This was not my first stay at the hotel, and overall I have been satisfied with my visits. I particularly appreciate the option to leave my luggage before check-in, which makes it much easier to explore the area comfortably. However, on this occasion, my stay was slightly below my previous experiences. Upon arrival, I was initially given a room that had not yet been cleaned, although the issue was resolved very quickly by the staff. During breakfast, I also occasionally noticed that some items (such as egg cups, yogurt, or baguette) were unavailable.

Location was great, hotel room nice and the was staff friendly. The only problem is no air conditioner. Arriving late in the evening the temparature was approx. 30 C in the room and impossible to sleep comfortably. This is an hotel only suitable for winter.

The hotel is conveniently located, which is the main reason I choose to stay there from time to time. However, I was disappointed with the overall condition and cleanliness of the room. The room felt below standard and would clearly benefit from refurbishment. The walls were dirty, and the cleaning was poor. There were spider webs on the ceiling, and the toilet bin used by the previous occupant had not been emptied when I first entered the room. While the location remains a strong advantage, the current room quality and housekeeping standards need significant improvement. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration.
