It is clear that this hotel shall not be considered 5 stars hotel, I never recommend to anybody especially platinum members as they will not get any benefits of their membership. I was highly expecting an upgrade but never get although i stayed for 7 nights and the APP was showing availability but they neglected my request during my full stay which was not as promised at my check in. I also requested a late check out and they rejected due to unavailability but they give 2 hours maximum after shouting with them on phone. Finally, I’m still suffering to get my correct points of my stay and now raising complaints with Accor management to correct my points as it is not matching with my two invoices paid.

My wedding was at your venue, I get a wake up call at 11 asking me to clear the room due to a fully booked day. I was in a suite 309, it’s unacceptable how you get to treat newly married couples. Not even the slightest gesture whether it’s bringing up food from the buffet I paid for. Honestly my family suggested Movenpick and they’ve been customers for decades. It’s a shame that this experience brought that to an end.
