We were located all the way in the back of the hotel so the WIFI never worked. None of the soap was filled and was never checked during clean up. We came back one day at 4 pm and they still had not cleaned our room. The blanket on the bed was so think and cold. Would likely not stay again

Great breakfast with a large variety and very well located in Munich.

Generally our stay was nice, the room was lovely and comfortable. Unfortunately on our last night we had a man enter our room at 1am. This was terrifying, but made more terrifying as we have 2 little girls. He told us reception had given him that room key and we confirmed with them that it had been them and it was a mistake however no one was able to go back to sleep. It has also changed how we behave on our holiday with us now stacking our bags in-front of the door to be able to sleep. Unfortunately Munich was our first European stop with 5 more weeks of travel to worry through. Please do everything possible to make sure this mistake is not repeated so others don’t have the same experience on their holidays.

The location of the Novotel City Center is fine, but theres dozens of other hotels, and Novotels not standing out... the room was terribly designed, the service mediocre and the food was double the cost of every cafe just metres away. It was an ok stay, but wont stay at this hotel next time in Munich.
