Excellent to have another stay at this hotel in Birmingham. Silvia checked us in and gave us our lovely executive room. She was so welcoming and friendly and it was lovely talking to her about our plans for the day and then subsequently how we got on - she is a real credit to this hotel. We couldn't give this hotel anything but the best score - we have stayed many times and keep on coming back, so they must be doing things right! Only one suggestion: for those of thus that don't make use of Smart Phones & Apps, please print the web address (url) underneath the QR code.....it makes it so much easier for us to access the underlying website that the QR code relates to - for example when we wanted to leave this review!!

Always a great time at novotel and thanks to Rutvik for a friendly service at the bar, I would fully recommend a stay here. Breakfast was superb and a nice setting to eat in. I would really recommend this hotel as it is central to all the attractions and an easy access to all the things shopping related.

A wonderful stay! Rutvik was the most wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. Check in was easy, hotel is a great location, was close to the Christmas market, shopping and the night life. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spotlessly clean and very spacious.
