We slept marvelously well all six nights at Novotel Munich City, woke up to a delicious breakfast buffet, and set off for our day usually starting at the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn station about a 5-min walk away. Walking, the must-see Sudetendeutshe Museum is less than 2 mins away and fabulous Deutsche Museum about 10 min away. Walkable distance to Marienplatz, but easier and faster to take the S-Bahn (2 stations away) and there are bus stops nearby too. We are very happy that we made a decision to stay at Novotel Munich City.

Front desk needs to know that there is a 24-hour dentist, and I was needlessly sent to a hospital 7plus kilometers from hotel at my expense, only to be sent to the dentist outside central Munich. I requested the dentist but was given poor/incorrect information. Otherwise the stay was good.

When we arrived our room with our 8 months baby we notice that heating was not working . We called many times reception or even went to reception. After while we had some external heater in to the room . Fridge is not working very well, windows were locked , we couldn’t open them for fresh air due to lack of humidity in room. Parking was too expensive for hotel customers.
