Regarding the shower, we apologize for the blocked drain and will have this checked by our maintenance team. We are also sorry that the room temperature was warmer than expected. Regarding the insect you mentioned, we understand your concern. However, as the window was left open, insects can unfortunately enter the room from outside. Room is more hot that expected. Breakfast items were very few . Most item End before breakfast time . 9 am no eggs ! Eggs are coloured which affects on health , can not get substitutes. Found harmful insects in room I have photo as well.

The hotel is well placed to reach the centre of Bern with ease while being set in a quiet area, with amenities close by. The team were friendly and helpful, which was great. The only small issue we had was getting the showerhead into a useful position.

There’s nothing to say about cost because it’s Switzerland. However, I’m sure something can be done about the amount of people vomiting in hallways and lifts. When the vomit rate is something like two-three vomit pools per day, please buy appropriate cleaning solutions to remove/neutralize the reek of vomit from lifts and hallways, so that people are not forced to smell it.

To get waked up by cigarette smoke on the 10th floor in the morning is a now go. How come? I don't know but I guess the breakfast terrace is and was smoking area.

We took the triple room , but that room is not made for 3 people , 2 at best . Too small ,u can reach the sink from the bed . The toilet door doesn’t close and the bathroom door has a hole in it . No outlets by the beds .

Please provide more privacy in the shower room. The semi-transparent glass door for the shower looks silly. Moreover, there is a hole for a door handle through which someone can see from the outside.
