It was a perfect stay but from the room 305 we could hear a very low frequency noise. It looked like transmitted vibrations. It was strange.

We stayed in IBIS Muenchen City Sued as a family with two small children (4 and 2 years old). We benefited from the Family Offer, meaning we had two adjacent rooms for a great rate. The rooms were nicely equipped and very clean, just as we are used to when staying with IBIS. What stood out this time was the excellent service we received, both from the Front Desk staff and, in particular, from the breakfast team. It's so easy to treat guests as guests, but in this hotel, particularly during breakfast, we felt treated as a father, a mother, and two kids. The team gave us a feeling of appreciation and respect, probably because of the long experience we could notice. They were very attentive, friendly, and caring, which I did not take as natural for a breakfast team. They truly made us feel at home during our three days there. This was among the best hotel experiences we had in a long time. We look forward to staying in this hotel again, in particular because of this outstanding service.

Enjoyed our stay here, lovely quiet room, helpful staff. A little disappointed with the breakfast choices, it seemed to be geared up for business people. Would stay again but possibly not for breakfast. Hotel was in walking distance to the zoo and centre. Underground station minutes away.
