Hello, We are sincerely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the comfort of the bed and the discomfort it caused. However, we would like to clarify that our receptionist did their best to assist you by offering you the opportunity to try the last three available rooms on that day. Unfortunately, none of them seemed to meet your expectations in terms of comfort. In an effort to compensate for the inconvenience, we also offered you a complimentary pizza and a drink, which you declined.
