This is a very comfortable and convenient hotel which we have used before. The standard of accommodation is good and the cost very reasonable. It is also dog friendly which was a particular requirement for our stay. Will definitely stay again when we next visit Crewe.

The staff were lovely,the food was lovely,the bed was comfortable.................the room stunk like someone had smoked 60 cigarettes a day in it for the past 15 years . I really cant recommend this hotel,i havent done this publicly,because there was lots to like ,but for us this spoiled our stay.

Great for coeliacs

Can only say I am very impressed with this hotel, a call prior to my stay a few days earlier to say I was a coeliac and they came up trumps, every evening meal was gluten free (not that I even suspect other diners knew this) absolutely made my day so a super big thankyou to the chef and team. Had a good breakfast too. All the staff here are so lovely and accommodating, the hotel is clean and fresh and I would definitely return

Friendly and polite greeting on arrival. Easy check in. The room was well equipped, clean and tidy. Good internet connection enabling me to work without disruption. Comfortable bed and pillows. A great selection for breakfast.
