The hotel is centrally located and is a really nice Ibis. Staff are professional and courteous and hotel is clean and stylish. No problems from check in to check out. We will stay here aging when next in Birmingham.

We stay here annually for a work conference and love it. The location is perfect, rooms more than adequate, service always friendly. Breakfast great, free hot drink machine is a real bonus too. Great value for money.
