The room was ok - clean and quiet although could do with a little TLC. Bed was very comfortable though. Breakfast looked so uninspiring that I preferred to get a coffee and croissant from Starbucks rather than pay £12 in the hotel. Only other gripe was the useless hairdryer which only blew out cold air - not a fault apparently because all hairdryers in this place are the same - for “safety reasons” according to the front desk. Hopefully the kettle and steam iron also provided in the room are not as useless or maybe they also don’t heat up for safety reasons? I have never seen this in any other hotel in the world - why does this one treat its guests like 5 year olds??

Bed uncomfortable. Sofa bed blocking getting to window and desk/dressing table Lighting is shocking, cant see much at all. Windows have something open you cant shut so noisy with Road and cars driving past all night . Room so hot you have to use aircon in the winter? Only one lift so you have ro wait ages to get one going your way that has room. Only reason booked was for Benson boon which got cancelled so not happy wasted the money £200 on this hotel for nothing

We weren’t at the hotel long due to late check in and early check out but the time we did have was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was also very nice.

The stay overall was okay. Nice room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. However, I experienced a problem with my heating / air con unit continuously making a very loud banging noise (it sounded as if someone was trying to kick down my door). I raised this via the WhatsApp number provided in the room, and this was never read or addressed by any of the staff. Apart from that, the stay was good.
