A surprisingly large room for family of four. Nice ten minute walk into Marienplatz or convenient access to Rosenheimplatz train station. Fantastic breakfast with a large range of both hot and cold food. Pool was very clean and great temperature.

Overall satisfied. A minus on the cleaning of the room carpets and bed sheets, a big improvement can be made.

Dark room semi-underground with a glass door to WC

Worst hotel room we've been ever. A glass door to the bathroom with a direct view to tbe WC is the strangest hotel feature for a family accomodation with 11 years old boy, booked 4 months ahead. The room in the new building had not normal hotel furniture - not even a desk or a table, chair or a wardrobe to put some personal belongings. There was not enough daylight as we were accomodated on the sub-terrain floor. Disappointing hotel and definitely end of choosing Novotel brand for further.

I spent there 2 nights, after the first night I notified the reception, that the ventilation in bathroom cannot be turned off the whole night. The whole night i have had to listen to this annoying noise. Yet it was not repaired for the second night either :(
