We found the hotel in an excellent location, very clean and the staff were very friendly. My lower rating is because I found the rooms too warm at night and was unable to adjust the airconditioner, so did not sleep as well as i would have liked. Also no mini fridge in the room limited what food provisions i could bring with me.

I had an enjoyable stay here - the room was very clean and comfortable, and I slept very well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area seemed quite small and crowded, and I wasn't able to find a free table on one day, so I had to go away and come back later. The outside areas around the hotel looked scruffy and unmaintained - rather dirty and with lots of weeds.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, including Lille and Ghent.
