Bad experience. AC is extremely loud, mini bar hardly keeps anything chilled. As a good member, my expectation is to at least get a decent room when staying in Accor hotels, however I was given a connected room, on first floor, with a bad view. Being a loyal Accor guest doesn’t seem to be of any value

The hotel was good but it has no gym and for the high price they offered it didn't include breakfast. A note about the receptionist named Fahad, don't seem to know his job and has some weird reactions. Car parking is available and other staff members are good. Furthermore, it seems that my second night was not counted toward my membership account for points. Thank You

Room was not clean. Bathroom wasn’t clean at all and there was cigarettes ashes all over the room. No toothpaste.

I don’t know from where to start, first I want to say that I am a top fan of Ibis, I stay there everywhere I go and I have very simple expectations. I stayed there for 7 days, the room only got cleaned once, whenever I call the reception no one answers, they put only one towel in the room which I find it very weird not to mention that it doesn’t get changed since there’s no cleaning. Breakfast was very miserable, it only starts at 7 and if you are up before trying to start your day early you only have to wait. When I arrived I got asked to pay the full amount in advance which was also weird and first time to happen, the receptionist said it’s the hotel policy but I never paid before in advance. I have stayed before in this hotel in early 2020 and it was nothing like this before, really very bad experience I’ll never come back ever
