I found the stay delightful in all respects even though the lounge was under renovation. The restaurants were good, the fitness facilities were top notch. The staff was helpful and courteous. Any questions I had were promptly attended to.

I have been to many hotels around the world and was surprised that a hotel is refusing to let the guest enter his room because they don't know how to get the confirmation that payment has been made by the company. I think partners should be treated exceptionally since there is a binding contract in place which guarantees all payments are processed. Letting the guest wait for more than 30 minutes to check if payment is made or no is not a good customer experience. Experiences make guests come back and this is for sure not an experience I want to repeat.

Reception was slow. Made several mistake in my bill. AC in the room is not smart.
