another great stay in Adagio. Our fabulous experience started when we were upgraded from studio apartment to one bedroom and have free drinks on arrival. the place is amazing so close to the city centre, staff with great customer service skills. Apartments are very specious and got everything you need for your stay. Highly recommended

Hotel was fine. However was tricked into paying 24 pounds for breakfast for the 2 of us and it turned out to be a brown paper bag takeaway. Poor

Upon check in I was advised I needed to pay when I had already done so several weeks ago. Only when I forwarded the transaction details was this accepted. I felt this was a bit awkward/unnecessary. Upon arrival in room, TV or phone not working. I reported to reception approx 6pm. Whilst we were out they rectified the phone, but not the TV. I attended reception again upon return from night out approx 10.45pm, but the gent on reception was really busy so could not attend for a while, so I said to leave it as my daughter would be asleep by then. I investigated the problem myself and found the cable faulty & prone to falling out the socket. I think these things (TV/phone) should be part of the room check before guests arrive. The phone was important to me because I feel safe when I know I can call reception if any problems arise. Apart from those issues, I really liked the hotel. The room was well set out and clean. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. I would certainly stay again. I would note that the online booking process was not easy. The website kept crashing even though I tried it on several days. I got so frustrated that I ended up ringing Accor & booking by phone (the cost of the call probably was a fortune) which was not ideal for me. Next time I will book through a third party site.

I've stayed in this establishment many times. This time, air con not working, staining all over the walls, TV socket literally hanging off and seal off shower door. My partner cut their foot on it. Still awaiting a response

Easy check in and out. The room had obviously been given a lot of care and thought with regards to its lay out. There was everything we needed. It was in easy walking distance to the stations and bars and restaurants.
