Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found our hotel conveniently located, offering good value for your short stay, and that you enjoyed our breakfast. We appreciate your understanding regarding the room rate. As you mentioned, prices and discounts offered through third-party booking websites and reward programmes are managed by those providers, so they can vary depending on the offer available at the time of booking. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by one of our lifts being out of service during your stay. Unfortunately, a replacement part was required, and while we were waiting for it to be delivered and installed, the lift was temporarily unavailable. We are pleased to confirm that the repair was completed within a week and the lift is now fully operational. We're sorry to hear that the staircase signage caused some confusion. Your feedback is appreciated and will be shared with the relevant team as we are always looking for ways to improve our guests' experience and make navigation around the hotel clearer.
