Family Room was confortable, staff where really nice, breakfast one of the best we had. The room also was very clean. The lady's on the breakfast were really lovely. The only point I didn't like was the garage it was really narrow, but at list the car was safe there. But that was our choice, we could have parked outside. Merci

We stayed at this hotel because it was near the place we went to on the New Year evening. Excellent quality/cost ratio. Friendly staff. Nice renovated rooms. Secured parking available.

We were traveling from Germany back to Scotland and decided to stay in Dunkirk before the Eurotunnel the next morning. Hotel was reasonably priced and in a good location. They allow dogs and this was really the main reason for picking it. The room itself was nice albeit a tad dated. The main area was very clean but the bathroom didn’t look as fresh. However I think this was likely due to age of it. Has parking facilities which is very handy but they are limited and very tight! Ask ahead to make sure you get one. Staff were very nice! Would go back if I needed an overnight in Dunkirk :)

The Hotel has very poorly fitted rooms, with no amenities. The breakfast is with very limited options.

Why act this way? We welcomed you, you spoke with our team and myself. You told us about Singapore where you were from, everything seemed to really please you. At the end of your meal we even offered you a cognac that you told us you liked... You give our bar a score of 50/100, yet you stayed there for more than two hours and we served you with a smile. We have responded to all your requests, including not showing drinks consumed on your bill. However, your comment is final with regard to us. Why behave this way and in what interest? I'm not used to responding to comments like this, but why so many lies to tarnish our image?

stayed here a night on recent trip to dunkirk checked in on-line so was a fast process when i got to reception room was a decent size and reasonably well appointed bed was very comfortable and temperature in the room was perfect didnt eat there at all but was in the bar area when the food was being prepared and in truth the food looked very decent bar area was ok and closed midnight...there were two draught beers on and cost 6.5euro a pint staff were friendly and efficient for the price i paid 65E i was very happy with my choice in dunkirk and would have no hesitation in returning on my next trip there
