Centrally located within walking distance to the coach station, train station, B. Ring, New Street, most major attractions, and many mini markets and restaurants. Staff friendly and professional. However heating did not work, a space heater was provided as cover. The heated towel rack did not work. We are arrived to a welcome note for a returning guest with some treats, was not us but treats were welcomed. Paint is peeling from the bathroom ceiling.

I stayed at the Adagio Birmingham for one night with my husband and 9 week old twins. The whole customer journey from point of making the booking via email and the checking in was great, we really appreciated how helpful Garry was given we also had to cancel one room. The location was great, parking was a bit tricky but as we stayed on a Sunday night it was ok, I expect it would be tricky on a Friday and Saturday as the Moor Street car park was very busy when we went. Apart from the great customer service, the one bedroom apartments are perfect for a small family or group of friends, I will definitely be booking again when I am in Birmingham next.
