Staff on reception are outstanding. Ionut took my booking he realised straight away I was an Accor member and upgraded me then was there to welcome me on arrival. First class service throughout my stay from Corrina and Salo. Lovely big clean comfortable room, great gym and beautiful sauna. Breakfast was a real treat super service great coffee. Will definitely return.

The hotel was perfectly located for the show, and value for money. However, hotel and room dated and grubby. Corridors had a very strong smell of smoked drugs. Breakfast was unexpectedly very good with great choice vegetarian and gluten diets.

Great afternoon tea, Juliet as always was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble, friendly, knowledgeable and great, it’s her that makes the event as enjoyable as possible. My only complaint is the fact that the hotel no longer validate your parking and £6 is a lot to pay.
