Was given room 10 on the ground floor next to the delivery bay - very noisy from about 5am onwards. Also beds are ridiculously narrow and not overly comfortable. Breakfast is also very expensive for what was available.

I got exactly what I paid for, nothing more nothing less. Although I will say the few staff members that I did speak to on check in/out were super friendly and welcoming. I’d use this hotel again for gigs at O2 academy. Also I didn’t realise they do pizza 24hrs a day for £9 so I’d probably have one of them next time instead of going to takeaways.

I stay at this hotel regularly as it's convenient and good value for money. There have been improvements going on for a while, and I was "upgraded" to one of the new rooms for this stay. The difference is outstanding. The rooms have always been comfortable, but the shower and sink in the bedroom always felt odd. Now with the new bathroom as a separate room, the whole place feels much more than a budget hotel. Keep up the good work.
