From my very first visit to the hotel, even before my actual stay, I immediately felt the warmth and professionalism that define Raffles hospitality. I initially visited simply to inquire about the hotel and understand more about the experience, rooms, facilities, and arrangements. From that first interaction, I was treated with genuine care and patience. Everything was explained clearly and thoughtfully, and I was given the time and attention needed to feel completely comfortable and excited about choosing Raffles Jeddah for such an important celebration. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the Red Sea. The sea view was truly magical and added something incredibly special to the entire experience. Looking out over the beautiful blue water and the Jeddah coastline from such an elegant setting was unforgettable. The view changed beautifully throughout the day, and every time I looked outside it felt just as impressive as the first time. There was something incredibly peaceful about waking up to the sea and seeing the light reflected across the water. It created a sense of serenity and made the room feel even more extraordinary. Please allow us to clarify that upon check-in, a pre-authorization was placed on your credit card for the total accommodation amount plus a security deposit. Upon your departure, this pre-authorization was released in full from our side, including the security deposit. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the release may take a few business days to appear on your account. Additionally, some card issuers do not send a notification when a pre-authorized amount is released, even though the funds have already been made available. If you have not yet seen the released amount, we kindly recommend contacting your card issuer, who will be able to confirm the status of the authorization. We had an amazing weekend. I mentioned to the staff that I'm planning to surprise my husband for his birthday and Dania from Customer Relations arranged a complimentary cake and sweets. At check-in I was greeted by Retaj and Osama, they were very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean, well equipped, and spacious. The balcony overlooked an amazing view of the Red Sea. I will definitely stay here again and celebrate our special occasions.

Hello, I would like to express my disappointment with how my recent booking issue was handled. I accidentally booked an extra night and contacted your team to see if there was any possible solution. As a newly opened hotel, I expected some flexibility and cooperation, especially since I genuinely wanted to become a returning guest. I was not necessarily asking for a full refund. I even suggested alternative solutions, such as keeping the value of the extra night as a credit on my account or wallet to be used during a future stay, or any other reasonable arrangement that would benefit both parties. Unfortunately, no solution or compromise was offered, and the full amount was retained. What disappoints me most is not the financial loss itself, but the lack of willingness to assist or accommodate a guest who was trying to find a fair and practical solution. Situations like this are often an opportunity to build customer loyalty and trust, particularly for a hotel that is establishing its reputation and customer base. I hope you will reconsider your decision and demonstrate a stronger commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term relationships with your guests. Kind regards.

I was disappointed with the reception service during my stay. When I mentioned that the dressing room had an unpleasant smell, my comment was not taken seriously. At the very least, I expected to be offered another suite, especially since the hotel is newly opened. The reception team was also not responsive in a professional way. When I requested a blanket, I had to wait around 50 minutes, and the way they responded to me was not acceptable. Overall, the hotel may be new, but the service at reception needs significant improvement.
