We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Family of 4 in 2 rooms. Reception at check in readily accommodated our request for a better room view. Although staff can be more courteous to guests. Resto attendant , Mutya, was very friendly and gracious to us. Room and amenities were clean and modern. Size of room can be bigger but good for 2 people. Proximity to mall and eating places was fantastic ! Gym was small but well equipped. Overall a happy experience for our family.

I come to Munich a lot stayed in so many hotels, after staying here I pretty much regret didn’t know about this hotel before… Location is awesome, staff are super friendly, clean, professional, friendly, cozy and all. Parkings are big and easily accessible, something important in Munich and there is underground just next to the hotel along with a big shopping mall. Highly recommended
