Staff are so welcoming and helpful especially on reception and Lorraine at breakfast. Very well located, about 5mins walk to Bull Ring and New Street station. Studio had everything needed and bed was very confortable. Heat was easily controlled and liked that you could shut off the kitchenette from bedroom We stayed for a concert in the O2 Academy which was a 15min walk but our stay was too short so would definitely return to stay.
