I am very disappointed with my experience at your hotel. I accidentally left my adapter in the room, and I am 100% certain it was there before I checked out. However, I was informed that it could not be found. I also left my necklace on the bed, yet I was never contacted by the hotel about this item. I find it concerning that neither of my belongings was returned or reported. In addition, my friend suffered from what appeared to be bed bug bites during our stay. The bites caused severe itching, redness, and significant discomfort, which greatly affected our experience. Overall, this experience has left us disappointed with the hotel’s housekeeping procedures, lost-and-found process, and cleanliness standards. I hope the management will investigate these issues seriously and take the necessary steps to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problems.
