The room was minimal confort, small, no space for baggage placing, no carpet on the floor, not very cozy. Everything worked properly but it is not room where you will enjoy staying more than a night

Convenient and cheap..

We stayed in triple room on the 12 floor. Although slightly small for 3 it’s extremely functional and the bed comfortable. Friendly & helpful staff, specially at the reception.

The staff was very nice and friendly (100% satisfied) The size and setup of the room is okay for the price, however: The furniture is of extremely bad quality. Right when you enter the room there is a very strong smell typical for furniture containing toxic parts. Even opening the window for the whole evening did not help, so it must be extremely low-quality furniture which seems to be toxic and displays a health hazard- this is dangerous. Strong headache was only a visible sign of what is incorporated in this room and/or its furniture, probably it is even more dangerous for guests' health.

Conveniently connected by tram, just opposite tram station. One day Bern transport ticket was complimentary. Cozy rooms , good internet connectivity. Helpful and cooperative staff.

Convenient, neat and tidy, friendly staff.

We check in the hotel to stay for three nights. The room was fine and clean. On our last night a giant concert was happening at the building across the street. The music was shaking the windows and young people were screaming from around 10 pm to 5 am. We got no sleep and when we told the front desk about it they said the event happens every few weeks and told us we should have asked to change to the other side of hotel in the middle of the night. This was ridiculous because it was their mistake in the first place - if a hotel is aware of an event that occurs regularly and is well aware of the loud disturbance they should tell heist who book with them ahead of time. Not take their money and hope they don’t mind. We want a refund for the night and hope I’m the future the hotel management would take better percussions to alert paying customers of possible disturbances. Such a shame.

It was really great. The stuff were very kind and helpful. Enjoyed my stay there!!!

Everything was okay for me especially the breakfast.

I am very satisfied with the hotel, which is clean, comfortable and quite close to the city center. The staff was polite and helpful. Moreover, they gave a pass ticket to use for the transportation in the city during my stay. Bern is also a very beautiful and historical city that is worth visiting. All in all, I am happy with my trip to Switzerland.

I needed hotel room only for sleeping and taking a bath. Perfect place to solve my needs. Breakfast was ok, Service was ok, I didn't have any problems with this hotel. Will stay here again next time I will be in Bern.

Great comfortable and furnished rooms, quick reception and comfortable stay. It was as per standard IBIS budget standard. The location was convenient as it is just in front of bus station. Also nearby food chains are available.

The hotel has a acceptable room. The employees are very kind, they offer you free transport tickets for 24hs. The hotel is at 10 minutes of tranvia of the city center. Was a good experience and good price.
