My room was just near construction works in the hotel. These started at 7am both days of my stay. On checkout day, while I was working in my room, I've been interrupted no less than 5 times between 8.30 and 10 am by the staff of the hotel. This is too much!

We had our room well advance and were able to enjoy Adele concert well prepared. Nice staff and safery box was fixed right away. Breakfast could have been included into the package price but there were many options for coffee next to the hotel.

Booked an executive room for the weekend to watch Adele. Room AC was poor which was an issue in 30c heat. Asked for a quiet room but my room overlooked the main road. Meant to have free mini bar but it was not restocked nor were coffee making items replaced. Difficult to get water after 1pm. No 24 hour room service. Positives were that it a good location for the concert and the staff friendly. Due to the concert room rates were extremely overpriced so given my comments above not great value.
