Dear Mr. Fahad, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the construction noise next door, we truly regret the disturbance caused. While the construction is outside the hotel’s control, we fully understand how this may have affected your comfort. Please rest assured that we continuously follow up to ensure that any disruption is minimized as much as possible. Concerning the early check-in request, as per the standard policy within the Accor system, early check-in is always subject to availability. Unfortunately, during your arrival date, the hotel was fully booked the previous night, and we did not have the opportunity to allocate a room earlier than the standard check-in time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As a gesture, the amount you paid for early check-in has been refunded to your account. With regard to the gym, we truly appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We understand the importance of having a comfortable and accessible fitness space for all guests. Your comments have been shared with the team, and we will closely monitor the gym area to ensure that the space is used considerately and that such inconvenience does not occur again. We will also remind guests to use the designated stretching areas outside the gym when appropriate. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
