Good, modern and clean hotel, within easy walking distance of the town centre and the Utility Arena. A comfortable mattress, and a really great choice for breakfast. Good feature was a tea, coffee and hot chocolate machine & an ice machine in the reception area which was available 247. Only thing that would make it better would be some better pillows! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

A second visit and no complaints with staff, parking or the very convenient location. But the room wasn’t great. Some lights weren’t working and the bed felt very uncomfortable until I discovered a foam mattress topper that was making the bed very soft and uneven. I took it off but then had to remake the bed. Perhaps a few things are in need of an upgrade.

Great location for events . Very comfortable bed and great shower. Plenty of eating establishments in vicinity and near to train Station. Excellent overall.

All goes well from on-line check in to final departure. Parking straight forward (although its address / directions could be added to the main web site? Breakfast good but short on fresh fruit & seeds. Also the bread is a little basic. Nevertheless we enjoyed the breakfast and it me our needs.
