The smell in the room was unpleasant. Upon arrival, I immediately asked the reception desk if I could change rooms, but unfortunately no other rooms were available. The staff advised me to open the window to air out the room. I did so and also discovered that when the air conditioner was set to heating mode, the smell was no longer noticeable. As I did not have enough time to pursue the matter further, I was unable to change rooms. Additionally, I had requested a double bed rather than two separate beds pushed together. However, this was not a major issue during my stay.

Dear Madam/Sir, My stay was all good (staff was very kind and supportive, the facilites were very clean), except one issue with the noise coming from the street - starting early in the morning until midnight. My sleeping time was not the best and had dfficulty in the long hours of business meeting during the days. In case ı would stay in Pulman Basel europe, I would like to stay in a quiet room please. Besides a short episode of food smell in my room (source could not be determined, not even if maybe I brought in the smell from outside), it was a very lovely stay. The room is modern, generous, and offered all the amenities wanted
