Clean central place to stay. The staff is great. Having a small kitchen helps. My only suggestion would be to provide a real hairdryer. The one in the bathroom is useless and a relic from the 1980's. A roll of paper towels in the kitchen would help and maybe a Toaster.

Check-in was very straightforward. The staff were friendly and professional. The room (double-bed) was well laid out and very clean. Reasonably well-stocked kitchenette. There were enough lights and lamps to work by. The only issue was the bed - difficult not to accidentally knock one's knees against the wooden sides

Kind and approachable staff, clean rooms and satisfying service. We arrived there coming from a huge disappointment at a previous booking in another place and the staff was so nice and patient with us, especially the night guard that greeted us with a “is everything ok?” and everyone wished us a fulfilling rest and a pleasant stay. If coming back to Birmingham, this is definitely where I’ll book again.
