repeat guest, regular Accor hotel guests. We reported a dirty shower on arrival which was left uncleaned by your housekeeping team. The desk staff didn’t appear very resolved in remediating the issue.

Comfortable and clean, nice staff too. The only issue we had was the breakfast had run out, so we had to wait for more items to be cooked and served.

Basic room, no evening eating and breakfast not included in price

We stayed at Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham City Centre for an alumni weekend and also used the meeting room for our Saturday gathering. We had an awesome experience. Jack was helpful, patient and responsive throughout the planning, booking and meeting-room arrangements. For our meeting, the Adagio team provided water and tumblers, which was a thoughtful touch. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and well equipped with appliances and everything we needed and the gym was convenient. We also had a lovely breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, and the breakfast attendant, Medina was especially warm, attentive and hospitable. The whole Adagio team helped make our weekend comfortable and memorable. Many thanks to Beryl and Sayu at the reception who answered our numerous questions 🙌. Our group of seven had a wonderful time, and we would happily stay here or hold another gathering here in the future.

I would love for adagio rooms all over the world to accommodate a family of 5 in one room. Birmingham is the best for this.

Nice apartments just a short walk from shops, stations etc. Spacious with good aircon and comfy beds so all basics covered. The less-than-perfect are related to fittings and furniture being a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Shower takes about 5 mins to get warm and is then skin-burning hot, so difficult to balance and quite ironic they have 'save water, don't use shower for long' leaflets. Dishwasher not good. TV worked some days, others not, maybe due to fluctuating wifi signal.

Nice aparthotel located next to the city centre and the mall. Big room apartment and comfortable beds (one sofa bed). Fully-equipped and clean apartment (missing kitchen paper, bigger broom...) with plenty space but small kitchen. Warm reception and hall, but the room was sometimes smelly... Good stay overall.
