I had a wonderful stay the bed was super comfortable Monika that cleaned the room did an outstanding job and it was clean tidy and wonderful for my nights stay. The lovely gorgeous lady in reception was absolutely delightful. The room was roomy and the shower was fab! I had a great stay.

The hotel was stylish in aesthetics, but the low room price reflects that you have no in room kettle etc, and the bed is pretty rock hard. We noticed the elevators were really quite shaky and noisy indicating age that concerned me to use them, also one bed sides charging ports didn't work meaning we had to share the other. Despite these points, the staff were really friendly and helpful - hot water and tea and coffee was available in the main lobby, and when I asked for extra pillows, these were given. Lastly, we struggled with the air conditioning unit and the room was still really warm all night even on its lowest setting.

Thank you for this comfortable nice stay. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was really friendly and the hotel was centrally located. I was on crutches due to an accident that happened before my trip. Even if I wasn´t so fast, the coach station was about 15 minutes walk and the city centre 15 to 20 minutes walk for me.

Overall room was nice and well maintained, only downfall was the mattress was way too firm, my husband and I both woke with very bad backs and we are only in our 30’s!

Supreme room is a small box room with a double bed.A C sounded like i was sleeping in a factory..and also found 2 tiny flys roaming on the bed.did not sleep at all. However staff at reception were helpful and polite

Staff were very friendly and nice, but room had a horrible chemical/bleach smell
