The Conceirge - Mohamed and the manager at the Pent House / Fairmont Gold - Yugan have both rendered close and personal service to me that made me feel at home. I enjoyed the stay largely due to their great services.

We recently stayed at the hotel for a short business trip during Ramadan. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and constantly smiling throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, and the room service team was incredibly kind. We enjoyed our iftar at the hotel, where the food selection was extensive and exceptionally delicious. Without hesitation, I would choose this hotel again for my next trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

My room was a haven of comfort and luxury. Every aspect of the room, from the plush bedding to the state-of-the-art amenities, was designed to offer an unparalleled sense of relaxation and sophistication. The cleanliness and maintenance standards were impeccable, reflecting the hotel's commitment to excellence. Dining at the Fairmont Riyadh was nothing short of a culinary journey. Each restaurant offered a unique ambiance and an exquisite menu that showcased the best of local and international cuisine. The staff at the hotel was exemplary but the water in the bathroom was not hot and after a long trip, this was very disappointing. Furthermore, the mic on the phone in the room is very weak so when talking to the reception / concierge it was hard for them to hear me. Overall, fell below my high expectations on Fairmont.
