. Secondly, for the entire stay , the television was not working and I did not bother to inform the reception as I was already not too happy with the selection of room. I had paid for extended check out (5.00 PM) as my flight back home was at 9.25 PM. I get a call from the hotel reception around 2.00 PM asking when I am going to vacate ( I was in a business meeting when I received the call) and I had to explain that I have paid for extended check out and will do so at 5.00 PM.

I would like to forget the stay this time in Ibis Riyadh Olaya. Firstly, I booked online requesting a room with a good view of outside. But, I was given a room at the 1st floor with the view of AC ducts and FCU. Also the TV did not work during my stay.

Pleasant and satisfactory experience for someone who is new to Riyadh.The location is very convenient, however, the roads blockages and metro construction work made movement on foot and transportation challenging.

The hotel is friendly, front desk staff is helpful and professional. The rooms are kept clean and tidy on daily basis, as it should be, but the bathroom's shower does not drain fast enough or properly before it over floods into the bath room area. Food is good and breakfast is very good for the guests who are largely professional business-oriented clients.

Classical clean and modern Ibis hotel but some room for improvement

I was booked into a smoking room the first night of a 5 night stay. I cannot stand the smell of stale smoke and was very upset this could happen (I had booked online and no choices were provided). An international chain like Ibis should acknowledge that a smoking room is not a default option. Other than that, the staff reacted well and I was booked into a better room for the rest of the stay.

Frustrated by WiFi

The stay was as expected, except that I was in a room on the 5th floor towards the back of the hotel. The Wifi in that area is practically non-existent and in order to get effective connectivity I had to either walk to the areas of the lift with computer in hand or work in the hotel reception. Unsatisfactory for waht was a business trip.

Good location at Olaya Street. Nice decor and size of room. Breakfast is acceptable.When we arrived, we were told that no room that non smoking despite we booked non smoking room. In the end, the staff said non smoking room is available after some talk.

My family and I are extremely satisfied with our stay in Ibis Riyadh. Everything is fantastic. The check in and check out have been smooth and fast. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional. The room is comfortable. The breakfast includes a great variety. The location of the hotel is very good and is close to several business areas and shopping malls. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Riyadh.

- Room larger than expected for the rate paid - service was excellent - The AC was giving a bad smell unless you put the temperature to the minimum, which was very cold for me... ended up feeling sick after 2 days. Centrally located. Very satisfied with the reception. Well designed spacious room with all amenities and quite atmosphere. Small confusion during checkout on charging of a local call. Charged me for 3 calls instead of one call that I made, but the gentleman in reception immediately checked with his colleague, got clarified and regretted for the mistake and in fact did not charge me even for the one call.

The service was poor, especially the check in experience. Long queues and not a friendly attitude from the staff. Although it is a little cheaper than other options, it is not a value for money. Heavy construction work in the area cause a lot of traffic and access to the hotel is difficult
