1. I stayed there for 11 days I was not informed that the prices change on a daily basis … so when I requested to extended, my rates were escalated. 2. My AC was not working as it was not heating up, given that it was winter time and the fan kept blowing I froze the entire time despite continuous complaints. 3. Food was not very nice 4. Your rules regarding room dining kept changing for a week I had drinks delivered to my room according to room dining menu and the following week I’m told to go collect mojitos from the rooftop myself as it’s not allowed for room delivery. 5. I asked your team to add the meals to my tab and I’ll pay at check out and they kept treating me as if I was about to run away with their money… is it because I’m African????? 6. Majority of your ladies kept talking condescendingly to me and I can only attribute it to my African origin. Your team need training and can do better. African women don’t get the rooms as charity.

Everything was fine but I don't smoke and when I entered the room there was a heavy cigarette smell. It made me feel uncomfortable. Laundry service was very good and fast, thanks for that.
