I have booked half board, however, only accepted breakfast plan. No satisfied.

The hotel was under renovation during our stay. reception floor as well as other rooms. I had guests staying in 2 other rooms and we were all annoyed with the noise... if you have told us that it is under renovation, I would have selected another IBIS or Novotel in Riyadh area and we would have all enjoyed our stay. My guests were not pleased and I felt embarrassed.

Great hotel with a wonderful location. The only issue is that there is no way to contact the hotel on the phone, as the phone only rings and no one picks up, and despite me asking several times i wasn't given a reason.

The construction next to the building was noisy all night; could not sleep. Unfriendly receptionist lady, a bit rude. Very old hotel. Doesn’t match with accor quality standards
