Staff are always fantastic on reception, superior rooms are modern, spotlessly clean and perfect for what I need. The only downside to the hotel is the grubby subway you need to go through under the main road to get there, but that's no fault of the hotel! Always pick here for a good value, reliable experience when staying in Brum.

The staff are super nice but the room was quite dirty,dead flies all over the floor, dirty toilet compartment.

The hotel was nice and very clean, both in the room and the bathroom, offering good value for money. However, the air conditioning was not working, which made the room uncomfortably hot at a time when it was most needed.
