I don’t know from where to start, first I want to say that I am a top fan of Ibis, I stay there everywhere I go and I have very simple expectations. I stayed there for 7 days, the room only got cleaned once, whenever I call the reception no one answers, they put only one towel in the room which I find it very weird not to mention that it doesn’t get changed since there’s no cleaning. Breakfast was very miserable, it only starts at 7 and if you are up before trying to start your day early you only have to wait. When I arrived I got asked to pay the full amount in advance which was also weird and first time to happen, the receptionist said it’s the hotel policy but I never paid before in advance. I have stayed before in this hotel in early 2020 and it was nothing like this before, really very bad experience I’ll never come back ever

Very good overall however Security need to be more focused on covid. Testing temperature and tawakalna app. Checking. Very lazy attitude toward it. Just pass by them an no action at all. At Most hotels staff at reception acknowledge you when you enter each time but not so much at the ibis.

Wonderful hotel in the centre of the city with a perfect location near to kingdom tower. Great service and friendly staff. Underground parking is available and a shaded parking is available across the street as an additional option. Room amenities are there. Bathroom towels are available. Hand soap and shampoo are available. Iron and ironing board are available. Housekeeping staff are doing a great job with an amazing room cleanliness.

The hotel offers good room price and agreat service with good value for money. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming and they they are very attentive and responsive to my requests too what makes it easly get my needs. Housekeeping staff are taking care of my room. Room cleanliness was perfect and room amenities were available at all times. My room always smelled good and the bed was comfortable. It will always be my favourite place to stay in.

This was my second stay at the Ibis. Its a good value for money hotel. Though the amenities are basic, it's good enough for a short stay. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. The breakfast was decent, the location is central.

This was my worst experience in a hotel from Accor Hotels. I recommend to stay at any other hotel but this. Staff doesn't give you any information about the hotel and areas, if you show up 15 minutes before the opening of their breakfast they will kick you out like you are there to do something that they don't allow. Worst experience ever.
