Nice modern hotel. Comfy rooms at a decent price. Easy parking in the garage below the hotel . It was difficult to find without asking the receptionist . Shopping , fast food and restaurants all within few minutes walk. We used this hotel as sleep over during our travel from Denmark to Italy.

Modern hotel very close to subway station

Ibis Styles Perlach is a modern hotel well situated very close to a subway station, putting it at 15-20 minutes from downtown Munich and 40 minutes from the airport. Rooms are modern with a rather original decoration, however pretty small (this seems to be the norm in Munich though). Staff was helpful and everything was really clean. Prices are quite reasonable, actually I think this is possibly one of the best deals in Munich

Nice city-break

Booked this hotel for two main reasons: first, it is an Ibis hotel and second, I have stayed there once before. Location is still excellent, access to U-bahn is down the escalator and the large shopping mall is still across the road. The trip to and from airport is easy and convenient, with one change needed at the Ostbahnhof. The hotel is still nice and new, plus there is now keycard-controlled access through front door and stairs. Room cleaning is per request to conserve water and consumables and the breakfast buffet (optional with additional fee) is very nice with plenty of choice. Warm and cold dished, multiple bread, fruit etc. All in all, I would stay here again. Nice place.

Had to stay an extra night

I had to stay an extra night in Perlach after my friend injured his leg. The staff were very sympathetic and attentive. Room is clean, some issues with card access. Breakfast pastries were stale but the coffee is good. Also hotel pillows in Germany are really thin! Not sure what thats about but it was the same in other places we stayed on out trip. Overall OK.
