It will be perfect, if washing machine, laundromat is there

On our way back home from a ski holiday in Austria, we spent 2 nights in München, third time we do this and third time we choose this hotel for its location, comfort and overall experience.

The renovated rooms are spacious and nice. However be aware that in April there is no air exchange at all in the rooms- heat, fan or cooling- so we had to open our window and it was very loud with workers yelling and adjacent buildings. It’s random as to if you can get a coffee in the morning. Staff is very nice at bar and front desk. Also: sbahn is out of service right now so location was problematic for us with big luggage.
