While in my room, another customer was given a key and entered my room in the evening. Room could be nice with water and coffee option. Hand towels in bathroom would be good

Hotel check in was efficient and friendly. The room was good and comfortable. Breakfast could have been much better. Cereals were limited and poor quality, egg cooker had no water in the reservoir and the selection felt limited compared to other Ibis hotels we have stayed in.

Nice rooms but poor check in experience

At check in it was not acknowledged that I am a silver member so I was not told of my welcome drink or asked if I wanted breakfast (I wasn’t sure if it was booked). Hotel room itself was nice but did not feel a valued member as I do in other Acor hotels

We thank you for your stay with us. Also, sometimes we forget the voucher for our members' drinks but when this is the case, simply specify it and we will automatically provide one. As such, I will still specify that we have responded to all the preferences indicated in your profile. Both by the location of the room and the rest. So you have been recognized in some way.
