All staff we came in touch with were brilliant they couldnt do enough, i wish we could have stopped longer.The only small bug bare was the door card,i think we tried 4,however it got sorted thanks to the staff on reception.x

As always, it was a good stay. I wish there was a lift from the parking garage, as it's a struggle to carry cases etc. up the narrow stairway. It is also a tad expensive to park ( £18 ) I don't know if my booking was automatically added to my loyalty card, as I wasn't asked if I was a member. I will assume it was... I always try to stay at Accor hotels and have never yet been disappointed.

I already know the hotel because I stayed in July 2019. It's in a good position, not too big, with good breakfast and confortable rooms. I've preferred it to other structures sorrounding for this reason.

Been in this novotel maybe 20 times in past 15years. Location in broadstreet is good, lot of restaurants on area. Especilly best italian in town Del Villaggio. 12minutes walk from new street. Price was rather cheap in january. Hotel is nice but rooms starts to need something new.

At check in I was disappointed to hear from reception that my membership level has been downgraded to classic and I was not offered welcome drink or other benefits of silver member which I actually am.

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip, the room was spacious, modern and warm. Very comfortable beds. All staff very very friendly and helpful. I will be staying there again for sure

Check in was quick and efficient, friendly receptionist. Had an executive room, the robes were lovely and fluffy! Only 1 bathshhet and 1 bath towel which we didn't realise until Sunday morning...too late to get changed. Disappointed to see that the bench had been removed from the front. We vape, rather than smoke, however, it was nice to be able to sit outside. We may be in a minority, but feel vapers/smokers are being discriminated against, please have it returned! breakfast was fairly standard, hot/cold, but had to ask for bread as it had not been replenished after the last piece was taken.

Lovely staff, friendly, offered a complimentary upgrade; and did all they can to make the stay pleasant. However, I chose the hotel because their website stated there is an electric vehicle charging point. Both machines were out of order, and the staff said it had been so for a while. That caused a fair amount of inconvenience as we had to drive 20 mins out of the city in the wrong direction to use a rapid charger. I would have liked the hotel offering me free parking. However, I asked and they said ok. But not in the most pleasant way! Regardless, it's a good hotel, in a good location, with good staff.
