We spent most of our time in the bar/restaurant when in the hotel our four nights and the overall experience was so welcoming. Probably spent too much time in the bar, but the service was outstanding, the food delicious, and drinks superb. We extended our stay past our group tour's reservation and the front desk staff were very accommodating in our request to match our group rate - thank you!

I liked the room. It was spacious, the bed confortable. Hotel has breakfast a selection of dinner options. Its situated besides a mall where there are more choices for lunch/dinner. Its besides the subway where you can easily catch train to downtown. Love the location. .

The staff was friendly and was able to get us into our room a little early, which was very helpful since we had been traveling all day and needed to get changed for Oktoberfest to meet friends. The breakfasts were lovely and the bartender Carlos was especially helpful and friendly. The location was convenient to the subway.

We stayed two nights. The room is excellent. Some of the staff were very helpful, especially the front desk. The only sore point was that I was charged for a bottle of water from the mini bar which I had not consumed. English communication should be better.
