I was given a room in the ground floor with a view of a wall, despite promising to provide the best available room, when I complained I was asked what would a good room be? then a couple of minutes later I was transferred to a room with a view but the smell was not that good in the floor, I asked if I can be transferred to another room, but they said all will be the same, I later asked if they can provide me with an upgrade but they said they have the rooms booked and guests will arrive late, I asked if I can be upgraded late night after making sure that other guests are checked-in but they refused and said that this is up to the hotel to decide giving me an upgrade or not. I noticed that they have a dinner buffets, so I asked to be added to the booking but they refused and told me to pay directly to the restaurant, when I told them that this would be more than double the price if it is not added to the booking they said they will do it but a couple of minutes later they claimed that if they do it, the dinner will be for one person only, I asked them how is that possible if the room is already booked for 3 persons, they said that actually their management refused to add the dinner to the booking.
