Stayed 3 nights in the serviced apartment and had a great experience. Front desk Linda was super helpful, she arranged an air-conditioning filter change during the heatwave and made my extended booking seamless. A short walk from Bullring and Chinatown which makes everything easy. Daily parking rate £5 at the Moor Street Car Park is a reasonable deal. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Highly recommended!

Very friendly welcome (Linda in particular). We stayed during the mini heatwave and the apartment was a great temperature. Great location for town and station.

Welcome from Linda was friendly and recognised my ALL status. Lovely, clean studio with kitchenette, full fridge and all amenities for cooking. Discounted parking nearby - easier access to the parking should have been explained beforehand. Otherwise would recommend this aparthotel.

I had a very comfortable week's stay here. I wanted more room than just a hotel room and this studio apartment suited me perfectly. Room, bathroom, and kitchenette were clean and well laid out and there was plenty of desk room to work. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable and the room wwas well noise insulated. So little noise from within and without the hotel to disturb me. It's a 5 minute walk to the Bullring and 15 minutes to Aston and Birmingham City University. I will definitely be staying here again.

Family group for a 50th birthday. Staff gave a really, warm welcome and pro actively offered any help needed. Stayed here previously for Commonwealth Games and had an equally positive experience. Would recommend.
