Paid for parking space for 2 nights (€17 per night by the way!!!) only to get back to the hotel and have no parking space and be told by a receptionist who clearly couldn’t care less that the only option was the street. Why are they selling parking space. We even asked the receptionist at check in whether our parking space was guaranteed and they said that yes it was. All the hotel needed to do was count how many people had booked in parking and then not go beyond the number of spaces but they failed at this simple task, massively inconveniencing us.

Comfortable bed, good bathroom. Good location for a good price. Weeds growing outside window. Deep cleaning needs to improve, dirty marks on doors and headboard. Housekeeping ignored my no- cleaning sign and cleaned and changed towels everyday - I requested no! Also kept coming into room in morning when I was still there - louder knocks required or sign for door. Reception staff not friendly or welcoming.

The hotel room was good and clean. However, the only elevator in the basement parking was out of service. I had to hand-carry my luggage and backpack via the stairs to the reception at nearly midnight when I arrived at the hotel. Also, the ringer button at the basement parking entrance, takes forever to work. And when driving out from the garage, I have to stop the car right at the steep ramp in front of the roll-up door, in order to press the button situated on the wall next to the door. It's a weird set-up. Why not locate the door opener at the basement right before the ramp?

I haven't been able to get an answer for 1 week. I had a problem at your hotel that was not resolved. I stayed at the hotel from January 2, 2026 to January 4, 2026. Booking number QBDDDRSD, booked through the All accor app. When checking in, my husband's bank account was debited twice. We contacted the reception for 3 days and received no help. When checking out, we were promised a refund, but the woman at the reception refused to talk to us and did not want to give her name. I am sending the payment receipts and ask you to give me an answer.

Broken elevator at the hotel. The room without energy - two full days where we can’t turn on the tv, can’t use the air dryer, can’t charge the phones…. Don’t assign a room without checking that everything is ok and functional. There was always an issue with the cards to open the room’s door… not friendly at all

For the price we paid for accommodation we were so disappointed in ibis. Tiny room with nowhere to unpack our belongings . Was very uncomfortable to spend 4 nights in such a tiny space. Pillows paper thin and we asked for another thicker pillow only to receive another of the same quality. Our greeting to the hotel was the worst experience we have ever had whilst staying in the Accor group. I have never felt so unwelcomed . We chose the ibis as we trusted in the name and the service we know here in Australia .. but we were so disappointed . I wished I had not cancelled another booking and that I made on another website for alternative accommodation. The same woman who served us at reception when we checked in.. then refused to serve us and a room full of people at the bar saying that she had work to do and would be 20 minutes before she could serve anyone at the bar. I eventually asked her if I could just please have a bucket of ice as we’ve been travelling 14 hours and we just wanted to retire to our room. She still refused saying she had to finish her work at reception (she had no one there she was just adding up receipts ect. ) I did complain to the supervisor the next day and the lady was lovely and apologised for the way we were treated . Saying that the woman who was on had only been working there for two weeks . I replied that there should have been at least 2 people on for the number of people that were present at the restaurant bar . She replied that someone had gone home sick . But to me it was not good enough to have one person looking after both reception and the bar especially during Oktoberfest.

I stayed 4 nights on a business trip. The bathroom was bigger than I had seen in other IBIS hotels. Breakfast was nice and without big rush at the timings I went. An improvement might be to check the sink or often in the rooms as water seems to run off very slowly.

The room was a good size and contained most things except a kettle to make tea/coffee with which was a bit disappointing. The bed was very comfortable and the hairdryer worked well. Being so close to Wettersteinplatz made getting to the city centre and beyond very easy. Would stay again.
