I stayed 3 nights whilst attending conference at ICC. Check in was smooth and the staff could not have been more helpful. The complimentary tea and coffee machine in reception available 24/7 is a great idea and was nice to take a hot drink up to the room after returning late at night. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and was cleaned every day of my stay which was great. Overall, a really great hotel in an excellent location with really friendly staff. Thank you.

Perfect Location – We’ll Definitely Be Back! This was our first visit to Birmingham, as we were attending the boxing at the Utilita Arena, and we honestly couldn’t have picked a better location to stay! The hotel was perfectly situated for everything we needed. We actually really liked being slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, as it offered a more relaxed atmosphere whilst still being within easy reach of all the action. There’s also a lovely pub, The Shakespeare, just on the corner, which was a great little find! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Birmingham has so much more to offer than we managed to squeeze into one visit, and we’re already looking forward to coming back and exploring more of this part of the city. A great base for a weekend in Birmingham – highly recommend!

Exactly what we required, clean, tidy, staff on check in friendly and polite. Breakfast is £12, you get what you pay for however, a shout out to gluten free bread for toast! Thanks ( and cornflakes if you need them) parking £15. It was exactly what we needed.
