The hotel was excellent, the rooms were clean the only issue we had while checking in was that the phone was not working so it was so hard to ask help and room service we went to the reception and asked them to fix the phone and set up the sofa bed and left for dinner when we returned we asked the reception they said that the phone was fixed and sofa was set up but when we went to our room that wasn’t the case both the phone was still not work and the bed was not prepared. Finally we went again to the reception and there was a sweet lady there that took care of our request. The other issue was the availability of water bottles, they only provided 2 daily and when we asked for more they said we can only give 3 bottles extra max! All the hotels I’ve stayed are usually over accommodating with providing drinking water especially in this weather.

It was very good. Everyone was very helpful and I enjoyed my stay. However, the Sauna and Steam rooms are not working. The swimming pool not chilled enough for the summer.
