Friendly staff, very clean hotel and great location. Room was tiny, the bed was hard, no spare pillows, no hair dryer and the hand soap broke 😂 otherwise fine.

Great location for the O2 academy but I really wished that with the refurb that the mattresses would be changed for something softer - they're so hard! Also I found that the bathroom lacks counter space to put your stuff anywhere. There's nowhere apart from the shower tap to put your washing up stuff. The shower pressure wasn't great either. For £80 I couldn't expect anything fancy but the bathroom was disappointing as it looks lovely.

Construction was occurring on the floor directly below us so we were disturbed during the day with loud drilling & banging noises. The bathroom was quite small & only came with a 3-in-1 soap (no conditioner) and there were some bugs/bug blood on the ceiling.

Severe its purpose for night out. Surprised how many dogs were there. Bang head on upper bunk bed standing up from lower bed. Did think why there was no padding as I am sure not the first

An awful hotel. Small rooms, breakfast was terrible, shower was not hot and no pressure. For the price paid I felt like a student, 3 pillows a rock hard mattress , the smallest desk to work from and toilet so close to the wall you couldn’t sit in it properly. Will never stay here again or an Inis for that matter. Truly awful experience.

Very central, i was lucky to find a parking spot at the car park. 2nd floor was freshly refurbished, rooms were clean and modern, although small and with a minuscule window. Decent mattress. The biggest drawback was the lack of Bodywash/shampoo and a hairdryer in the room. Although budget, £210 a night implies this is not a hostel and i would expect those items in any premises classed as a hotel.

I was given a disabled room. I’m not disabled. The drain seal in the wet room wasn’t working and the smell was bad. The bed was hard, the overall cleanliness was good. I would stay again but not in a disabled bathroom room.

Checked in and given a first floor room. The room was filthy, hair everywhere, a dead bug in the bed and shower looked like it had just been used. Asked to change rooms and this was accommodated with no fuss and moved to a clean room which was to expectation.
