Just got back from a fantastic 3 night stay at this lovely hotel. The room was amazing and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We parked at Moor Street car park next to the hotel and when the hotel validate your ticket it’s only £5 per day. Would definitely come back if visiting Birmingham again

Linda at breakfast is an absolute CREDIT to you. She is so lovely and welcoming and connects with every single guest. She put a smile on my face every morning and would genuinely influence my decision to return to this hotel. The room was comfortable and it was nice having the kitchen facilities and space to work as well.

Second time staying here because location is so convenient. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. There was a good selection of options at breakfast and it was all very tasty.
