At this price per night you should at least make sure the curtains works, the bed shall be better with a proper duvet (not a duvet for 1 person on a double bed) and increase the breakfast value. Worst breakfast ever for a 400€ per night hotel

Although the room was not immediately available when I arrived, I liked my stay overall. The hotel was very near the convention center, as well as the bus and train station. The staff were also very nice and hospitable.

Dear Sir/Madam, On 21 April 2026 at 10:20 PM, I'm traveling alone and I returned to the hotel and attempted to enter using my room code. The code was correct, yet the door would not open. Two other guests experienced the same issue. We tried calling for assistance, but after waiting for 30–45 minutes, no staff arrived. Fortunately, one of the other guests had a friend staying in the hotel, who was able to come down and open the door from inside. I also recorded a video of the incident. This experience left me feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. The hotel should provide a prompt response in such situations, especially since guests have paid for their stay and reasonably expect proper support when issues arise.
