I had a nice stay at the Ibis Aéroport Bâle Mulhouse. The taxi to the airport in the morning was very convenient. Nice breakfast & surrounding area with restaurants. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & we were very grateful for the air conditioning!

The rooms were clean and equipped as expected. Pricing was good and the staff was kind. Unfortunately the communication around parking was poor and inconsistent between employees, and inconsistent to signage in the garage. One employee told us to park in "public parking" in the garage which was free during the Saturday night into Sunday in which we stayed, and to NOT park in ibis spots. Due to an early flight we checked in again before heading to bed for the night, and were now told not to park in a "numbered parking spot" (which is every spot), and told us of the ibis spots outside of the "ibis Payant" gated area, and that we should park there. Before going to bed we walked the exit route, and found a sign that indicated the use of an alternate exit, which can only be reacted from the ibis spots by going against the indicated traffic direction in the garage. We originally intended to use the airport shuttle advertised on the hotel site and confirmed by email, but were informed by the desk that the shuttle would be a taxi that can only accommodate two people per room (even though one of our two booked rooms was a 4 person room, occupied in our case by 3 people), and that we could only get one shuttle ride per stay. This meant this was not an option for us, as our whole party could not be transported.

We had an overnight stay here and it was ideal. We were looking for somewhere for our family near the airport at the start of our holiday. The hotel was clean and modern with a nice reception. The family room was ideal with lots of space for all of us.

It was awesome for a short stay while waiting for the flight the next day. One reservation, though, is a very slow and unstable InterNet connection.

I didn't give a 9 or 10, because the 2p room was very small, the bathroom was so tiny that you couldn't enter with 2 persons at the same time. Family room was ok!

A very friendly hotel with great staff who spoke excellent English! The rooms are comfortable and have efficient air conditioning and shutters that completely cool the room which was a gift as the temperatures were so unseasonably high. The free airport shuttle was fantastic and worked brilliantly.

We stayed for one night on a road trip to Italy. Grateful for secure underground car park. Staff advised us where to get bus to Basel which was just around the corner from the hotel. Breakfast was good. We had a nice stay.

Very bad night sleep on first night. Hard and uncomfortable bed. Woke up the following morning in pain, and very sore back - to the extent I had difficulty walking and bending over. Reception manager was unable ( and seemed uninterested) to find an alternative room with a softer mattress and said that all rooms with softer mattresses were unavailable and had been specially pre-booked.
