Perfect for our one night stay. We arrived around 21.000 but were able to order a meal and drinks. The staff were friendly and breakfast the next morning was plentiful and of a standard to be expected at this level of hotel. The room was comfortable and bathroom/shower area clean.

Could do with having more selection of food available on the menu for after 8pm. My son and a group of teammates are often in Crewe for gymnastics but they dont finish training until after 8pm. Having travelled a long way from Southampton they really need to get food once they've finished and there was no choice on the menu for teenagers

We have stayed at the Ibis Styles Crewe before but we on this occasion we were very uncomfortable due to the heat. We were provided with a fan which helped slightly but there were not enough for every room ( there were none left when our daughter requested one).The staff were great, the bed was comfortable but the room was unbearably hot. We would not stay again in the summer.

We do keep a supply of fans available for guests, but on this occasion demand exceeded the number we had available, and I'm sorry that we weren't able to provide one for your daughter. Despite the web site describing the rooms as having air conditioning, we arrived to be told that only the bar area is air conditioned. Fortunately, it wasn't at the peak of the heat wave. We were told that a lot of people expect air conditioning, but they don't understand the website - well, it clearly states air conditioning. I believe that's called misrepresentation.

Easy checkin and the room was comfortable. Great bar staff who showed us to the restaurant table. Limited choice of food but when served it was excellent and good value for money. The staff were engaging and very helpful. Breakfast was also good with very attentive staff. One of the best Ibis hotels we have stayed in.
