I've enjoyed my time with my family at the hotel, great food nice view of the sea with it, my daughter loved the place and it's her favorite in Jeddah.

I was disappointed with the reception service during my stay. When I mentioned that the dressing room had an unpleasant smell, my comment was not taken seriously. At the very least, I expected to be offered another suite, especially since the hotel is newly opened. The reception team was also not responsive in a professional way. When I requested a blanket, I had to wait around 50 minutes, and the way they responded to me was not acceptable. Overall, the hotel may be new, but the service at reception needs significant improvement.

I really like the design and furniture which gave an excellent mix of the luxury of Raffles and touches of the identity of Jeddah and the sea. Also the staff there were exceptional. It seems like every single person has the same objective which is to make my stay exceptional.
