I have never been to this hotel and will hopefully not return. After a long journey the man on reception was incredibly rude didn’t even look up when he spoke to me. Downstairs looks okay but my room was dreadful. The light was hanging of the bed frame exposing the wires, so many stickers for advertisements on everything it felt cheap. Silicon in the shower was mouldy. Everything has been “fixed” or painted over so many times in the room - what it needs is a refit. I will be looking to see what else is around next time.

Stay was good room was clean and comfortable, staff were nice. But the breakfast experience here is the worst of ibis hotels I’ve stayed in, bare minimum not much vegetarian options.

A great hotel. Our twin room had plenty of space, was spotlessly clean with an excellent shower and comfortable beds. The self service breakfast was very good with plenty on offer to suit all tastes. Parking was easy and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it especially if you are going to an event at the Utilita Arena which is just an easy stroll along the canal.
