Very tatty rooms - general decor is absolutely awful (possibly done by a blind man) old TVs (my first room the TV was broken and disconnected from the sockets) hot water takes an absolute age to come through god knows how much water is going down the drain before the shower gets warm No kettle no cups - still has paper cups no glasses No sockets near the bed

hotel located a short walk from central birmingham, staff very friendly and welcoming, however room during the night was noisy with a constant humming sound which kept me awake

Budget is an understatement - accommodation had artex on the walls - it was like stepping back into 1980’s. Overall smell was of student accommodation. The mattresses were so very thin you could feel the solid base of the bed. Very disappointing and I would not use this chain again.
