I'm disappointed to say that my second stay at this hotel was not up to par with my expectations, particularly with regards to the benefits I'm entitled to as an All Accor Gold member. Unfortunately, I did not receive the expected upgrade or welcome drink, which are standard perks for members of my tier. Furthermore, I attempted to contact the hotel directly using the phone number listed in the All Accor App to request a room with a view of the Al Mamalaka tower, but my calls went unanswered. As a loyal customer, I expect a higher level of service and recognition of my membership benefits. I hope that the hotel will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve their service and ensure that All Accor Gold members receive the benefits they are entitled to. I look forward to a better experience during my future stays.
