We found bed bugs in our room. I asked the hotel to hold themselves responsable and also for the refund for my two prepaid nights. Days are passing and I’m still waiting for bothe the hotel official report they promised to send me and for my refund (still no money not even the transfer confirmation).

I was given a different room (smaller bed) than the one I booked, which was the same price.

Bad, really bad experience

We stayed the night of December 28, 2025. Most of the staff are from some Asian country and don't speak English. At breakfast on December 29, 2025, a short woman with glasses, who provided terrible service and customer service, yelled at us as we were about to sit down at a table, telling us in very poor English that we had to sit at another table. Terrible service; I don't recommend it.

room was clean, the hotel is easy to reach and the closed parking is useful. I was really disappointed the restaurant was closed but luckily there were options nearby.

A bit outdated and feels a bit uncomfortable. Especially with the super soft beds and small pillows. The room‘s inadequate lighting also makes you feel so tired. There was also no internet connectivity near the bed, only near the entrance of the room. Luckily I was out most of the day, so didn’t matter. But the staff is good. Location is nice as well (close to the U Bahn).
