Booking.com let us down with a different reservation 10 minutes prior to arrival so we had to look around at the last minute after having driven 3 hours to get to Birmingham. Alex on the front desk, used his common sense and really made our stay worth it. Thanks Alex - your judgement of our situation relieved a lot of stress.

Reception wouldn’t recognize my Platinum status . I arrived at 1pm, didn’t bother to even take my name and sent me away for two hours . I neeed that time for sleep ! Hotel spot on , clean , great location .

Warm welcome at reception. A very helpful Kelly changed our room to an accessible one as I could not do that via the Accor App for some reason. The underground carparks EV chargers were an added benefit, so that we could charge up before heading home.
