Everything was fine but I don't smoke and when I entered the room there was a heavy cigarette smell. It made me feel uncomfortable. Laundry service was very good and fast, thanks for that.

Everything was perfect.. the location, the reception, the concierge, the housekeeping, the room, the gym and the parking area… I always enjoyed “the Chocolate Hour”. All staff members were friendly and helpful… Special thanks to Hana, Dana and Maryam from the reception.. also Ayman from the concierge, Mujahed from the restaurant and Muneer from the housekeeping on floor eight.

Pathetic room condition. Got it changed. The staff at reception was not at accommodative despite request. Health faucet was leaking. Very poor room cleaning by house keeping. Previous laundry trash was not cleared. Another room was also of very poor hygiene. No supervision at all by the manager on duty.
