At arrival the staff was friendly. What I was not so happy with was that I only received half a glas tea and paid fully and next day morning the Cappuccino I paid, the milk was off...I received a fresh one. And then they even gave us still a plate of Breakfast (for my young daughter), even if it was already just after 11 am breakfast time... Very friendly and very nice staff in the morning.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel the staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and well maintained, but it would have been helpful to have more outlets to plug electrical items. There was only one electrical outlet in the room I stayed, which was located near the desk. The location was great and close to the Rose Garden which has wonderful views of the city. There are lots of amenities near the hotel like a Coop and Spar, along with restaurants. The #9 tram, very close tot the hotel, takes you right into town which is really convenient.
