I recently visited Riyadh and stayed at the ibis Hotel. The entire staff was excellent, and I would especially like to highlight Imran. His attention to guests during dinner service was outstanding, and he made sure everyone felt well cared for. His service truly enhanced my stay. Rating: 5 out of 5.

Do not book! Gym is terrible - breakfast only early morning or it is cold and dry! Team likes to play on the phone. No priority’s for Diamond no amenities.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out EVERYONE was so wonderful. The front desk was warm and welcoming...offering us advice on dinner suggestions as well as offering whatever we needed for a very early check out. Checkout was also wonderful.. I just wish I had gotten all the names of everyone..truly everyone was PERFECT! Thank you!!

My stay at Ibis Olaya was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel stands out not just for its modern comfort and stunning city views, but for the warmth and professionalism of its team. Every detail, from the seamless check-in to the thoughtful guest service, reflected genuine care and hospitality. A special thanks to the Duty manager, whose kind and approachable nature made our stay even more memorable. His attention to detail and willingness to assist at any moment truly exemplify exceptional service. I left with wonderful memories and a heartfelt wish to return soon.
