Had the pleasure of staying two nights at Fairmont Hotel Riyadh, From the moment I arrived, everything was immaculately clean, perfectly organized, and handled with the highest level of professionalism. The hospitality was exceptional warm, genuine, and consistent throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with great quality, presentation, and variety. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, which made the experience so comfortable and memorable. Professionalism and kindness, Chef Man for the outstanding food, and to Natasha, James, Omar, Rashid, and Rayan for their incredible service and attention to detail. Even the team members whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch were extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.

overall experience was good, sharing minor issues that could help you to improve overall experience: 1. I forgot to mention no-smoke room, noone asked and at the end I stayed at a room I wouldn't prefer. I check-in late at night, didn't want to spend time to change the room. They could have asked smoking preference during check-in. 2. this is my 2nd stay in 2 months. I asked iron and ironing board on my first stay, would prefer to have it ready at my 2nd stay. I had to ask it again. Although you have steam machine, it's not performing as good as classic iron
