excellent, very welcoming , clean , free hot drinks, breakfast was lovely. room was perfect for what we needed, hair dryer and kettle in the room, beds were amazing

Stay was great as was service only down point was issues with lifts one of which was out of order and the other stopping in between floors whilst making awful metal scraping noises. Reported as we were on 6th floor and were concerned about happening again

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. Not only is it very reasonably priced, but the hotel is comfortable, has great staff and is in a very good location if you’re going to the Utilita and central Birmingham. We’ll be back!
