We made a mistake and after booking 1 night we needed a second night. We by mistake booked at Mulhouse Stiles. This was discovered the morning of the 2nd day and Stiles said too bad for you. The Ibis was apologizing even though it was my mistake and we paid for the second night there. They did not have to but they said the breakfast was no charge which was very nice. We will stay with them the next time they were so nice.
