The hotel room was good and clean. However, the only elevator in the basement parking was out of service. I had to hand-carry my luggage and backpack via the stairs to the reception at nearly midnight when I arrived at the hotel. Also, the ringer button at the basement parking entrance, takes forever to work. And when driving out from the garage, I have to stop the car right at the steep ramp in front of the roll-up door, in order to press the button situated on the wall next to the door. It's a weird set-up. Why not locate the door opener at the basement right before the ramp?

I haven't been able to get an answer for 1 week. I had a problem at your hotel that was not resolved. I stayed at the hotel from January 2, 2026 to January 4, 2026. Booking number QBDDDRSD, booked through the All accor app. When checking in, my husband's bank account was debited twice. We contacted the reception for 3 days and received no help. When checking out, we were promised a refund, but the woman at the reception refused to talk to us and did not want to give her name. I am sending the payment receipts and ask you to give me an answer.

Broken elevator at the hotel. The room without energy - two full days where we can’t turn on the tv, can’t use the air dryer, can’t charge the phones…. Don’t assign a room without checking that everything is ok and functional. There was always an issue with the cards to open the room’s door… not friendly at all

Stay was good. Breakfast and services were good . Rooms were comfy and neat. However, you can include some additional paid services like laundry and restaurant ... Tv channels also seemed limited and not working most of the time
