More Unpleasant than a Detention Camp!

The room resembled a prison cell: dark, grey, small, dingy with a tiny window looking over a courtyard. The supplied towels were filthy, with clumps of other previous guests hair. Beds were uncomfortable. The car park was impossible to find, the air conditioning noisy, the breakfast very limited. Overall I couldn't wait to leave - NEVER AGAIN.

Very good, the staff were courteous & helpful & the facilities were good. The rooms were nice. However, the only downside was that the Night Manager wasn’t very pleasant on the day we left. We had booked the taxi transfer to the airport for 4.30am. But I was advised I was late and that the transport would leave without me, as I wasn’t there by 4.15am, but my friends who I was travelling with & I weren’t told this & so I was there at 4.30am as advised, but the Night manager was very unhappy & unpleasant to my friends about this m, as he considered I was late.
