Very clean hotel with great service starting at the reception desk and the room service as well. The only downside was loud drilling noise from nearby construction at 7 AM on Saturday morning. I understand it’s temporary but was very uncomfortable especially during Ramadan time

I have stayed more than 60 consecutive days in the hotel with zero problems, staff are super friendly, great breakfast and suhoor offering, professional service, hotel location is very good close to KAFD and two metro stations murooj & alrabie which helped me to easily explore riyadh - i ‘d like to specifically mention “anjana” in the executive lounge - he is super friendly and always smiling and promptly helping - i have spent around 10 days working everyday from the lounge and that guy is really amazing - i really thank him for making my stay better at Movenpick.

As a diamond ALL member, I really had high expectations going in, but this hotel shows that when you show the customer you care, it truly goes beyond just being a hotel. Late check out, welcome amenity, and a hand written note by the GM were offered upon my arrival. I also asked them to keep some samples in the fridge at 1 am, and was surprised how accommodating they can be. This service level is truly what we expect from a four seasons or better. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.
