Great hospitality, great employees from the reception to everyone specially Hadeel for her continues support but two very important issues . -no hot water and this problem is recurring every time and its time consuming and annoying . -ordered a cheese sandwich from room service and it cost more then a burger 96 riyals !! This does not make sense and on top of that they did not offer the discount offered by the hotel !

Overall Stay: The room was excellent, though there are no electrical outlets near the garment hanger for the steam iron. Dining: Breakfast: Excellent with a great variety. Lebanese Restaurant: Disappointing—the grilled meats looks pre-prepared and reheated. In-Room Dining: Limited menu variety; the butter chicken was underwhelming. Food quality generally needs improvement. Service: Staff were overly persistent in asking for individual named reviews, including the breakfast chef, which was very intrusive and annoying.

During our short stay, we have encountered FOUR times a distribution in accessing hot water in our suite plus one time in the swimming pool area, also we have encountered TWO times power outages and a very LOUD fire alarm at 3:00 AM !!

I had a good welcome.. them my roo. Was connected.... then I had a message from Mr. Final eho os duty manager asked me to pay for clothing hanger miss in room. I text him its not me!!! And how you make sure that me without calling to verify that and text me with sure that me?? It's shame to me??

So clean and comfortable bed and ambiance! The staff are amazing and professional, I would comeback again for sure! The swimming pool for women is soooooo beautiful and clean I really enjoyed every second in it.

Our stay in Sofitel Riyadh has been remarkable, from the cordial welcome from the reception to the attentive service in the restaurants, the staff were keen in making sure our needs were met and that we were comfortable. A special note to Feb and Yusuf of the Zeline Restaurant who made sure my son was comfortable during our dining there. Only a few things can be improved. The television in the bathroom where our tub was located could not be operated, even after I asked room service to come help us with it. It would have been nice to have some entertainment as we enjoyed the deep soaking tub. Also there was an instance when I requested for ice and it took almost an hour to arrive. I had to call to ask why it hasn't arrived in a timely manner. Other than that, the amenities were adequate and our family had a pleasant stay overall. Thank you so much.
