We recently stayed at the Novotel Munich during a family break to see the Christmas markets in Munich - 4 adults and 5 children ranging in ages from 11 yrs to 17 yrs .. this hotel is well located .. 1 mile from city centre .. we booked 3 rooms for 3 nights .. rooms are small .. separate toilet is particularly small .. rooms are clean & nicely decorated.. beds are comfortable but smaller pillows are uncomfortable. There is a nice lounge area for drinks in the evening. This hotel totally suited our needs.. we were gone all day from early and not back until late evening .. we enjoyed our stay and found it good value for money - we recommend to others seeking a pleasant stay during a city break in a good location.

Food is good Location is nice Staff is welcoming and helpful. The only comment will be the gym is very small and doesn’t include all muscles devices.

I was wowed from the lobby. The service was amazing from checkin to check out. I also loved my room which was kept very clean for me everyday. The bed was super comfy and I also loved the decor of the en-suite shower and toilet. The staff were also lovely at evey touch point
