Nice soundproof hotel, view is poor and bed is uncomfortable

Our reservation was upgraded to a more spacious apartment that felt more like a New York penthouse. Tasteful and well thought out floor plan, and the foldout couch was actually a trundle bed that we used more like a chaise sectional. So cozy! The bathroom had a heated towel rack and perfect water pressure in the shower. The only suggestion is to have an outlet in the bathroom for electric hair styling and shaving tools, and replenish coffee pods.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Well- equipped rooms. Some technical issues, in particular TV turning off once per hour, every hour.

Perfect place to stay with a family. We travelled here for New Year's Eve. It's so close to the main transport hubs and the main shopping center. If you are looking for a base to explore then this is the place for you. The view across the industrial city is amazing from the 6th floor. We explored the city in the evening of New Year's Eve and then as the night drew in and the kids were tired we headed back. At midnight we watched the fireworks across the city. A New Year's Eve that we will remember. The room we had was spacious , comfortable and well equipped. I couldn't find a toaster but maybe I didn't look hard enough. The kitchen area is ace and has everything that you need. The kids commented that the duvets that they had for the sofa beds were amazing. They stay in lots of places and I don't think they have ever passed comments about this before so they must be good. The bathroom ceiling did need some attention and the red paint in the bathroom could have done with a freshen but it wasn't an issue. The staff were super helpful and were willing and able to help in any way they could. We would certainly stay here again
