Hotel is well located, not far away from the fair location Very friendly personal Rooms have a good size but the shower is a little bit to small Shopping Center close to the hotel

There was no benefit in doing check in before arriving. The room has noise which disturbed sleep. There was no mini refrigerator in the room. Front desk people looked either unhappy with their work or unmotivated. The experience was very disappointing.

I am an All member and usually stay with other Accor brands. My recent two night stay in February 2023 was my first experience with the Novotel brand. Other Accor brands usually acknowledge All members at check-in, but I didn't experience that with this brand. Attractive lobby and restaurant. Good location near a shopping center and train station. Check-in/out was decent. I booked a standard room with a queen bed. The room had a large stain on carpet near window but was otherwise in decent condition. The room was located on a floor with an unusually narrow hall. The hall was so narrow that when someone walked through the hall their body made contact with room door. This not only caused a bothersome noise but also caused the privacy sign to fall off the door (without my knowledge). It wasn't until housekeeping came to the room by several times to ask if the room needed to be serviced that I realized the privacy sign fell off the door (it was bothersome to be interrupted by housekeeping many times). Overall my stay was okay.

My recent two night stay in February 2023 was my first experience with the Novotel brand. Attractive lobby and restaurant. Good location near a shopping center and train station. Check-in/out experience was decent. I booked a standard room with a queen bed. The room had a large stain on the carpet near the window but was otherwise in okay condition. The room was located on a floor with an unusually narrow hall. The hall was so narrow that when someone walked through the hall their body made contact with room door. This not only caused a bothersome noise but also caused the privacy sign to fall off the door (without my knowledge). It wasn't until housekeeping came by the room several times to ask if the room needed to be serviced that I realized the privacy sign fell off the door (it was annoying to be interrupted many times by housekeeping because of the issue caused by the narrow hallway). Overall my stay was okay.
