This is my second time staying at your hotel. During my previous visit, I assumed the level of service reflected the standard hospitality in KSA. However, on this trip, I first stayed at JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh, and as always, it delivered a true 5 star experience. The difference in service was very noticeable. From the driver to the bell team, concierge, and reception, the level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality at JW Marriott sets a clear benchmark for what 5 star service should feel like. I strongly suggest reviewing and improving your customer service standards. Additional training may be necessary, or perhaps having your customer service team experience firsthand what seamless 5 star service looks like. The only staff that consistently met professional standards during my stay was housekeeping, who maintained the room consistently and professionally. I share this feedback constructively. With focused leadership attention, structured training, and a renewed emphasis on service excellence, there is clear opportunity to elevate the guest experience to the level your positioning suggests.
