This is the place to be if you want to be near everything in Birmingham, also the staff is very friendly! I recommend putting more attention to general maintenance of furniture and surroundings and also to the cleanliness of the room

The hotel was comfortable and our room adequate. We felt the bathroom and toilet needed an upgrade. Our breakfasts were good and the staff, in general, were warm and hospitable. The hotel was well situated for the film festival we were attending at the Crescant Theatre. The dinner event for the festival hosted by the hotel was excellent. Overall we were very satisfied.
