Absolutely the best hotel to stay everything you need and more staff are brilliant and nothing to much trouble 24 hrs a day cant fault this hotel at all covid restrictions are excellent which gave me great peace of mind would certainly go back again and book this company any were thankyou for everything my 4 day stay was fabulous THANKYOU.

We hated it there. Hidden charges, depressing room, horrible reception area. Used condom stuck to the side of the bed. Not very clean in Covid times. Tv kept losing signal. It was just horrible and really depressing. We hated everything about the stay.

We got there and they told me they had to hold a £50 deposit if the room gets damaged I was not told that customer should know that before booking. But otherwise it was a ok stay.

The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Upon entering the room I found everything to be clean and hygienic. Everything was great for the price paid and I would return again. Some negatives... the lack of information about check-out, luggage storage and the fact that the door was locked in the evening. The security guard had a list and made me sign in to confirm I was staying there. Also, the soap dispensers in the room were nearly empty which made it difficult for a morning shower.

nice room and facilities. I didn't like the smell of the carpet though. And there was pet fur on the floor on the carpet. cleanliness was poor so that ruined my experience.

Room clean and tidy booked breakfast for 9am slept in but man on reception went out of his way for us to have breakfast at 11am would definitely recommend staying here

It's exactly what it says on the tin. Budget. But for £35 for a Friday night, what can you honestly expect? Comfy bed. Very nice shower & bathroom! On arrival, the room we were given already had somebody in it!!! Reception were however very apologetic and quick to resolve.

The hotel is well located and was good value for money for the price I paid. The rooms aren't huge and the facilities are minimal but that's what you get for the price. It's a bit of a party hotel at weekends so be warned if that's not your thing. Walls are very thin also. But overall a good stay.

Noise in the corridor

After hard and stressful work we thought we will have a peaceful sleep at night. When we got to our room on first floor it was crowded by youngsters like the way it's outside a pub. Couples and gatherings all over the corridor. We thought they will disappear later on as management must do something. But, we were wrong unfortunately. They keep singing, walking and running around the corridor playing music on their phones probably or external speakers. And on few occasions someone tries to open our door too as fortunately doors can't be opened without a key. This carried on till the dawn. I have had to stay over night at different hotels but never had this sort of discomfort.
