I liked how easy it was to book and how the automatic registration to the club offered me the lower price straightaway. I liked how the staff there on Friday and Saturday were v pleasant and easy to deal with. On Sunday they were very unprofessional . I liked how convenient the car park was but would have liked more info on the website; it would have saved me time and effort (with two young kids) going round on arrival in the dark and cold. I liked how our room was cleaned the next day despite being there only for two nights. I didn't like that there were only two sockets and only one was working. I didn't report it because with two kids, where one was not feeling great, I couldn't face moving rooms. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower. I didn't like the shower because it was too small to be in there with my child to help her shower. Also, the water was going from cold to hot without a temp somewhere in the middle. And I didn't like that I couldn't adjust the height or hold the shower head as it would have helped shower my children since there was non space for both of us to be in there. But I liked that the tray was deep enough for the water not to spill into the room when the door was shut. The b'fast was overpriced for what it offered. The croissants had no flavour, the coffee was ok, the juice was not fresh squeezed but from concentrate. Also, there was no consistency on the pricing; on Saturday I was told that one child could eat for free, and the next day I was told that both children would be charged. I liked that there was a hairdryer to borrow but it wasn't stated anywhere. I didn't like that in the middle of the night other guests were behaving anti socially and there was no phone to inform reception and no one seem to deal with it.

I just want to give all the staff here the biggest thank you. Our daughter left her very special teddy in the bed the morning we were due to fly. It’s taken a week to track the teddy down but the staff have found it and sent it straight to us. I carnt honesty thank you all enough. This is so very special to us.

Stayed as its location to the O2, it is exactly what it’s described a budget hotel, but it is clean and great for a night or two, a travel kettle and a couple of sachets of coffee would be good though. The staff were brilliant very friendly and helpful, Shlek in particular was a star.

It's a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but our rooms, WC and shower were spotlessly clean, if a bit compact. We were going to the O2 so it was ideal for us. The stars of the show are the staff - friendly, pleasant, efficient and when we had an issue, they really went out of their way to help us - on a really busy day. If all you need is a bed and a shower for a couple of days, this hotel is a good, basic budget choice.
