Because of an error with a different hotel, we didnt have any accomodation for our concertweekend. Luckily München City Ost still had rooms! The rooms where clean, the bed slept great and the breakfast service was great. Very friendly employees!

Dirty, small room and rude customer service

We were placed in a handicap room. Were not provided enough towels, our room was dirty. The bottom of the shower curtain was stained with pink mold and our towels were old and dingy. I paid for the room and I slept on the small extra bed that was horrible! I could not sleep all night because the bed had hard metal and holes I could feel on my back which is still hurting from that night. It was €240 euros which seem excessive!!! Just an abuse. I hated this hotel and would never stay at a ibis again or tell my friends about it. We could not get a parking in the garage and left our car outside too and the staff was not nice to us. The front desk would not even help us pay for a water bottle and sent us to the bar. We waited about 20 minutes only to have the same guy come to the bar and charge us after the bar attendant asked him to because he was busy.

Perfect stay to visit the town

tmiversen Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

The staff welcomed us warmly. The room was a decent size, clean and good AC. Nice lounge and bar in the reception, and also a nice space for breakfast with all that you need to start the day. The hotel had a good location, just a short walk from the tram. Would recomend it to anyone, and return there on my next trip to Munich

Hotel is well located, 5 minute walk to a tram stop. Also, near the hotel are groceries Kaufland and Aldi. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered was good. The staff are approachable and very accommodating. Overall a great stay indeed.

I was warmly welcomed upon my arrival, the room was a decent size and the AC was perfect! Breakfast was fine, not to crowded. The staff was always polite and helpful, and the offered a nice lounge and bar on the entrance floor.
