The staff at the Pullman was exceptional… especially Etienne! She went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in procedure went smoothly. She also made sure that all my special requests were met. Always professional with a warm welcoming smile. The room was well appointed and comfortable with all the amenities I required. Will definitely return again!

The staff and hotel were all very nice. The room was a pretty warm though there was a heat wave at the time. I also believe I was slightly overcharged for the room but did not realize until I returned home.
