We were expecting to get housekeeping service daily, nonetheless, it was two nights of stay so it was not a real problem. Also, single use slippers can also be given.

Especially I accommodate for business purposes in Mercure NeuPerlach Süd. Except breakfast, employees in the breakfast area and reception employees the rooms are not good, not comfortable, not clean, very cold.. In the last time I accommodated with my family. My daughter can not sleep on the additional bed. The bed springs were sinking.

We stayed for 1 night in Room 534. We experienced a mix of modern comfort and frustrating service issues, leading us to leave with mixed feelings and a decision that we are unlikely to book this hotel again. ✅ The Good * Refurbishment: The room was small but clearly recently refurbished, especially the bathroom which looked very nice and modern. * Bar/Lobby: The two complimentary Accor Limitless beers at the bar were good, and the bartender was friendly and welcoming. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement (Key Issues) * Comfort: The mattress was too soft and the bedding was substandard—only two small, low-quality pillows were provided. * Maintenance: The kettle in the room was leaking water and needs to be replaced immediately. * Connectivity: The WiFi signal was sketchy and unstable in the room. We also couldn't find any English-language movie channels on the TV. * Service at Checkout: Despite the official checkout time being noon, a member of the housekeeping staff attempted to enter our room twice before then. This was disruptive and annoying. When challenged, he was unable to speak English to communicate the situation. Final Verdict: While the room updates are appreciated, the significant issues with bedding comfort, faulty amenities, unstable WiFi, and the disruptive housekeeping incident before checkout time make us unable to recommend this hotel.
