This was the worst experience I've ever had. When outside we had yesterday 38 degree, we made check in in the hotel and started our horrible journey. We turned on air conditioner and vualla, it blows worm air, like 28 degrees. I came to reception and asked them to fix the problem and they answered me that they have green policy and because of this I can not use cool air from air conditioner. The problem was that in reception there was max 18-19 degree, and they used to be in cool condition comparing to rooms, so I asked them to have in our rooms at least the same temperature what they had. We left hotel after it and came back within 3 hours and nothing, absolutely nothing changed, we "enjoyed " with our 28 degree in the room
