We arrived at the hotel at 22:02 and were informed that our reservation had been cancelled because we did not arrive by 6 p.m., when payment was apparently required. This was surprising, as I had entered my credit card in the app as a guarantee. Fortunately, the receptionist was very helpful and even stayed beyond his working hours to restore our reservation and make sure we had a room. I truly appreciate his effort and kindness. However, this situation made me question whether I would book again through the app, as the experience was quite stressful after a long journey. On a positive note, the hotel is in a good location, offers free parking, and the receptionist’s help really made a difference.

I think little improve the breakfast. And also the indian receiptionist. To whome we asked if the hotel has 1 room empty for tomorrow. And ge said no. So we book this hotel through booking.com
