Walked from St Louis train station 8-10 minutes and then caught bus into Basel 604. We caught a tram back to St Louis and then walked the rest of the way. The room was clean exactly what we expected from a cheaper hotel. No issues. Staff friendly and helpful on arrival and free taxi ride to airport ideal. We booked that on arrival.

Pleasure Nice room Good breakfast

Staff were very good. Getting to the hotel from the city was a little complicated but the free airport shuttle taxi the next day worked very well. Wifi sometimes Ok but not great.

We spent 1 night here, as we had a morning flight the next day. We had a family room, which was very comfortable with our two teenage children. Staff were very friendly, and gave us a lovely restaurant recommendation. Breakfast was good. Free shuttle cab to the airport was also good and ran on time.

10 minutes walk to the station which was good. Breakfast options were fresh and tasty. During our 4 night stay, the lift wasn't working. We were on the 3rd floor and were not offered any form of compensation for this.
