Close to the town centre. Nice Hotel sleigh clean and tidy rooms. Only issue was we were a family of four, two young children. We were put on the top floor and the lifts were out of use!

Generally, the hotel and the staff are very good. It's a shame that they feel they need to charge guests £10/day for parking and £10/day for use of the leisure suite. And £17 for breakfast feels rather expensive (although the quality and selection is good). It makes the advertised room rate look like a bit of a 'con' to get you through the door so they can charge you for more things which other hotels might include (particularly the parking). I was assigned room 501 (ground floor) but discovered that there was some mechanical equipment on the other side of the wall which whirred loudly every few minutes 24/7 and made it hard to get to sleep. However, when I complained the next morning, I was moved to another room with no fuss and that was lovely and quiet. I found the hot water (in both rooms) was not very hot and the showers were pretty feeble. The staff were all friendly and helpful and contributed to an overall enjoyable stay.

Check in staff unpleasant, had to log in to prove price reserved at, misinformed, showers in both rooms freezing cold no apology given just thanks for letting us knowing, customer service is seriously lacking with staff. Cobwebs and cleanliness of rooms not what expected from Accor Hotels.

Impossible to get a decent night sleep. No soundproofing or soft soft door closings so doors slamming from late at night to early morning. Really awful experience
