Great stay at the Mercure Telford Hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms with excellent housekeeping standards throughout. Friendly, helpful staff and a perfect town-centre location. Breakfast was good and well organised. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We were with a group of friends on a Christmas weekend break. Hotel perfectly placed for our activities. Food good. Rooms good size and comfortable We also made use of the pool and steam room.. added bonus.

WE needed a one night stay on our journey. The Telford Mercure fitted the bill nicely. The hotel is well used but is well looked after by staff who are very efficient and friendly. We had a nice room and a comfortable stay. We have to pay for parking at reception and this was efficiently done.
