The hotel has a good location for Telford town centre with a large car park. The room was extremely comfortable and very warm, with a king size bed. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Reception staff were very helpful, we will be back.

I found the staff not very welcoming, the people who seemed happy working there were the breakfast chef, the guy at the bar who made amazing drinks and the lady who welcomed us at dinner. The food at night was very bad, the only thing we managed to eat was the hamburger, because of the 5 dishes we ordered nothing was good. The breakfast was very good, but I missed the pancakes.I went to celebrate my birthday and we didn't even get a happy birthday. Even though we informed the hotel, I didn't feel welcomed.

Excellent staff and great service. The hotel has good facilities and is clean and well maintained. The restaurant in particular is worth a mention, very attentive staff. I was served by Yuen and Adriel and both were exceptional, serving a lovely meal.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Telford for work, the staff are always lovely and friendly, the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. Shan who works in the restaurant is so lovely and so is Tom behind the bar they both give excellent service 10/10
