I would like to express my appreciation to the hotel nice receptionists and housekeeping. They were responsive and supportive whenever needed. Also, I would like to thank Imtiaz and Naser for the help and support there. The place itself is clean, comfortable with nice space in the room.

I stayed at the Movenpick two years ago. Back then, my room was in a pristine condition and the breakfast was superb. This time the room was in a poor state, with wardrobe doors not working and no hot water until a technician sorted it out on day two, after I had spoken with reception on days 1 and 2 (I shouldn't have to ask twice for something essential as a hot shower). The TV is difficult to operate, with far too little international programmes (I remember sports and German TV such as ARD or ZDF) and the WiFi isn't explained. The socket next to the desk was coming out of the wall. The smart lighting is not understandable and I couldn't find where I could change the aircon. The latte was nearly undrinkable and far too hot, the croissants where of poor quality and hard, the eggs and toast were cold. Reception said breakfast takes 15mins during Ramadan but in fact it took nearly 30mins each time. There were no instructions on how to operate the safe and there weren't enough coat hangers. I would also have appreciated to get a plan of facilities such as gym and sauna as well as their opening hours. Communication with guests is poor. Reception was nice. Room service came at 7pm which obviously is too late.
