room cleaning was not included in service. too bad. normal tourist needs minimum 1 cleaning in 3 days

I selected this hotel in Munich through the ALL app after comparing options to find the best value for money, and I also benefited from my membership privileges. Additionally, I completed the online check-in via the app one day prior to arrival. However, none of these seemed to make any difference during my stay. At check-in, I was kept waiting for approximately 30 minutes. When I asked about the delay, I was told there was a system issue. Shortly after, I was informed that there appeared to be missing pricing information and that I would be charged an additional fee. I was also told that breakfast was not included in my reservation and that I would need to pay extra for it. I showed my reservation details and payment information from the ALL app, clearly indicating what I had already paid for. Despite this, I was told there was nothing they could do at that moment and that they would need to consult their director. When I expressed that I did not want to wait any longer, I was told I could be contacted the next day after breakfast. This interaction was quite uncomfortable. The next day, I was not contacted. Instead, the same issue was raised again during check-out. I had to repeat everything and clearly express my dissatisfaction. I explained that I felt very uncomfortable with the situation and that I was being treated as if I were dishonest. In the end, no additional charges were applied. However, being kept waiting, being made to feel mistrusted, and being asked for extra charges outside of what was shown in the ALL app—especially in front of my child—was extremely unpleasant and disappointing.

We loved the hotel, it was very comfortable. Props to the design team as well, we loved the disco theme. It's very well located, next to the metro station and a mall, you need maybe 15-20 min to get to the city center. Also, there's an elevator from the garage going straight up to your floor, so managing your luggage is very easy, if you arrive there by a car. There's a lot of street parking around, some even free. Only wish they had those little product packages in the bathroom, instead of just one multi use product, not a big fan of those. Can't wash your hair with soap! :D Love to come back!

I dont have that much compalin but it would be good if u provide small fridge in rooms
