The temperature in the room was too high, problems concerning Check in, a friend had to pay twice because the receptionist could not see his payment in the Computer. I also had this problem in a former visit in your hotel.

Die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage war ein echtes Manko. Die Wärme im Zimmer war nachts sehr unangenehm. Ein zweiter Kritikpunkt: Hatte das Hotel schon lange vor Anreise bezahlt, was mir auch schriftlich bestätigt worden war, musste aber wegen Fehler in der Buchhaltung bei Anreise noch einmal bezahlen. Am nächsten Tag wurde der Betrag mir dann in bar ausgezahlt. So etwas muss nicht sein!

Sehr Sauber und alles was man benötigt. Jedoch sehr zugestelltes Zimmer mit unnötigen Bänken. Etwas zu harte Betten und Kissen, zudem werden beim putzen der Zimmer die Betten verschoben, was in anderen Zimmern sehr laut zu hören ist.
