What a wonderful staff and service! Samuel at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly and helpful. He made sure to answer all of our questions and graciously provided such excellent and hospitable service. Alexander accommodated our room needs as we had a group of 6 travelers. We did need some adjustment on one room and he accommodated all of our needs with kindness and generosity. Such a pleasant gentleman. Sophia at the bistro was so adorable and friendly and made us feel like family. Sven at the front desk was also extremely helpful. Always smiling and seemed to genuinely want to give us the best of service. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food at the Bistro was excellent. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet! It was a real highlight for us. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff who made our stay such a wonderful experience!

Nice - be sure to set your own alarm if you have an early morning flight.

The hotel is located outside the hustle and bustle which made it nice and quiet but easily walkable to where we wanted to go. It has a nice lobby and the rooms were nice. Bed was comfortable. When checking in , we did request a 3am wake up call and a taxi for our trip to the airport. Neither were arranged. We called down in the morning at 3am to confirm our 4:45am taxi and were informed that one was not scheduled. Glad we were proactive.

I was placed in the residence block, I did not enjoy being away from my colleagues who were in the main block and this was an inconvenience. I did ask when checking in about availability in the main block and they said it was full. In addition the bathroom of the residence block rooms are extremely compact with not much space to keep things and I did not enjoy this.

Everything is fine, except that the room is a bit noisy now that the tram is running.
