Booked 2 nights here, generally pleased with cleanliness and helpfulness but did not like the sofa bed at all. Mattress too thing and bed frame far too noisy.

I was quiet disappointed with the fact that in the room I stayed was no indication of the number that I would need to dial for reception I arrived late and was very tired , I go to turn on tv and it was not working I tried to look for the number to call reception and nowhere to be found was the number I had to get dressed again to go back to reception for someone to come and have a look. I mentioned this to reception that no number was anywhere in the room and when I asked he wasn’t quiet sure of what number I needed to dial , that did bring some concern as in an emergency would mean me having to go downstairs. Lucky enough I did not need to but I would like to mention my son does suffer with seizures and if I was in a situation that I needed reception there was no way of me being able to contact them . the maintenance man did arrive very quick and the tv was working again . I do feel that there should be numbers listed in each and every room and staff needing to know the number in case it’s needed as a must . Poor practice really . But on a good note the staff was good and helpful .

Should be able to check in at any time Why have a check at any time but only aloud to go to room at 2

The location was perfect and the day staff were wonderful. They were so kind and welcoming. Unfortunately the evening staff (the man and woman who worked reception after 7pm) were incredibly rude. We had multiple encounters with them where they were unhelpful and had very unpleasant attitudes.

I stayed 4 nights and had problem with card door, had to go in reception twice to change them and was no room service, my towels and bed sheets were not changed for 4 nights and days. That’s neglect to not clean the room.

Comfy bed and a peaceful night sleep. Great position for city centre and Jewellery Quarter where we had a restaurant booking. In these COVID times the take away breakfast is what you would expect and missed the usual buffet style selection you would normally offer. Endless supply of great free coffee (Latte/cappuccino) in the lobby, which made up for the basic breakfast

Windows don't open and aircon is not on

The location is great the rooms are lovley but the windows do no open at all and the aircon does absolutely nothing. In sumer with sun on the glass all day the room is way to hot, a little desk top fan was offered but all this did was blow warm air around. Very disappointed.
