We arrived early and wanted to drop our bags, but the staff told us our room was ready so we were allowed to check in early. All staff were super friendly and the kids even got given a cuddly toy at checkin. The location is great - easy to walk to the city centre, but also close to s-bahn and tram. The breakfast was really nice with loads of stuff on offer. Room was spacious and clean, and the pool was an added bonus.
