I loved: 1. The executive lounge, which was very comfortable, relaxing, and offered a wide variety of options. 2. The pool, including the view and the attractive design of the surrounding area. 3. The quality and taste of the food at Maze. 4. The professionalism and kindness of the receptionist, Mr. Faisal Aljihani. Areas that need improvement:” Must change” 1. The lighting system in the room. All lamps should be connected to switches located beside the bed, so that guests do not need to walk around the room to turn off all the lights. 2. The internet speed was very low and quite disappointing (a maximum of around 20 Mbps), which is unacceptable in 2025, especially for a luxury hotel. 3. Inside the room, I was unable to connect to 5G using my SIM; I could only get a weak 4G signal (two bars), resulting in very slow mobile internet. 4. The prices at the pool café. Even for a luxury hotel, they are unreasonable: a cup of tea is around 50 SAR and a yogurt around 60 SAR, which is, frankly, difficult to justify. 5. The TV must include more Chanel’s we are on Saudi must include Channels ( MBC , rotana .. etc ) , it was boring TV Special thanks to: Mr. Faisal, who kindly upgraded my room and moved me to the 13th floor, which at least allowed me to connect to 5G, and for his warm smile, hospitality, and continuous assistance. I was so impressed by his wonderful attitude that I gave him a hug before leaving the hotel

I booked through booking.com and clearly mentioned i'll be arriving early, I then (suprise) arrive early and your team say no rooms available and no mention of this and put the blame on reservations (lack of accountability). I waited 2 hours and they said we have a room but you need to pay early check in, I was exhausted so I paid. The room they put me in 0531 was next to a service corridor and your staff make so much noise talking loud, smashing trolleys with no care of managing noise levels. No turndown service either. Just poor experience.First time at Movenpick and last.

Hotel is , clean , organised and well presented. But, whenever I call room service I either dont receive a response or someone would answer and give me false promises.
