Good stay clean friendly especially Yuen at the waitress….. 5 minutes from m54 & handy car wash in car park. Would stay again

Experience was good! Ideal for business trips. Close to the city centre with loads of shops and less than 20 mins walk to the Telford International Centre.

Dark light not working, draft through windows, queue to check in. No side table. Bed average But shower & breakfast good. Gym was intimidating, lots offside users I expect & busy

For its purpose, it was fine. Having a different room rate for two consecutive nights was odd. Room was cold. Radiator valve was stuck. Radiator in room was stone cold. In Winter. Had to place room card in slot to keep lights on, and next day did no have to. Lights would go off in middle of evening. Windows need replacing in my opinion, they let a lot of noise in, and heat out. pools of water inside windows. Staff were fine and pleasant. Heating reported on checkout.

Regarding the lighting, our rooms require the key to be inserted into the holder for the lights and to function. If the key is removed, the lights will switch off automatically.
