My overall stay was absolutely exceptional. The team was amazing, incredibly welcoming and professional. The food was delicious and of outstanding quality. I am very disappointed with this stay... First, I have no actions that threaten the hotel... Because of the behavior of other Chinese people, we were expelled from the hotel and prevented from staying there, which makes me feel extremely sick. As a five-star hotel, if we discriminate against guests in this way, I am very disappointed with your service! Hotels can discriminate against all Chinese people because of some of their bad behavior. Can I feel that the entire Saudi Arabia is a very disgusting country because of this hotel's eviction?

I arrived at the hotel at dawn after traveling from Jeddah to Riyadh specifically because the hotel was close to an important appointment I had the next day. My plan was simple: rest, have breakfast, get dressed, and head to my appointment nearby without stress. Immediately upon arrival, I handed my clothes to the hotel laundry service and clearly informed them that I only needed ironing and that I needed the clothes delivered by 12:00 PM so I could make it to my appointment on time. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Despite several follow-up calls and repeated requests, my clothes were delayed until 1:00 PM, which caused me to miss the driver I had already booked through Uber. To make matters worse, after all this inconvenience, I asked the hotel to help by arranging transportation to my nearby appointment location. I was shocked to be told that the taxi fare would cost more than 200 SAR, even though the distance was very short. My original Uber booking had cost less than 40 SAR. I explained that I only lost my driver because of the hotel’s delay and asked the reception, at the very least, to provide complimentary transportation as compensation for the inconvenience they caused. Unfortunately, they refused. Overall, this was A. very disappointing experience with poor service, lack of professionalism, and no attempt to resolve A. problem caused directly by the hotel staff.
