The hotel is beautiful ,quiet and spotless. The staff is exceptional! Mufasta welcomed us everyday in the lobby asked if there was anything we needed. He even helped me get medicated water from the pharmacy for my breathing machine. Before my arrival Mohammed helped me arrange a tour with a trusted guide. The lunch buffet had a wonderful assortment of international food and desserts. Highly recommended and I will be back ;).

Everything is running like a clockwork. Staff is really friendly and helpful, food at the breakfast is very diverse, room is clean, confortable and well furnished, and the gym has plenty of new and clean equipments. Price is hefty though, but that's the price of Quality of Service.

I regularly stay at this hotel and the service is excellent and the staff are always really attentive, the room quality is exceptional. The little touches like a welcome card are always appreciated. Even when getting a cab to the airport the doorman always asks if I have my passport, these small thoughtful gestures make a difference
