This was as to be expected for an ibis stay - however after I'd had a rather tiring day out, I got back to find my keycard flashing orange. I wasn't the only one; several other guests on my floor had the same problem, and we'd had to queue at reception to get it sorted out alongside new guests checking in for the first time. Not ideal when all I wanted was to get a shower and some fresh clothes on!

Beautiful and extremely clean environment. Accessible time train station, accessible to restaurants and supermarkets. Hotel food was excellent. Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt safe and very secure staying at the IBIS Birmingham. I would diffently recommend this hotel to friends and family. I have found a great hotel for whenever I am travelling I will diffently stay there. Thank you for such a lovely experience.
