Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of your stay. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not live up to your expectations, especially in a hotel that claims to be modern and welcoming. The problems you encountered, such as cracks in the walls and neglected finishing details, should not be part of the luxury hotel experience. We also understand your frustration at the lack of a fridge and the lack of amenities provided, such as mineral water (available free of charge at reception though) and spoons for tea or coffee. These little touches often make all the difference and it\'s surprising that you weren\'t able to take advantage of them. As far as parking is concerned, I\'m pleased to hear that the staff at reception were able to point you in the direction of an alternative. This shows their willingness to help, even if it didn\'t make up for the inconvenience you experienced. As for the deposit, I understand that this can be surprising, especially if it exceeds what you have experienced elsewhere in Las Vegas.
