I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel! Room smelled of damp. Sheets felt damp. No hot water. Phones don’t work (so I had to struggle with 4 suitcases). Worst was that when I reported these issues to the staff on reception, they simply didn’t care! Their own advertising says that of the millions of reviews on trip advisor they rank in the top 10%. Utter nonsense!

This was a brief stop due to a flight cancellation. The room was HUGE and spacious for 3. The bedding was amazing, and we had a much needed comfortable sleep. The reception staff were courteous, welcoming and provided great customer service on check in and checkout.

Great Short Stopover

Though we were there for a stopover from Makkah to catch out flight the next day, absolutely loved the hotel. Thanks to the amazing staff for giving us an upgrade to deluxe room. The hotel from the lobby, all the way to the hotel room, looked and felt very grand. The architecture and the decor of the interior is really well done. The traffic felt low, but might be because out stay was short. It is right next to the highway and a 15 min drive straight to airport. Uber was very easy to get and many of the malls and attractions were less than 30 mins drive away. Overall, we had a great stay.
