Members of staff always very friendly and helpful especially Helen in the morning for breakfast. The accommodation is looking like it needs refreshing especially the hall carpets. Enjoyed our stay.

Shocking, bathroom flooded; open socket exposing live wires nxt to the water; moved twice in less than 20hours !! In two Rooms both shaving mirrors hanging off th wall, noisy neighbours ;temperature switch on shower fell off , not what I wanted for my 1st year anniversary,absolutely disgusted tbh , never again will I stay thr ….

A really nice hotel but needs to be on the room doors

I stayed her in September for Comic con at the international centre and overall the hotel experience was good. I had a privilege room and wold definitely stay in the room again. It was very spacious, with good amenities and the breakfast was exceptional. It is also a very good location to the international centre, shopping centre and the train station. The signage around the area was great. The reason why I haven't given 5 stars is due to the noise from other rooms, specifically the slamming of room doors through out the night. One particular door slam was so forceful the corridor wall shook and items on the bathroom fell on the floor!
