Lovely stay room comfortable but however it very hot up on the fourth floor. It would to have access to a fan. As a person of limited mobility I really enjoyed using the walk in shower made me feel independent from my carer for a short while. All my needs were met including extra towels & pillows without delay.

Hotel is well placed - just a 15 minute walk from Crewe train station. Staff were super friendly. Room was spacious, modern and well lit- with a big walk-in shower in the bathroom. Bed was really comfortable. Buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of English breakfast, continental pastries, fruits and cereals - plenty of choice to fuel up on for the day ahead before checking out. Would definitely book again if I'm ever in the area, and would absolutely recommend.

Staff were excellent and bed comfortable .Room layout was good and breakfast good. Would have like more Chicken in my curry in the evening meal and better bread for breakfast eg sourdough.
