It’s was ok, but there were a few minuses. Our duvet cover was dirty and we requested it to be changed. It wasn’t. The cleaner claimed to have changed it and she hadn’t, reception did get it changed for us. The second night I was awake all night. Other guests were partying in an adjacent room until 5am.

Stayed 2 nights. The room was not serviced and the fridge was not restocked, we had to ask for more drinks. Temperature control was not working correctly on the shower, if set at the safe 38° it was scolding hot. Lots of noise about 3-4am from other residents returning to their rooms.

I had booked a twin room and called to check this booking the week prior but was told on arriving that only the double room was available . This was extremely disappointing. A fold up bed was offered but it would have meant little or nothing floor space in the room for myself and my daughter. Very disappointing

The rooms we booked here not available during check in and did not accolade what we had booked 9months in advance. Lifts were also broken meaning we had to scale 8 flights of stairs with a child and a broken toe. My mother is disabled and had to be moved part way through our stay the to opposite side of the hotel. TV did not work. Windows leaked water into the room and the shower flooded.
