It was upgraded to suite r., which was an pleasant stay.

First of all thank you so much for having me, I would like to Thanks the Reception Team especially Ms. Norah Alharby, she was amazing, Fast and smiling all the time, she is the Best.

it was a 1 day stay for business and i had a nice experience.Variety of food in the buffet was less, otherwise overall the stay was good.

I upgraded at this property to an executive lounge room lured by the promise of access to a relaxing lounge with evening snacks and a complimentary breakfast. As a woman traveling alone in Saudi Arabia this was a definite bonus and the main reason I chose to upgrade. I was checked into a room on the 6th floor and when I asked what floor was the executive lounge, I was told the 6th floor. Great.. However, I could not find it on the 6th floor and called down and was then told it was on the 10th. Off I went, but again no lounge. I called down again and was told it was on the 9th floor but guess what, my key would not let me access the 9th floor. So downstairs again to ask that they make my work workable on the 9th floor.. Finally, I reach the executive lounge to find it locked and in darkness. Back down to reception where they inform they don't have an executive lounge at the hotel. I show them their web-site and my room with access to the executive lounge and they are shocked. They call a manager who apologizes and, at my request, allows me a complimentary buffet dinner which is absolutely inedible. He informs me that breakfast is not included. I picture shoot the screen and send it to him. Again, he apologizes and says I can have the hotel buffet breakfast which is better than the dinner. Altogether a disaster of a hotel - zero service and no executive lounge which they were happy to receive my money for. Avoid it all costs. Furnishings are cheap - my bathroom was dirty. On a positive note bed was comfortable. Would not stay here again and no offer to refund me the upgrade I paid

Car park is very large , can take more than 20 vehicls . Receptionests are perfect . Location is excellant . Air condition is perfect . Good smell in every part of the hotel . No atm machine . Tv channels are limited .

Excellent staff. The rooms are spacious and has all amenities. The breakfast has lot lf regional and international options.

every thing was ok, except bakery part of the restaurant in breakfast.

The quality of furniture and fixtures below the expectation . Services also ( response time ) Staff needs training .. humbling and empathy .

Hotel was moderately comfortable for international female business traveler without Arabic language skills. Bellhops, drivers, and restaurant service was very good. Front desk communication would have been much easier/better if I spoke Arabic although they were thoughtful about bringing out an English speaking staff person when he was on duty. There was no access to gym for females, and it was not clear how or where to get drinking water. I ultimately purchased liters from the restaurant. Calling for mini bar items defeats the purpose of mini bar. I would recommend the hotel to Arabic speaking males, but not fellow international female business travelers.

Nice hotel with good service. Rooms were exceptionally good, the restaurant on the terrace was awesome.

The check out took 1 hour 10 minutes, because of a system shutdown, although the reception staff were very helpful. The ventilation should be improved at the breakfast area. Bad and slow service at the lobby while trying to order coffee/tea.
