Extremely hot in the summer, with only a fan. Have no water. You have to pay for literally every little thing in your stay, on top of an expensive booking. The breakfast food is stale and bland. Even then, they try to cancel your booking 30 minutes before your check-in over a problem on their end. The staff helped put me back on my reservation which I appreciate, but that doesn't help with the stress they put on you when you're just a tourist. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

There was air conditioning only in the reception area, not in the room. When we entered the room, there was a very unpleasant smell and it was extremely hot. It was not clear to me during the booking process that the room did not have air conditioning. Keeping the window open was not a realistic option either, because the street noise made it impossible to sleep. In addition, smoke from people smoking near the entrance, and what appeared to be cannabis smoke from other guests, entered the room through the open window, making the situation unbearable. The bed was also not as expected. It definitely did not seem to be 160 cm wide, but rather around 140 cm at most. Everything in the room felt very worn and neglected. The walls were dirty and damaged, and it looked as if no serious renovation or proper maintenance had been carried out for at least 10 to 15 years. The bedding was synthetic and there were women’s hairs in the bed. Our travel companion, who booked together with us, also had a very serious hygiene issue in their room: the toilet was heavily soiled with dried human faeces, which they had to clean themselves. This was completely unacceptable. Overall, the accommodation felt dirty, neglected and unpleasant. In my opinion, rooms in this condition should not be offered to guests. We only stayed because the weather became colder during our visit, which made the temperature in the room more tolerable during the last few days.
